Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 illustrates a side view structure diagram of a projection system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 illustrates a rear view structure diagram of a projection screen according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the projection system includes: projection device 1 and projection screen 2, projection screen 2 includes: a fixed frame 21, an optical screen 22 (not shown in the figure), a sound-emitting panel 23, one or more actuators 24, a cover plate 25, and one or more elastic members 26 in one-to-one correspondence with the one or more actuators 24; the fixing frame 21 is used for fixing the sound-emitting plate 23 and the optical screen 22, one or more exciters 24 are fixed on the sound-emitting plate 23, each elastic piece 26 is fixed on the corresponding exciter 24, and the cover plate 25 is buckled on the one or more elastic pieces 26 and is fixedly connected with the sound-emitting plate 23 and/or the fixing frame 21; the projection device 1 is electrically connected to one or more actuators 24 and is capable of emitting projection light to the optical screen 22, and the one or more actuators 24 are capable of exciting the sound emitting panel 23 to vibrate to emit sound.
The embodiment of the present invention provides an optical screen 22 can reflect the projection light emitted by projection device 1, thereby realizing the projection of the picture. In addition, the projection apparatus 1 may drive each of the exciters 24 to vibrate, thereby exciting the sound emitting panels 23 to vibrate in common to emit sound through the sound emitting panels 23. Because the fixed frame 21 fixes the sound board 23 and the optical screen 22, the sound board 23 and the optical screen 22 can be ensured to be in the same area, so that the effect of sound emitted from the picture can be achieved, the condition that the picture and the sound are not uniform is avoided, and the projection effect of the projection system is improved. Since the cover plate 25 is fastened to the one or more elastic members 26, the amplitude of each exciter 24 in the direction away from the sound-emitting panel 23 can be reduced by the cover plate 25, thereby reducing the loss of energy when the exciter 24 vibrates. In addition, each elastic member 26 may prevent a hard contact between the corresponding actuator 24 and the cover plate 25, thereby preventing the generation of noise.
Wherein the fixing frame 21 may be a frame type structure, and the fixing frame 21 may be a structure having a rectangular shape, a circular shape or other shapes with a hollow area. Of course, the fixing frame 21 may be other non-hollow frame structure as long as the connection between the optical screen 22 and the sound-emitting panel 23 can be realized. In addition, the fixing frame 21 may be used to connect with a support to realize fixed support of the whole projection screen 2, and the support may be a fixing bracket or a wall, so long as fixed support of the projection screen 2 can be realized.
In some embodiments, the edges of the optical screen 22 and the sound-emitting panel 23 are connected to the fixed frame 21 such that the central areas of the optical screen 22 and the sound-emitting panel 23 are located in the central area of the fixed frame 21 to ensure that the sound emitted from the sound-emitting panel 23 can be located at the exact center.
Of course, the optical screen 22 and the sound board 23 may also be connected to the fixing frame 21 in other ways, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention. For example, the central area of the fixing frame 21 may be provided with a support frame to attach the optical screen 22 to a first side of the support frame and the sound-emitting panel 23 to a second side of the support frame.
In some embodiments, the optical screen 22 may include an optical membrane, and in this case, the optical membrane and the one or more actuators 24 may be disposed on both sides of the sound-emitting panel 23, that is, the optical membrane may be attached to a first side of the sound-emitting panel 23, and the one or more actuators 24 may be fixed to a second side of the sound-emitting panel 23. When the projection device 1 emits the projection light to the optical film, the optical film can reflect the projection light, so that the projection of the picture is realized on the optical film.
In other embodiments, the optical screen 22 may include a carrier, an optical film and a fixing member, and the edge of the carrier may be connected to the fixing frame 21 through the fixing member, so that the central region of the carrier is located in the central region of the fixing frame 21, and then the optical film is attached to the side of the carrier away from the sound-emitting plate 23, so as to ensure that the optical film can be located in the central region of the carrier. When the projection device 1 emits the projection light to the optical film, the optical film can reflect the projection light, so that the projection of the picture is realized on the optical film.
In some embodiments, the optical film may be attached to the side of the carrier remote from the sound board 23 by a double-sided adhesive tape. Of course, the optical film may also be attached to one side of the supporting body away from the sound board 23 in other ways, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
In some embodiments, the supporting body may be a soft cloth or a hard plate, as long as it can support the optical film and is connected to the fixing frame 21.
In order to avoid that the one or more exciters 24 simultaneously excite the sound-generating plate 23 and the carrier to vibrate when the carrier is of soft cloth, the one or more exciters 24 may be fixed on the side of the sound-generating plate 23 remote from the carrier. When the support is a rigid plate, if there is a certain distance between the support and the exciter 24, the exciter 24 or exciters 24 cannot excite the rigid plate to vibrate, and the exciter 24 or exciters may be fixed on any side of the sound-emitting plate 23, that is, the exciter 24 or exciters may be fixed on the side of the sound-emitting plate 23 close to the support or on the side of the sound-emitting plate 23 far from the support.
In some embodiments, the sound-emitting panel 23 may include a first skin, a second skin, and a honeycomb core panel, the honeycomb core panel being bonded between the first skin and the second skin; one or more actuators 24 may be secured to the first skin on a side away from the honeycomb core, or may be secured to the second skin on a side away from the honeycomb core.
One side of the first skin, which is in contact with the honeycomb core plate, and one side of the second skin, which is in contact with the honeycomb core plate, can be provided with a layer of PU (polyurethane) glue, and the PU glue can adhere the first skin and the second skin to the honeycomb core plate. After bonding the first skin and the second skin to the honeycomb core, the honeycomb core may be indirectly connected to the one or more actuators 24 by bonding the first skin or the second skin to the one or more actuators 24.
It should be noted that the material of the first skin and the second skin may be glass fiber, carbon fiber, or glass-carbon mixed fiber, and of course, the first skin and the second skin may also be plastic, lightweight aluminum, or the like. The thicknesses of the first skin and the second skin can be within a thickness range of 0.1-0.5 mm, further, the thicknesses of the first skin and the second skin can be within a thickness range of 0.18-0.36 mm, and the thicknesses of the first skin and the second skin can be different as long as the thicknesses of the first skin and the second skin are within the thickness range.
The honeycomb core plate is a honeycomb core plate with a cross section formed by closely arranging a plurality of hollow hexagonal honeycomb grids, each hexagonal honeycomb grid in the honeycomb core plate comprises at least one pair of parallel honeycomb walls, and the pair of parallel honeycomb walls is vertical to the horizontal plane. Illustratively, the material of the honeycomb core board can be paper, aramid, metal or other composite materials.
It should be noted that when one or more exciters 24 excite the honeycomb core plate to vibrate, the sound emitted from the honeycomb core plate can be excited repeatedly among a plurality of cells to induce the whole honeycomb core plate to resonate, so that the effect of the whole panel of the whole sound-emitting plate 23 vibrating and emitting sound together can be achieved.
In some embodiments, the distance between a parallel pair of cell walls in the cell is in the range of 3 to 10mm, and the ratio of the distance between the parallel pair of cell walls to the distance between two opposing vertices in the cross-section of the cell is less than 0.58.
In some embodiments, the projection screen 2 may further include one or more foam adhesives in one-to-one correspondence with the one or more actuators 24, and the one or more actuators 24 are attached to the sound-emitting panel 23 by the corresponding one or more foam adhesives.
It should be noted that the exciter 24 may vibrate during operation, so as to excite the sound-emitting plate 23 to vibrate together, at this time, since the foam rubber may have a certain elasticity, an elastic buffer may be formed between each exciter 24 and the sound-emitting plate 23, so as to prevent the exciter 24 from falling off from the sound-emitting plate 23, and at the same time, it is ensured that the exciter 24 may excite the sound-emitting plate 23 to vibrate.
It should also be noted that one actuator 24 may include one fixed angle or may include multiple fixed angles. When an actuator 24 includes a fixed angle, a shape of a foam corresponding to an actuator 24 may be similar to the shape of the fixed angle. When one actuator 24 includes a plurality of fixed corners, a shape of a foam corresponding to one actuator 24 may be similar to a shape of an area surrounded by the plurality of fixed corners. Illustratively, the foam may have a ring structure. Of course, one foam rubber may be composed of a plurality of sub-foam rubbers, the plurality of sub-foam rubbers correspond to the plurality of fixed corners one to one, and the shape of each sub-foam rubber may be similar to the shape of the corresponding fixed corner.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, there may be at least one ring-shaped foam 261 in one or more of the elastic members 26, each ring-shaped foam 261 fitting over a corresponding actuator 24 and being glued to the corresponding actuator 24.
It should be noted that, since the ring-shaped foam 261 can be elastically deformed by being pressed between the exciter 24 and the cover plate 25, the ring-shaped foam 261 glued to the exciter 24 can prevent hard contact between the exciter 24 and the cover plate 25, and avoid unnecessary friction and noise. Since the annular foam 261 has a certain thickness when the exciter 24 vibrates, it is also possible to limit the amplitude of the exciter 24 by the annular foam 261 when the exciter 24 makes indirect contact with the cover plate 25, thereby reducing the loss of energy of the exciter 24 in the direction away from the sound-emitting panel 23.
For example, the ring-shaped foam 261 may be adhered to the exciter 24 by a double-sided adhesive tape, or may be adhered to the exciter 24 by other means, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
In some embodiments, there may also be at least one spring in one or more of the elastic members 26, a first end of each spring may be glued to the corresponding actuator 24, and a second end of each spring may be glued to the cover plate 25. Each spring of the at least one spring may form an elastic buffer between the corresponding actuator 24 and cover plate 25, since the spring is elastically deformable by the pressing between the actuator 24 and the cover plate 25. Meanwhile, when the exciter 24 makes indirect contact with the cover plate 25 through the spring, the spring can also restrict the amplitude of the exciter 24, thereby reducing the loss of energy of the exciter 24 in the direction away from the sound-emitting panel 23.
Since both ends of each spring are respectively connected to the corresponding exciter 24 and cover plate 25, hard contact between each spring and the exciter 24 and/or the cover plate 25 can be avoided, and unnecessary friction and noise can be avoided.
It should be noted that, when the exciter 24 excites the sound-emitting plate 23 to vibrate, the exciter itself reciprocates in the normal direction of the sound-emitting plate 23, and since the exciter 24 can transmit sound waves to the sound-emitting plate 23 only when moving in the direction of the sound-emitting plate 23, and when the exciter 24 moves in the direction away from the sound-emitting plate 23, the sound waves cannot be transmitted to the sound-emitting plate 23, energy is easily wasted. Therefore, the amplitude of the vibration of the exciter 24 in the direction away from the sound-emitting panel 23 can be reduced by the cover plate 25, and therefore the distance between each elastic member 26 and the cover plate 25 can be smaller than the distance threshold value.
In practical use, the amplitudes of the plurality of exciters 24 may be different from each other, and in order to limit the reciprocating motion of each exciter 24, the distance threshold of the cover plate 25 should be the minimum value of the amplitudes of each exciter 24 in the direction away from the sound-emitting plate 23, so that the moving distance of each exciter 24 in the direction away from the sound-emitting plate 23 is ensured to be smaller than the amplitude of the exciter 24, and the stroke of the exciter 24 is shortened. Illustratively, the distance threshold may be 0.5 mm.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, one or more air holes 253 corresponding to one or more actuators 24 may be formed in the cover plate 25, so that when the actuators 24 vibrate, air on both sides of the cover plate 25 may exchange with each other through the air holes 253, that is, when the actuators 24 vibrate, the air holes 253 may balance the air pressure difference on both sides of the cover plate 25, thereby allowing air on both sides of the cover plate 25 to circulate more smoothly.
In some embodiments, the cover plate 25 may have a strip-shaped structure, two ends of the cover plate 25 are fixedly connected to the fixing frame 21, one or more grooves 251 corresponding to the one or more exciters 24 may be disposed on the cover plate 25, and one side of each exciter 24 away from the sound-emitting plate 23 is located in the corresponding groove 251.
It should be noted that, in order to prevent hard contact between the actuator 24 and the cover plate 25, there is a gap between the actuator 24 and each of the side and bottom surfaces of the groove 251, and the shape of the groove 251 may be the same as or similar to that of the actuator 24. When the driver 24 is detached from the sound board 23, the recess 251 corresponding to each driver 24 can vertically limit the driver 24, and can temporarily carry the detached driver 24.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 5, one or more ribs 252 may be disposed on the cover plate 25 along the length direction. When the number of the one or more ribs 252 is plural, the plural ribs 252 may be uniformly arranged in the width direction of the cover plate 25. The ribs 252 may increase the strength of the cover plate 25, may ensure that the cover plate 25 can apply more stress to the exciter 24, and may also increase the stability of the cover plate 25.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the cover plate 25 may have a straight strip structure, but as shown in fig. 6, the cover plate 25 may have a bent strip structure as long as it can function to hold the exciter 24. For example, when the plurality of exciters 24 are arranged in a straight line on the sound-emitting plate 23, the cover plate 25 may be a linear strip-shaped cover plate 25, and when the plurality of exciters 24 are arranged in a non-straight line on the sound-emitting plate 23, the cover plate 25 may be configured to bend the cover plate 25 according to the distribution pattern of the exciters 24.
Wherein, the both ends of apron 25 can be through screw and fixed frame 21 fixed connection, certainly also can be through other modes and fixed frame 21 fixed connection, the embodiment of the utility model provides a do not limit to this.
The cover plate 25 may have any other structure than the structure described in the above embodiment. For example, as shown in fig. 7, the cover plate 25 may also be a cover plate 25 in which two opposite long sides are bent toward the same side, and this cover plate 25 has a simple structure and is low in cost. After the two opposite long sides of the cover plate 25 are bent, a certain gap is ensured between the exciter 24 and the two opposite long sides of the cover plate 25.
In some embodiments, the projection screen 2 may further include an elastic pad 27 (not shown), and the elastic pad 27 is disposed between the cover plate 25 and the fixing frame 21. When the exciter 24 and the cover plate 25 collide with each other, the cover plate 25 vibrates to a certain extent, and the elastic pad 27 prevents noise caused by collision between the cover plate 25 and the fixed frame 21 when the cover plate 25 vibrates.
For example, the elastic pad 27 may be a foam double-sided tape. The thickness of the elastic pad 27 may be appropriately selected according to the actual situation, and for example, the thickness of the elastic pad 27 may be 0.4 mm.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, the projection screen 2 may further include an elastic washer 28, the elastic washer 28 surrounds at least one exciter 24 of the one or more exciters 24, and the cover plate 25 is fixedly connected to the sound-emitting plate 23 through the elastic washer 28.
As shown in fig. 9, the edge of the cover plate 25 may coincide with the edge of the elastic washer 28, or the edge of the cover plate 25 may extend beyond the edge of the elastic washer 28, but the cover plate 25 may have other structures as long as the cover plate 25 can be adhered to the elastic washer 28.
The elastomeric grommet 28 may have a clearance with the at least one actuator 24 to avoid wear and noise from contacting the elastomeric grommet 28 when the at least one actuator 24 vibrates. Both the first and second sides of the elastic washer 28 may be provided with a double-sided adhesive tape to be adhered to the sound-emitting panel 23 by the double-sided adhesive tape of the first side and to be adhered to the cover plate 25 by the double-sided adhesive tape of the second side.
It should be noted that the material of the elastic washer 28 may be EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer), and EVA has good properties of buffering and shock resistance. The shape of the elastic washer 28 may be a racetrack shape, or other shapes such as a circle, as long as it can enclose one or more exciters 24, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 10, depending on the actual distribution of the one or more actuators 24 on the sound board 23, a strip-shaped cover plate 25 and a cover plate 25 adhered with an elastic washer 28 may be provided on the projection screen 2 at the same time, as long as the cover plate 25 can reasonably hold the one or more actuators 24.
The embodiment of the utility model provides an in, the projection light that optical screen can send projection equipment reflects to realize the projection of picture. In addition, the projection apparatus may drive each of the exciters to vibrate, thereby exciting the sound emitting panels to vibrate in common to emit sound through the sound emitting panels. Because the fixed frame fixes the sound-emitting plate and the optical screen, the sound-emitting plate and the optical screen can be ensured to be positioned in the same area, so that the effect of emitting sound from the picture can be achieved, the condition that the picture and the sound are not uniform is avoided, and the projection effect of the projection system is improved. Since the cover plate is fastened to the one or more elastic members, the amplitude of each exciter in the direction away from the sound-emitting panel can be reduced by the cover plate, thereby reducing the loss of energy when the exciter vibrates. In addition, each elastic member may prevent a hard contact between the corresponding actuator and the cover plate, thereby preventing the generation of noise. The strip-shaped cover plate is provided with the ribs which can increase the strength of the cover plate, ensure that the cover plate can apply more stress to the exciter and simultaneously enhance the stability of the cover plate.
Fig. 2 illustrates a rear view structure diagram of a projection screen according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the projection screen includes: a fixed frame 21, an optical screen 22, a sound-emitting panel 23, one or more actuators 24, a cover plate 25, and one or more elastic members 26 in one-to-one correspondence with the one or more actuators 24; the fixing frame 21 is used for fixing the sound-emitting plate 23 and the optical screen 22, the one or more exciters 24 are fixed on the sound-emitting plate 23, each elastic member 26 of the one or more elastic members 26 is fixed on the corresponding exciter 24, and the cover plate 25 is buckled on the one or more elastic members 26 and is fixedly connected with the sound-emitting plate 23 and/or the fixing frame 21; one or more actuators 24 are used to electrically connect with the projection device 1, the one or more actuators 24 can excite the sound-emitting plate 23 to vibrate to emit sound, and the optical screen 22 is used to receive the projection light emitted from the projection device 1 and perform image display.
It should be noted that, the structures of the fixed frame, the optical screen, the sound-emitting plate, the one or more actuators, the cover plate, and the one or more elastic members corresponding to the one or more actuators in the embodiments of the present invention may be the same as or similar to the structures of the fixed frame, the optical screen, the sound-emitting plate, the one or more actuators, the cover plate, and the one or more elastic members corresponding to the one or more actuators in the above embodiments, and the embodiments of the present invention are not described herein again.
The above description is only illustrative of the present invention, and should not be taken as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalent replacements, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
