1. A connector capable of abutting a metal shell with an extension of a ground midplane, comprising:
an insulating body;
a first metal terminal group, including multiple first metal terminals, which are arranged on the insulating body and the front ends of which are exposed;
a second metal terminal group including multiple second metal terminals, which are arranged on the insulating body, the front ends of which are exposed and are separated from the first metal terminals by a distance;
the grounding middle plate is arranged on the insulating body and is positioned between the first metal terminal group and the second metal terminal group; and
a metal shell, in which an assembly space is set, said insulating body can be extended into said assembly space and fixed in it;
it is characterized in that at least one side of the grounding middle plate is provided with an extension part outwards, and each extension part penetrates through the insulation body and is directly abutted to the inner wall of the metal shell.
2. The connector according to claim 1, wherein the housing further includes a tongue plate, the front ends of the first metal terminals are exposed on a top surface of the tongue plate, and the front ends of the second metal terminals are exposed on a bottom surface of the tongue plate.
3. A connector according to claim 2, wherein the front side of the ground middle plate is locatable in the tongue plate.
4. A connector as defined in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the top surface of each of said extensions is parallel to the top surface of said ground middle plate so as to extend horizontally outward from the side edge of said ground middle plate.
5. The connector of claim 4, wherein the rear side of the ground plane board further comprises at least one positioning pin.
