the upper front neck bracket (1) is arranged on the upper side of the lower front neck bracket (3), a left neck band (5) and a right neck band (7) are respectively connected to two sides of the lower front neck bracket (3), two sides of the rear neck bracket (4) are respectively connected with two sides of the lower front neck bracket (3) through the left neck band (5) and the right neck band (7), and the lower front neck bracket (3), the left neck band (5), the rear neck bracket (4) and the right neck band (7) enclose a lantern ring worn on the neck of a human body;
be provided with length adjustment device (6) on back neck bracket (4), left side neck area (5) with right side neck area (7) all with length adjustment device (6) transmission links to each other, length adjustment device (6) can be adjusted and lock left side neck area (5) with the relative position of right side neck area (7) is in order to adjust the length of the lantern ring.

The cervical vertebra retractor according to claim 3, wherein an inner gear (43) is provided on an inner wall of the limit passage (42), the transmission gear (62) is provided inside the inner gear (43), the transmission gear (62) comprises a gear portion (621) and a ratchet portion (622) which are provided in a hierarchical manner, the gear portion (621) is in transmission connection with the left neck strap (5) and the right neck strap (7), and the ratchet portion (622) can abut against the inner gear (43).

The cervical vertebra retractor according to claim 4, wherein said internal gear (43) is configured as a one-way internal gear, said ratchet portion (622) comprises a main body wheel (6221) and an elastic pawl (6222) connected to said main body wheel (6221), said elastic pawl (6222) is opened with a limit hole, said length adjusting knob (61) is provided with a slide block (611) at its output end, said slide block (611) is disposed in said limit hole;
the length adjusting knob (61) is rotated forwards, and the sliding block (611) is separated from the limiting hole and abuts against the main body wheel (6221) so that the transmission gear (62) rotates forwards;
and the length adjusting knob (61) is rotated reversely, the sliding block (611) slides along the limiting hole and pushes the elastic pawl (6222) to deform so as to enable the transmission gear (62) to rotate reversely.

The cervical vertebra retractor according to claim 1, wherein both sides of the lower end of the upper front neck bracket (1) are provided with a lifting device (2), both sides of the lower end of the upper front neck bracket (1) are respectively connected with both sides of the upper end of the lower front neck bracket (3) through corresponding lifting devices (2), and the lifting device (2) can drive the upper front neck bracket (1) to lift relative to the lower front neck bracket (3).

the first gasket (11), the second gasket (31) and the third gasket (41) are detachably connected with the foreneck upper bracket (1), the foreneck lower bracket (3) and the nape bracket (4) respectively through corresponding adsorption parts.
