An air conditioning indoor unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings, in which the direction of the arrow in the drawings is the airflow direction. Alternatively, the air conditioning indoor unit 100 may be a split wall type air conditioning indoor unit.
Referring to fig. 1, 5-7, an air conditioning indoor unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a face frame 1, a panel assembly 2 and a display assembly 3.
The face frame 1 is formed with an air inlet 10 and a first air outlet 11. The air inlet 10 may be formed at the top of the face frame 1, the first air outlet 11 may be located in the middle of the face frame 1 in the length direction (for example, the length direction is the left-right direction), and both ends of the first air outlet 11 in the length direction may also extend to both ends of the face frame 1 in the length direction, so that the air outlet area and the air outlet volume of the first air outlet 11 may be increased. The face frame 1 can be internally provided with a heat exchanger 7 and a fan 8, and the fan 8 is used for driving air to flow through an air inlet 10, enter the face frame 1, exchange heat with the heat exchanger 7 and blow out from a first air outlet 11 to the indoor environment, so that the indoor environment temperature can be adjusted.
The panel assembly 2 is arranged on the face frame 1 and defines an accommodating cavity with the face frame 1, the panel assembly 2 comprises a first panel 21 and a second panel 22, and the first panel 21 is arranged on the face frame 1 and can move up and down between a first position and a second position. Referring to fig. 1, 7 and 9, a first panel 21 is provided on the front side of the face frame 1 to be movable up and down between a first position and a second position, a second panel 22 is provided above the first panel 21, the second panel 22 is fixed with respect to the face frame 1, and the second panel 22 may be detachably coupled to the face frame 1. When the first panel 21 is located at the first position, the first panel 21 opens the first outlet 11, and when the first panel 21 is located at the second position, the first panel 21 closes the first outlet 11. The display module 3 is disposed in the accommodating chamber. The display assembly 3 may be used to display various parameters such as temperature, humidity, PM2.5 quantity and other air qualities.
Specifically, when the first panel 21 is located at the first position, the first air outlet 11 is opened by the first panel 21, the indoor air conditioner 100 exhausts air from the first air outlet 11, and the indoor air conditioner 100 is in the normal air-out mode, at this time, the indoor air conditioner 100 may be in the cooling mode or the heating mode, and rapid cooling or heating may be implemented. Therefore, the first panel 21 capable of moving up and down is arranged on the face frame 1, so that the first air outlet 11 can be conveniently opened and closed, and the face frame is simple in structure and convenient to install.
According to the utility model discloses indoor unit of air conditioner 100 through set up the first panel 21 that can reciprocate on face frame 1, can conveniently realize opening and closing of first air outlet 11, simple structure, simple to operate.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the accommodating cavity comprises a first accommodating cavity 231, the first accommodating cavity 231 is defined between the second panel 22 and the face frame 1, and when the first panel 21 is located at the second position, a part of the first panel 21 is located in the first accommodating cavity 231. For example, in the example of fig. 5 and 6, the bottom of the first receiving cavity 231 may be open, and the upper end of the first panel 21 is located within the first receiving cavity 231 when the first panel 21 is located at the second position.
Therefore, when the first panel 21 moves upward to the first position, the upper end of the first panel 21 enters and is accommodated in the first accommodating cavity 231 through the bottom of the first accommodating cavity 231, which facilitates the accommodation and hiding of the first panel 21. When the first panel 21 moves downwards to the second position, the upper end of the first panel 21 is located in the first accommodating cavity 231, and the first panel 21 and the second panel 22 can be matched to shield the internal structure of the indoor unit 100, so that the appearance of the indoor unit 100 is more attractive. Meanwhile, during the moving process of the first panel 21, the first accommodating cavity 231 can also play a role in guiding, so that the up-and-down movement of the first panel 21 is more stable and reliable.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the display component 3 is disposed on the inner sidewall of the first panel 21, and when the first panel 21 is located at the first position, the display component 3 is located outside the first accommodating cavity 231. In the present embodiment, when the first panel 21 moves up and down, the display module 3 moves along with the first panel 21. Therefore, when the first panel 21 opens and closes the first air outlet 11, the display assembly 3 can be located outside the first accommodating cavity 231 and is not shielded by the second panel 22, so that a user can conveniently read operation parameters of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner, such as temperature, humidity, PM2.5 quantity, and other air quality parameters.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the display module 3 is disposed in the first accommodating cavity 231, and the second panel 22 is provided with a first transparent portion opposite to the display module 3. In this embodiment, the display module 3 may be fixed in the first receiving cavity 231 without moving with the first panel 21. Therefore, by arranging the first transparent part on the second panel 22, the user can read the operating parameters of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner through the first transparent part, the reading is convenient, the 3 positions of the display assemblies are diversified, and the setting positions of the display assemblies 3 which can be flexibly adjusted by manufacturers according to actual needs are set.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the display module is disposed in the first accommodating cavity and disposed on the first panel 21, the second panel 22 is disposed with a second transparent portion, and when the first panel 21 is located at the first position and the second position, the second transparent portion is opposite to the display module 3. In the present embodiment, the display assembly 3 moves with the first panel 21. Therefore, by arranging the second transparent part on the second panel 22, the user can read the operating parameters of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner through the second transparent part, the reading is convenient, the position of the display assembly 3 is diversified, and the setting position of the display assembly 3 can be flexibly adjusted by a manufacturer according to actual needs.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the first panel 21 is provided with an air dispersing hole 2123, and when the first panel 21 is located at the second position, at least a portion of the air dispersing hole 2123 is opposite to the first air outlet 11. Specifically, when the first panel 21 is located at the second position, a part of the air dispersing holes 2123 is opposite to the first air outlet 11, or all of the air dispersing holes 2123 are opposite to the first air outlet 11. The air dispersing holes 2123 may be hollow structures formed on the first panel 21.
When the first panel 21 is located at the second position, the first panel 21 closes the first outlet 11, and the air dispersing holes 2123 are opposite to the first outlet 11. At this time, the indoor air conditioner 100 can output air through the first air outlet 11 and disperse the airflow through the air dispersing holes 2123 on the first panel 21, so that the output air is soft, and a no-wind-sense output mode is realized, and at this time, the indoor air conditioner 100 can be in a cooling mode, so that discomfort caused by direct blowing of cold air to a human body is reduced or avoided.
Therefore, the first panel 21 capable of moving up and down is arranged on the front side of the face frame 1, so that the first air outlet 11 can be opened and closed, and when the first panel 21 closes the first air outlet 11, a no-wind mode can be realized.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the first panel 21 includes the non-air-out portion 211 and the air-out portion 212 connected from top to bottom, the air-dispersing holes 2123 are formed on the air-out portion 212, the non-air-out portion 211 is located above the air-out portion 212, and when the first panel 21 is located at the second position, the air-out portion 212 is opposite to the first air outlet 11. Accordingly, the air dispersing holes 2123 may be formed only in the first panel 21 at a position facing the first outlet 11, and the non-air outlet portion 511 may have a solid structure, thereby simplifying the structure of the first panel 21 and improving the structural strength of the first panel 21.
Of course, it is understood that in other embodiments of the present invention, the air dispersing holes 2123 may be formed on the whole first panel 21. Therefore, the non-air outlet part 211 and the air outlet part 212 are integrated from the appearance, and the materials can be saved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the first air outlet 11 is formed at a front lower portion of the face frame 1, and the first air outlet 11 is forwardly penetrated through a front portion of the face frame 1 and the first air outlet 11 is downwardly penetrated through a bottom portion of the face frame 1. Therefore, when the air flows out from the first air outlet 11, the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner can simultaneously flow out forwards and downwards, multi-angle air outlet is realized, and the air outlet range and the air outlet quantity are increased. When the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner is in the no-wind-sensation mode, discomfort caused by direct blowing of cold wind to a human body can be reduced or avoided, and meanwhile, a larger air outlet quantity can be ensured, and the refrigerating capacity in the no-wind-sensation mode can be ensured.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the second air outlet 12 is formed on at least one of the left side wall of the face frame 1 and the right side wall of the face frame. Specifically, the second air outlet 12 may be disposed on one of the left side wall and the right side wall of the face frame 1, or the second air outlet 12 may be disposed on both the left side wall and the right side wall. Therefore, when the first panel 21 is located at the first position and the second position, the air conditioner indoor unit 100 can output air from the first air outlet 11 and the second air outlet 12, and 3D or 4D air output can be formed, so that more angles of output air and wider output air can be realized, the air output is increased, and the efficiency is improved.
For example, when the second air outlet 12 is formed on the left side wall of the face frame 1, when the air conditioner indoor unit 100 is out of air, the air can be discharged forward, downward and leftward, and 3D air outlet is formed; when the second air outlet 12 is formed on the right side wall of the face frame 1, air can be discharged forwards, downwards and rightwards when the air conditioner indoor unit 100 discharges air, and 3D air discharge is formed; the left side of the face frame 1 and the right side of the face frame 1 are both provided with the second air outlet 12, so that when the air conditioner indoor unit 100 is exhausted, air can be exhausted towards the front, the lower part, the left side and the right side to form 4D air outlet.
In addition, when the first panel 21 is at the second position, the indoor unit 100 is in the no-wind-sensation mode, and due to the addition of the at least one second outlet 12 on the left and right sides, the outlet wind on the left and right sides cannot directly blow to the human body, so that the no-wind-sensation mode is ensured, and the cooling capacity in the no-wind-sensation mode can be further increased.
For example, in the examples of fig. 1, 4 and 7, the second air outlet 12 is formed on each of the left side wall of the face frame 1 and the right side wall of the face frame 1, and the left side wall and the right side wall of the face frame 1 may be in a grid shape, so that when the air-conditioning indoor unit 100 is in the no-wind mode, left and right air outlet can be softer, and the overall no-wind effect of the air-conditioning indoor unit 100 can be improved.
In the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more. When the indoor air conditioning unit 100 is not operating, the first panel 21 closes the first outlet 11.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the air conditioning indoor unit 100 further includes an air diffusing module 52, and the air diffusing module 52 is disposed on the first panel 21 and located inside the first panel 21 (the "inside of the first panel 21" refers to a side of the first panel 21 adjacent to a center of the air conditioning indoor unit 100). Therefore, when the air conditioning indoor unit 100 is in the no-wind mode, the air diffusing module 52 having the air diffusing function is disposed inside the first panel 21, so that the air flow can be dispersed by the air diffusing module 52 before flowing to the air diffusing holes 2123, and then flow through the air diffusing holes 2123 and be dispersed, thereby making the air outlet of the air conditioning indoor unit 100 in the no-wind mode softer and achieving a better no-wind effect.
Further, the air-out portion 212 includes a first sub air-out portion 2121 and a second sub air-out portion 2122 connected up and down, the first sub air-out portion 2121 and the second sub air-out portion 2122 are both formed with air-out holes, and an included angle is formed between the first sub air-out portion 2121 and the second sub air-out portion 2122, for example, the first sub air-out portion 2121 and the second sub air-out portion 2122 are vertically disposed. When the first panel is located at the second position, the first sub air-out portion 2121 is located at the front side of the first air outlet, and the second sub air-out portion 2122 is located at the bottom of the first air outlet. When the first panel is located at the second position, when the airflow is discharged from the first air outlet, a part of the airflow is discharged from the air discharge holes of the first sub air outlet portion 2121 and discharged forward, and a part of the airflow is discharged from the air discharge holes of the second sub air outlet portion 2122 and discharged downward. Therefore, the air outlet portion 212 is approximately L-shaped, the structural strength of the air outlet portion 212 is improved, the air outlet portion 212 can be conveniently closed to the first air outlet 11, and the air outlet portion 212 is simple in structure.
According to some optional embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the air dispersing module 52 includes: a mounting plate 521, wherein a plurality of first vent holes 5211 are formed in the mounting plate 521 and arranged in the left-right direction, and the mounting plate 521 is connected to the air outlet portion 512. Thus, the airflow can be dispersed as it passes through the plurality of first vent holes 5211 of the mounting plate 521.
Further, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the wind dispersing module 52 includes: the air dispersing mechanism with the air dispersing function is arranged at the first vent hole. Thus, the air dispersing mechanism can disperse the air flow passing through the first vent holes 5211 when the air flow passes through the plurality of first vent holes 5211 of the mounting plate 521.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the wind dispersing mechanism includes: the guide vane assembly 522 is disposed in each first vent hole 5211, the guide vane assembly 522 includes a stationary vane 5221 and a rotatable movable vane 5222, the stationary vane 5221 and the movable vane 5222 are arranged along the axial direction of the first vent hole 5211, and the movable vane 5222 is disposed at the front side or the rear side of the stationary vane 5221. Therefore, when the first panel 5 is at the second position, the wind blown out from the first wind outlet 11 can be swirled and dispersed by the wind dispersing module 52, so that the wind flow is more dispersed, and the wind flow can have a certain swirling direction, thereby further enhancing the no-wind effect.
When the movable blades 5222 are disposed in front of the stationary blades 5221, and when the airflow passes through the air dispersing module 52, the airflow sequentially passes through the stationary blades 5221 for guiding, rectifying and dispersing, and then passes through the movable blades 5222, the movable blades 5222 may have a certain rotation direction, so that the airflow has a certain rotation direction after passing through the movable blades, and finally the airflow is further dispersed through the air dispersing holes 5123 on the air outlet portion 512, so that the outlet air is softer and closer to natural air.
When the movable blade 5222 is disposed behind the stationary blade 5221, when the airflow passes through the air dispersing module 52, the airflow passes through the movable blade 5222 and the stationary blade 5221 in sequence, the movable blade 5222 may have a certain rotation direction, so that the airflow has a certain rotation direction after passing through the movable blade, then the airflow is guided, rectified and dispersed by the stationary blade 5221, and finally the airflow is further dispersed by the air dispersing structure on the air outlet part 512, so that the outlet air is softer and closer to natural wind.
Here, the relative positions of the blades of the movable blade 5222 and the blades of the stationary blade 5221 can be changed by controlling the rotation of the movable blade 5222, so that the ventilation area of the first ventilation hole 5211 can be adjusted, and the air output speed can be adjusted. When the air conditioning indoor unit 100 is operated and the first panel 21 is in the second position, the movable blade 5222 may be controlled to rotate to a certain angle and then stop rotating, or the movable blade 5222 may be controlled to rotate all the time.
According to some optional embodiments of the utility model, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the module 52 that looses wind includes limiting plate 523, and limiting plate 523 establishes in the front side of mounting panel 521, and limiting plate 523 links to each other with air-out portion 512, is formed with the second ventilation hole 5231 relative and the intercommunication with first ventilation hole 5211 on the limiting plate 523, and mounting panel 521 links to each other with limiting plate 523 and the injecture is suitable for the accommodation space who holds scattered wind mechanism between mounting panel 521 and the limiting plate 523. During the process of the airflow flowing through the air diffusing module 52, the airflow sequentially flows through the air diffusing mechanism in the first vent hole 5211 and the second vent hole 5231 on the limiting plate 523. From this, through the limiting plate 523 who sets up, can play limiting displacement to the mechanism that looses, inject the accommodation space that is suitable for holding the mechanism that looses between mounting panel 521 and the limiting plate 523 simultaneously, make things convenient for the installation location of the mechanism that looses.
