The channel steel three-face punching machine according to claim 2, wherein the first side punching device comprises a punching die frame, a punch and a punching female die, the punch and the punching female die are oppositely arranged on the punching die frame, and a machining area for machining channel steel is formed between the punch and the punching female die; and the punch is matched with the punching female die to form a punched hole with the same shape as the punching female die on the side plate of the channel steel.

The channel steel three-side punching machine according to claim 3, wherein the punching die frame is provided with an oblique through hole, the oblique through hole is communicated with the punching female die, and materials impacted on a side plate of the channel steel can enter the oblique through hole and be discharged from the oblique through hole.

The channel steel three-sided punching machine according to claim 4, wherein the first side punching device further comprises a support frame, and the support frame is provided with the first material inlet and the first material outlet in an opposite manner; the channel steel can enter a processing area from the first material inlet and move out from the first material outlet;
the punching die frame is installed on the support frame and can move on the support frame, so that a punch on the punching die frame can punch holes in different positions of channel steel, and the punching die frame can be relatively fixed with the support frame after moving in place.

The channel steel three-face punching machine according to claim 5, wherein the supporting frame is fixedly connected with a fixed plate, a movable plate and a second driving device are arranged on the fixed plate, the second driving device is used for enabling the movable plate to move on the fixed plate along the width direction of the side plate of the channel steel, the punching die frame is arranged on the movable plate, and the punching die frame drives the punch to punch holes at different positions in the width direction of the side plate of the channel steel.
7. The channel steel three-sided punching machine according to claim 6, wherein a plurality of punching die frames are provided on the moving plate, and a punch and a punching die are provided on each of the punching die frames.

the punching press head is provided with adjusting clamping grooves which correspond to the punches one by one, the punches are clamped on the adjusting clamping grooves, the punches can retract into the adjusting clamping grooves under the action of external force, and the length direction of the adjusting clamping grooves is the same as the moving direction of the moving plate;
the adjusting clamping groove is internally provided with a supporting block, one side of the punching press head is provided with a plurality of first driving devices, each first driving device drives one supporting block, and the first driving devices are used for moving the supporting blocks to a punch head so that the punch head and the punching press head are relatively static when the punch head impacts the channel steel.
