The gun head fan control device has the advantages that unnecessary long-time work of the gun head fan is achieved, the high-frequency line and the control line are the same cable, the fan is easily damaged by the high-frequency interference control line of the high-frequency line during work, and the gun head switch is adopted to cut off a power supply during work to avoid interference.
As shown in fig. 11B, a gun head switch is arranged in the gun head, the gun head switch controls the cooling fan and the gun head lamp in parallel, a delay disconnection relay is arranged in front of the cooling fan, and a lamp switch is arranged in front of the gun head lamp. The mode is that the control delay disconnection relay is moved into the gun head, an intermediate relay is omitted, the gun head is directly controlled, and meanwhile, the lighting lamp circuit is moved to the front of the delay disconnection relay, so that the gun head lamp can not be influenced by fan control. The delay disconnection relay (or the automatic fan speed regulator) is moved to the gun head, so that the advantage is that the gun head fan is independently controlled to work for an unnecessary long time, and the gun head has a lamplight power supply when in standby relatively.
As shown in fig. 11C, the intermediate relay and the time-delay disconnection relay are sequentially connected behind the power panel of the host, the cooling fan and the gun head lamp are controlled in parallel, and the storage battery and the lamp switch are sequentially arranged in front of the gun head lamp; a storage battery is added in the gun head, and the gun head can be illuminated when the main machine is not powered. Fig. 11C is the same circuit as fig. 11B, except that a controlled time delay off relay is installed in the main case, which can reduce the space inside the gun.
As shown in fig. 11D, a gun head switch is arranged in the gun head, the gun head switch controls the cooling fan and the gun head lamp in parallel, a delay disconnection relay is arranged in front of the cooling fan, and a storage battery and a lamp switch are arranged in front of the gun head lamp. A storage battery is additionally arranged in the gun head, a control delay disconnection relay is moved into the gun head, an intermediate relay is omitted, the gun head is directly controlled, and meanwhile, a lighting lamp circuit is moved to the front of the delay disconnection relay, so that light cannot be influenced by fan control, the charging time is sufficient, and the defect that more elements are installed in the gun head is overcome. The storage battery is arranged in the gun, the operation of the fan and the light is not limited by the switch of the gun head, the fan does not need to be started frequently, and the service life of the fan can be prolonged.
As shown in fig. 11E, an intermediate relay and a time-delay disconnection relay are connected in sequence behind the main power supply board, the intermediate relay directly passes through the storage battery and the gun head for the lamp switch, and the time-delay disconnection relay is directly connected to the cooling fan. This mode has increased a battery in for the rifle head, and the cable conductor increases a sinle silk, and circuit separation just so can not influence light by fan control, and the charge time is abundant. Fig. 11E is the same as fig. 11D, except that the time delay relay is moved into the main housing to reduce the space of the gun head, and the time delay relay can be replaced by an automatic speed regulator of the fan.
Referring to fig. 11F, similar to fig. 11D, except that the cooling fan is directly connected to the fan thermostat to control the amount of air of the cooling fan.
Fig. 11G is added with a fan thermostat and a corresponding intermediate relay for control on the basis of fig. 11E.
Fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of a simple power control circuit of the light source of the present invention. Fig. 13 is several schematic diagrams of the host circuit control of the present invention, and an appropriate control circuit, such as the ac latching switch electric control circuit shown in fig. 13-1, can be adopted according to the type of power source (dc or ac) selected; the dc inching switch electric control circuit shown in fig. 13-2; FIG. 13-3 illustrates a switching power supply rectification control circuit; or the PLC electrical control circuit diagram shown in fig. 13-4.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 14, a light emitting diode is arranged on the gun head, and light is guided out of the gun head through a light guide frame.
As shown in fig. 15, the light guide frame is disposed on the tip end surface of the lance head as needed. The light source can be arranged in a point shape or a ring shape, a plurality of light sources are arranged according to requirements, and different positions are arranged, so that the light sources can be led out when the light sources are arranged at the inner position of the gun head.
Example 5
As shown in fig. 16, the present embodiment provides a hot air welding torch with an illumination device. FIG. 16-1 shows a straight shank type hot air welding torch, and FIG. 16-2 shows a gun type hot air welding torch.
Arranging lighting light on a plastic shell of the hot air welding gun and/or a plastic shell at the middle handle and/or a plastic shell at the rear switch; meanwhile, the light on the light hot air welding gun is fixedly irradiated on the gun air outlet; or the adjustable angle of the light irradiating the periphery of the air outlet of the gun is used for avoiding causing dazzling of light reflection and enlarging the irradiation range.
The light power supply on the light hot air welding gun is alternating current, and/or direct current after alternating current rectification, and/or a storage battery in the gun.
Although the preferred embodiments of the present patent have been described in detail, the present patent is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present patent within the knowledge of those skilled in the art.

Claims (9)

the installation mode of the light source is as follows: one or more of hinged rotation type, fixed type, drawing type, pushing type, rotating open cover type, pressing open cover type, lamp post rotation type, folding type or multilayer folding type;
the fixed type can be an embedded fixed type and/or a lamp post fixed type;
the hinged rotation type is an integral rotation type and/or a middle rotation type;
the middle rotating type can rotate in the vertical hinging direction and can also rotate along the middle rotating part;
for hot air welding gun:
the lighting source is arranged on the plastic shell of the lamplight hot air welding gun, and is arranged on the plastic shell at the front part of the lamplight hot air welding gun and/or the plastic shell below the middle handle and/or the plastic shell at the switch at the rear part;
the light on the light hot air welding gun is fixedly irradiated on the gun air outlet; or the adjustable angle of the light irradiating the periphery of the air outlet of the gun is used for avoiding causing dazzling of light reflection and enlarging the irradiation range.
2. A self-illuminating light torch as defined in claim 1, wherein:
the lighting light source is one or more of an LED light source, a tungsten filament bulb light source, a tungsten light source, a xenon light source, a neon light source, a laser light source, a fluorescent light source or a neon light source;
the LED light source is as follows: one or more of an LED plastic package flat lamp, an LED metal shell spotlight, an LED plastic shell spotlight or an LED spotlight;
the LED light source is as follows: one or more of white, warm white, or warm color;
the LED light source is as follows: one or more of direct illumination, and/or illumination via a reflector cup, and/or illumination via a light guide shelf, and/or illumination via light guide lines;
the reflective cup is one or more of metal surface chromium plating or plastic surface chromium plating;
the light guide frame and/or the light guide line are: glass or plexiglass and/or highly light-conducting plastic;
the plastic of high leaded light is: polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) or Polystyrene (PS) or Polycarbonate (PC) or Styrene Acrylonitrile (SAN) or styrene-methyl methacrylate copolymer (MS).
3. A self-illuminating light welding gun according to claim 2, wherein:
for a magnetic welding gun: the power supply for the host and the light source of the gun head is as follows: alternating current in the main machine, direct current rectified from alternating current in the main machine, and/or a storage battery in the main machine and/or a storage battery in the gun head provide power for the main machine;
for hot air welding gun: the lighting source power supply on the light hot air welding gun is alternating current, and/or direct current after alternating current rectification, and/or a storage battery in the gun;
the voltage of the power supply is: AC380V, AC220V, AC110V, AC48V, AC24V, AC36V, AC18V, AC12V, AC9V, AC6V, AC5V, AC3V, AC1.5V, DC520V, DC300V, DC150V, DC48V, DC24V, DC36V, DC18V, DC12V, DC9V, DC6V, DC5V, DC3V or DC1.5V;
the flashing control mode on the lamplight hot air welding gun is as follows: the lamp is turned on after the power supply is plugged, and turned on to turn off after the power supply is plugged, or an independent switch is arranged; the lighting mode is normally on or twinkling after the power supply is plugged.

A self-illuminating light welding gun according to claim 2, wherein: for a magnetic welding gun: the internal wiring mode of the light source of the main machine and the gun head comprises the following steps: one of a parallel mounting type, a series mounting type, a parallel-first and series-second mounting type or a series-first and parallel-second mounting type;
the magnetic core in the gun head is brushed white or electroplated white to improve the light reflecting performance;
the gun head and the gun body are integrated or are inserted by a split male and female inserting piece; the split male and female plug-in type is plug-in type in a plug-in mode; the inserting pieces are inserting rods or inserting pins; four or five and/or more inserts.

A self-illuminating light welding gun according to claim 2, wherein: for a magnetic welding gun: the light source switch control mode of the main machine and the gun head is as follows: the switch is normally on after being turned on, the switch is flash after being turned on, the light source is controlled to be normally on after the self-locking switch is turned on, the light source is controlled to be turned off after the self-resetting switch is loosened, or the light source is controlled by one of the dimming switches which are provided with the function of adjusting the intensity of the light source and/or the PLC;
the switch action is one or more of pressing type, seesaw type, toggle type, rotary type, capacitive touch screen type, resistive touch screen type and inductive type;
the illumination light source is arranged as a single or a plurality of lamp panels, and the single power of the lamp panels is selected from one or more of 1W or more, 20W or more, 40W or more, 60W or more, 80W or more, 100W or more, 120W or more, 140W or more, 160W or more, 180W or more, 200W or more, 240W or more, 260W or more, 280W or more, 300W or more, 340W or more, 360W or more, 380W or more, 400W or more, 420W or more, 440W or more, 460W or more, 480W or more or 500W or more;
the lamp panel is a turnable lamp panel, and the lamp panel can be turned over along the lamp shaft;
the lamp shaft is the cardan shaft, but the lamp plate arbitrary angle upset.
6. A self-illuminating light torch as defined in claim 1, wherein: for a magnetic welding gun: a storage battery is arranged in the case of the main machine and/or the gun head, or the gun head is connected to the storage battery in the case of the main machine;
and a flashing light is arranged at any position of the periphery in the case, and/or a flashing light is arranged at any position of the periphery of the gun head and/or a light hot air welding gun.

A self-illuminating light welding gun according to claim 6, wherein: for a magnetic welding gun: a battery bin and/or space is arranged in the host case for placing a storage battery; the battery compartment and/or the space can be arranged at the lower part in the main machine, and/or arranged at the upper part in the main machine, and/or arranged at the middle part in the main machine, and/or arranged at the front part in the main machine, and/or arranged at the rear part in the main machine, and/or arranged at the left side in the main machine, and/or arranged at the right side in the main machine;
the battery can be stably placed in the battery bin, and/or the battery bin is stably placed after foam is filled, or the space in the case is adhered by double-faced adhesive tape, or the space in the case is fixed by a rope, or the space in the case is fixed by a screw, or the space in the case is fixed by a ribbon, or the space in the case is fixed by adhesive tape.
8. A self-illuminating light torch as defined in claim 1, wherein: for a magnetic welding gun: one or two or more embedded light sources are arranged on the gun head; the embedded light source is arranged at the top of the gun head and/or the handle and/or on the electromagnetic heating plate;
the electromagnetic heating plate is arranged at the central position or the peripheral position of the electromagnetic heating plate;
the light source at the top of the gun head is of a turning type;
the power supply of the light source is from a storage battery in the gun head and/or a storage battery in the main machine and/or direct current after alternating current and/or alternating current rectification;
and a battery bin and/or a space for placing a storage battery is arranged in the gun shell of the gun head below the turnover type light source at the top of the gun head.
9. A self-illuminating light welding gun according to claim 4, wherein: for a magnetic welding gun:
the lighting source of rifle head is rifle head lamp, and the connected mode of rifle head lamp does: the power panel of the main machine is sequentially connected with an intermediate relay and a time delay disconnection relay, and a cooling fan and a gun head lamp in the gun head are controlled in parallel; or a gun head switch is arranged in the gun head and is connected in parallel to control the cooling fan and the gun head lamp, a time delay disconnection relay is arranged in front of the cooling fan, and a lamp switch is arranged in front of the gun head lamp; or the intermediate relay and the time delay disconnection relay are sequentially connected behind the main machine power supply board, the cooling fan and the gun head lamp are controlled in parallel, and the storage battery and the lamp switch are sequentially arranged in front of the gun head lamp; or a gun head switch is arranged in the gun head and is connected in parallel to control the cooling fan and the gun head lamp, a delay disconnection relay is arranged in front of the cooling fan, and a storage battery and a lamp switch are arranged in front of the gun head lamp; or an intermediate relay and a delay disconnection relay are sequentially connected behind the main machine power supply board, the intermediate relay is directly connected with a gun head and the like through a storage battery and a lamp switch, and the delay disconnection relay is directly connected with a cooling fan; or an intermediate relay and a fan temperature control regulator are sequentially connected behind the main machine power supply board, the intermediate relay is directly connected with the gunpoint lamp through the storage battery and the lamp switch, and the fan temperature control regulator is directly connected with the cooling fan;
the sensor of the fan temperature control regulator is arranged on the heating coil through heat-conducting silicone grease, or the sensor of the fan temperature control regulator is arranged on the binding post of the heating coil through heat-conducting silicone grease.
