A pet bowl according to claim 3, wherein the outer circumferential surface of the inner ring sleeve is provided with a plurality of limiting protrusions, and the inner circumferential surface of the outer ring sleeve is provided with a plurality of limiting grooves which can be in clamping fit with the limiting protrusions in the height direction.
