Or adopt sitting posture or standing posture, and push or step on the pad 46 of the elastic string set 45 with the sole, and hold the two ends of the shaft rod 36 with the hands to move the object 20 backwards or lift the object 20 upwards, so that when the user applies force, the force of pulling the two elastic tension strings 50 is still overcome, thereby achieving the purpose of increasing tension load to exercise various muscle groups of the body.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, a further form of exercise apparatus 12 of the present invention is shown. Which has an article 20 of the same construction as the exercise apparatus 10 shown in figures 1 and 2. The article 20 also includes an outer surface 22 and an inner surface 24 spaced apart, the opposite portion of the inner surface 24 also including a shaft seat 26 extending along a centerline X, the shaft seat 26 including a through hole 28 extending through the shaft seat 26 along the centerline X. An accommodation space 32 is formed between the inner surface 24 and the surface of the shaft seat 26. And a shaft lever 36 is inserted into the through hole 28 of the shaft seat 26 to be combined with the shaft seat 26, the length of the shaft lever 36 is greater than or equal to the outer diameter of the object 20, and two ends of the shaft lever 36 are respectively provided with a screw hole 38. The present invention further provides a form of exercise apparatus 12 comprising a positioning member 42, wherein the positioning member 42 comprises a threaded portion 44, the threaded portion 44 is threadedly engaged with the threaded hole 38 at one end of the shaft 36, and the positioning member 42 is disposed at one end of the shaft 36 and located on the outer surface 22 of the object 20. And comprises a transversely extending handle 54, a vertically extending combining part 56 is arranged in the middle of the handle 54, and a thread line is arranged on the surface of the combining part 56. The handle 54 is coupled to the other end of the shaft 36 in a non-parallel manner, and is screwed into the screw hole 38 formed at the other end of the shaft 36 by the screw thread of the coupling portion 56, so that the handle 54 can be held by a user to lift the object 20. The exercise apparatus 12 of the present invention further comprises a tension rope 50 having elasticity, and two ends of the tension rope 50 respectively comprise a hook 51.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the article 20 further includes a first hemispherical shell 20A and a second hemispherical shell 20B which are detachably coupled, the axle seat 26 further includes a first section 26A and a second section 26B aligned along the centerline X, the first segment 26A is located in the first hemispherical shell 20A, the second segment 26B is located in the second hemispherical shell 20B, at least one spacer 30 is disposed between the surface of the shaft seat 26 of the article 20 and the inner surface 24 of the article 20, the at least one partition 30 includes two portions aligned and spaced apart from each other, the two portions being respectively located on the first hemispherical shell 20A and the second hemispherical shell 20B, the first hemispherical shell 20A includes a plurality of through holes 21 at its periphery, the second hemispherical shell 20B includes a plurality of screw holes 23 aligned with the plurality of through holes 21 at its periphery, and a plurality of screws 25 are respectively inserted through the plurality of through holes 21 and screwed into the plurality of screw holes 23. And, a plurality of weights 52 are detachably mounted in the plurality of receiving spaces 32 of the object 20.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the outer surface 22 of the article 20 defines two retaining flanges 27 spaced apart along the center line X, and further includes a slip-resistant ring 34, the slip-resistant ring 34 being disposed around the outer surface 22 of the article 20 at the maximum outer diameter and between the two retaining flanges 27, the slip-resistant ring 34 having a thickness greater than the height of the two retaining flanges 27. The anti-slip ring 34 is made of plastic or rubber, and the anti-slip ring 34 forms a protection function on the surface of the exercise device 12 to prevent the periphery of the object 20 from directly colliding with the surrounding environment.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, when the hook 51 at one end of the tensile cord 50 is not hooked on the positioning member 42 of the object 20 (as shown in fig. 10), the user can directly hold the handle 54 with his/her hand to exert a force, so as to perform muscle training of arm muscles while lifting up or moving down the weighted object 20, such as a one-hand operation of lifting up a dumbbell. As shown in fig. 11, when the hook 51 at one end of the tensile cord 50 is hung on the hook 51 at one end of the shaft 36 of the object 20 and the hook 51 at the other end of the tensile cord 50 is hung on a fixing member 60 provided on a fixing surface 58 (i.e., a floor or a wall surface), the user can hold the handle 54 to lift up and move down, so that the user can overcome the tensile load of pulling the tensile cord 50 in addition to the weight of the object 20 when applying force, thereby further enhancing the load intensity during the lifting operation and rapidly pulling the object 20 back to its original position by the elastic restoring force of the tensile cord 50 during the downward movement.
The present invention further provides a use and operation feature of the exercise apparatus 12 as described above, wherein the user can lift the object 20 by holding the handle 54, and perform muscle training as a dumbbell is. Or, the tension rope 50 can be selectively installed, so that the tension load when the user lifts the object 20 can be increased by using the tension rope 50, and the object 20 raised to a certain height can be quickly pulled back to the original position by the elastic restoring force of the tension rope 50, thereby achieving the time utilization benefit of quick return.
As will be apparent from the detailed description of the features of the various components, their combination, and their operation, the components may be selectively combined into a rolling mode exercise apparatus 10 or a lifting mode exercise apparatus 12, depending on the needs of the user. Thereby achieving the practical efficacy of the elastic combination application for body-building activities. That is, the exercise apparatus 10, 12 of the present invention includes an object 20, the object 20 includes an outer surface 22 and an inner surface 24 which are separated from each other, the opposite portion of the inner surface 24 includes a shaft seat 26 extending along a central line X, and an accommodating space 32 is formed between the inner surface 24 and the surface of the shaft seat 26. And a shaft 36, the length of the shaft 36 being greater than or equal to the outer diameter of the article 20. And includes at least one weight member 52 removably mounted in the receiving space 32 of the object 20. The selectively combined components include two holding sleeves 40, two positioning members 42, a handle 54, two elastic pull ropes 50 and a positioning belt 47, wherein the size of each positioning member 42 is larger than that of the shaft seat 26, two ends of the two pull ropes 50 respectively include a hook 51, a protection pad 46 is disposed on the surface of the positioning belt 47, and two ends of the positioning belt 47 respectively include a buckle 49.
When the above components are selectively combined into a rolling mode exercise apparatus 10 (as shown in fig. 1 and 2), a shaft 36 with a length larger than the outer diameter of the object 20 is selected to be rotatably combined with the shaft seat 26 of the object 20, and two ends of the shaft 36 extend out of the outer surface 22 of the object 20, and two handles 40 are selected to be sleeved on the portions of two ends of the shaft 36 extending out of the outer surface 22 of the object 20 in parallel, so as to provide a user to roll the object 20 on the ground (as shown in fig. 4) with two hands holding the two handles 40. And two positioning members 42 are selected to be mounted at two ends of the shaft 36, and further two tension ropes 50, the positioning belt 47 and the protection pad 46 are selected, two hooks 51 at two ends of the two tension ropes 50 are detachably combined with the two positioning members 42, and hooks 51 at the other ends of the two tension ropes 50 are detachably combined with the buckles 49 at two ends of the positioning belt 47, thereby providing the user with kneeling posture against the protection pad 46, and performing exercise activities (as shown in fig. 5) by rolling the object 20 on the ground with both hands holding the two grips 40.
When the above components are selectively combined into a lifting mode of the exercise apparatus 12 (as shown in fig. 9), a shaft 36 with a length greater than or equal to the outer diameter of the object 20 is selected to be combined with the shaft seat 26 of the object 20, a positioning member 42 is selected to be mounted at one end of the shaft 36, and the handle 54 is selected to be combined with the other end of the shaft 36 in a non-parallel manner, so that the object 20 is positioned between the positioning member 42 and the handle 54, and the handle 54 provides the user with a hand to lift the object 20 (as shown in fig. 10) for muscle strength training. And further selecting one of the tensile cords 50, and detachably engaging the hook 51 at one end of the tensile cord 50 with the positioning member 42, and detachably engaging the hook 51 at the other end of the tensile cord 50 with a fixing member 60 of a fixing surface 58 (as shown in fig. 11), so as to enable the user to hold the handle 54 by hand to lift the object 20 and pull the tensile cord 50 for exercise.

The anti-slip ring 34 sleeved on the surface of the object 20 of the another type of exercise equipment 12 can form an external protection for the joint of the first hemispherical shell 20 and the second hemispherical shell 20, and even if the anti-slip ring 34 is not sleeved, the exercise equipment 12 can be held and lifted by a user without being violated. And, the aforesaid plural weight members 52 of the fitness apparatus 10 or another type of fitness apparatus 12, as long as at least one weight member 52 with different weights is installed in the accommodating space 32, the overall weight of the fitness apparatus 10, 12 can be adjusted. All of which are well known to those of ordinary skill in the art.

Claims (12)
1. An exercise apparatus, comprising:
the rotatable object comprises an outer surface and an inner surface which are separated, the opposite part of the inner surface comprises a shaft seat which extends along the direction of a central line, and an accommodating space is formed between the inner surface and the surface of the shaft seat;
a shaft lever, which is rotatably combined with the shaft seat of the object, and two ends of the shaft lever extend out of the outer surface of the object;
two holding sleeves, which are sleeved on two ends of the shaft rod in parallel and extend out of the outer surface part of the object;
at least one weight piece, which is detachably arranged in the accommodating space of the object and is used for increasing the whole weight of the body-building apparatus.
2. An exercise apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the outer surface of the article defines two spaced-apart retention flanges along the centerline, and further comprising a slip-resistant loop encircling the outer surface of the article at its greatest outer diameter and located between the two retention flanges, the slip-resistant loop having a thickness greater than the height of the two retention flanges.
3. The exercise apparatus of claim 1, wherein the article further comprises a first hemispherical shell and a second hemispherical shell that are detachably coupled, the shaft seat further comprises a first section and a second section that are aligned along the centerline, the first section is located on the first hemispherical shell, the second section is located on the second hemispherical shell, at least one partition is disposed between the shaft seat surface of the article and the inner surface of the article, the at least one partition comprises two aligned portions, the two portions are respectively located on the first hemispherical shell and the second hemispherical shell, the first hemispherical shell comprises a plurality of through holes, the second hemispherical shell comprises a plurality of screw holes aligned with the plurality of through holes, and a plurality of screws respectively pass through the plurality of through holes and are screwed into the plurality of screw holes.
4. An exercise apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising two positioning members coupled to two ends of the shaft rod, respectively; and an elastic rope group with elasticity, wherein two ends of the elastic rope group respectively comprise a hook, and the two hooks are detachably combined on the two positioning parts in a buckling manner.
5. The exercise apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the elastic string set further comprises two elastic tensile strings and a positioning band detachably connected between the two elastic tensile strings, two hooks at two ends of the elastic string set are respectively located at one end of the two tensile strings, another hook is respectively located at the other end of the two tensile strings, two ends of the positioning band are formed into two side wings turned in the same direction, a buckle is respectively located at the ends of the two side wings, a protection pad is located on the surface of the positioning band, and the another hook at the other end of the two elastic strings is detachably connected to the buckle located at the end of the two side wings.
6. An exercise apparatus, comprising:
the rotatable object comprises an outer surface and an inner surface which are separated, the opposite part of the inner surface comprises a shaft seat which extends along the direction of a central line, and an accommodating space is formed between the inner surface and the surface of the shaft seat;
a shaft lever, which is rotatably combined with the shaft seat of the object, and two ends of the shaft lever extend out of the outer surface of the object;
two holding sleeves, which are sleeved on the two ends of the shaft lever in parallel and extend out of the outer surface part of the object;
two positioning pieces respectively combined with two ends of the shaft lever;
two ends of the elastic rope set with elasticity respectively comprise a hook, and the two hooks can be detachably buckled and combined on two positioning parts at two ends of the shaft lever.
7. The exercise apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the elastic string set further comprises two elastic tensile strings and a positioning band detachably connected between the two elastic tensile strings, two hooks at two ends of the elastic string set are respectively located at one end of the two tensile strings, another hook is respectively located at the other end of the two tensile strings, two ends of the positioning band are formed into two side wings turned in the same direction, a buckle is respectively located at the ends of the two side wings, a protection pad is located on the surface of the positioning band, and the another hook at the other end of the two elastic strings is detachably connected to the buckle located at the ends of the two side wings.
8. An exercise apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the outer surface of the article defines two spaced-apart retention flanges along the centerline, and further comprising a slip-resistant loop encircling the outer surface of the article at its greatest outer diameter and between the two retention flanges, the slip-resistant loop having a thickness greater than the height of the two retention flanges.
9. An exercise apparatus, comprising:
an object, including an outer surface and an inner surface which are separated, the opposite part of the inner surface includes a shaft seat which extends along a central line direction, and an accommodating space is formed between the inner surface and the surface of the shaft seat;
a shaft lever, which is combined with the shaft seat of the object, wherein the length of the shaft lever is larger than or equal to the outer diameter of the object;
at least one counterweight detachably mounted in the accommodating space of the object;
a positioning member coupled to one end of the shaft;
a handle combined with the other end of the shaft rod in a non-parallel way; and
a tension rope with elasticity can be selectively installed, and two ends of the tension rope respectively comprise a hook;
the object is positioned between the positioning piece and the handle, and the handle is held by a hand of a user to lift the object;
when the tension rope is selectively installed, the lifting hook at one end of the tension rope is detachably combined with the positioning piece, and the lifting hook at the other end of the tension rope is detachably combined with a fixing piece of a fixing surface, so that the load of a user is increased.
10. The exercise apparatus of claim 9, wherein the article further comprises a first hemispherical shell and a second hemispherical shell that are detachably coupled, the shaft seat further comprises a first section and a second section that are aligned along the centerline, the first section is located on the first hemispherical shell, the second section is located on the second hemispherical shell, at least one partition is disposed between the surface of the shaft seat and the inner surface of the article, the at least one partition comprises two portions that are aligned and spaced, the two portions are located on the first hemispherical shell and the second hemispherical shell, respectively, the first hemispherical shell comprises a plurality of through holes, the second hemispherical shell comprises a plurality of screw holes that are aligned with the plurality of through holes, and a plurality of screws are threaded through the plurality of through holes and the plurality of screw holes, respectively.
11. An exercise apparatus, comprising:
an object, including an outer surface and an inner surface which are separated, the opposite part of the inner surface includes a shaft seat which extends along a central line direction, and an accommodating space is formed between the inner surface and the surface of the shaft seat;
a shaft rod, the length of which is greater than or equal to the outer diameter of the object;
at least one counterweight detachably mounted in the accommodating space of the object;
two holding sleeves;
two positioning pieces;
a grip;
two ends of each tensile rope respectively comprise a lifting hook;
a positioning belt, wherein a protection pad is arranged on the surface of the positioning belt, and two ends of the positioning belt respectively comprise a retaining ring;
the fitness equipment can selectively form a rolling mode or a lifting mode;
when the body-building apparatus selectively forms a rolling mode, a shaft lever with the length larger than the outer diameter of the object is selected to be rotatably combined with a shaft seat of the object, two ends of the shaft lever extend out of the outer surface of the object, two holding sleeves are selected to be sleeved on the outer surface parts of two ends of the shaft lever extending out of the object in parallel, two positioning pieces are also selected to be arranged at two ends of the shaft lever, the two tension ropes and the positioning belt are also selected to be combined with the protection pad, the lifting hooks at one ends of the two tension ropes are detachably combined with the retaining rings at two ends of the positioning belt, and the lifting hooks at the other ends of the two tension ropes are detachably combined with the two positioning pieces;

The exercise apparatus of claim 11, wherein the article further comprises a first hemispherical shell and a second hemispherical shell that are detachably coupled, the shaft seat further comprises a first section and a second section that are aligned along the centerline, the first section is located on the first hemispherical shell, the second section is located on the second hemispherical shell, at least one partition is disposed between the surface of the shaft seat and the inner surface of the article, the at least one partition comprises two portions that are aligned and spaced apart, the two portions are located on the first hemispherical shell and the second hemispherical shell, respectively, the first hemispherical shell comprises a plurality of through holes, the second hemispherical shell comprises a plurality of screw holes that are aligned with the plurality of through holes, and a plurality of screws are threaded through the plurality of through holes and the plurality of screw holes, respectively.
