the other end of each fastening belt (2) is connected with one magic tape hook surface (3);

the cap comprises a plurality of magic tape rough surfaces (4), the magic tape rough surfaces (4) are fixedly arranged on the upper part of the outer side of the cap body (1), and each magic tape hook surface (3) is correspondingly connected with one magic tape rough surface (4).

6. A safety helmet comprising a helmet shell and a lining inside the helmet shell, characterized in that it further comprises a disposable cap according to any one of claims 1 to 5, the cap body (1) being inside the lining;

the buckling belt (2) is located between the inner liner and the hat shell and used for fixing the hat sleeve main body (1) on the inner liner.
