The fixing device according to claim 4, wherein the bearing portion comprises a first bearing seat and a second bearing seat, two opposite side walls of the first bearing seat are provided with clamping grooves, the second bearing seat is provided with a bearing groove, and the opening size of the bearing groove is smaller than the distance between two elastic arm portions;
the elastic fastener is characterized in that one end of the elastic fastener, where the connecting portion is located, is sleeved on the first bearing seat, the connecting portion abuts against the first bearing seat, at least parts of the two elastic arm portions are respectively clamped and embedded in the two clamping grooves, and one end portions, far away from the connecting portion, of the two elastic arm portions are located in the bearing grooves.

The fixing device according to claim 5, wherein the second ends of the two elastic arm portions extend in a direction away from the accommodating space to form a folded edge, the elastic fastener is connected to the bearing portion, and the folded edge can abut against the side wall of the second bearing seat away from the first bearing seat.

The securing device of claim 2, wherein the snap member includes a post, a snap head, and a neck post connecting the snap head and the post, the neck post having a cross-sectional area less than a maximum cross-sectional area of the snap head; the buckle piece with the elastic fastener is in a clamping and fixing state, at least part of the neck column is located in the accommodating space, and the buckle head and the elastic fastener form interference to prevent the elastic fastener from being separated from the buckle head.

The securing device of claim 9, wherein the press portion has a resilient structure and is configured to: the elastic fastener and the buckle piece are in a clamping and fixing state, and the elastic structure can release elastic deformation energy so that the pressing and abutting part is kept at the position abutting against the adapter card.

The electronic equipment comprises a shell and more than one adapter card, wherein the shell is provided with an accommodating space for accommodating a card body of the adapter card; characterized in that it further comprises fixing means for fixing said adapter card to said housing, said fixing means being as defined in any one of claims 1 to 10.

The electronic device of claim 11, wherein a side wall of the housing is provided with a flange portion extending outward, the card body is fixedly connected with a connecting piece, the card body is located in the accommodating space, and at least a portion of the connecting piece is overlapped with the flange portion; the frame body is pivoted to the flange part; one surface of the frame body facing the flange portion is used for pressing the connecting sheet against the flange portion.
13. The electronic device of claim 12, further comprising a pivot base connected to the flange portion, wherein the frame body is pivotally connected to the pivot base via a pivot.
14. The electronic device of claim 13, wherein the pivot mount is integrally connected to the flange portion.
