Claims (10)
1. A tensioned wire detection system, comprising:
a support pillar;
the terminal anchor column is arranged in parallel with the support column;
one end of the at least one tensile iron wire is used as a fixed end to be fixed with the supporting column, the other end of the at least one tensile iron wire is used as a movable end to be arranged, and the tensile iron wire is in a tensioning state;
the movable pulleys are movably arranged between the terminal anchor posts and the tensile iron wires in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and are connected with movable ends of the tensile iron wires;
one end of the adjusting line is fixed on the terminal anchor post, the other end of the adjusting line serves as an adjusting end, and the adjusting line is in a tensioning state after bypassing one side of the movable pulley, which is far away from the terminal anchor post;
and the torque switch is arranged on the terminal anchor column and is connected with the adjusting end of the adjusting wire.
2. A tensioned iron wire detection system as claimed in claim 1 wherein said terminal anchor post is further provided with fixed pulleys, the number of which is 2 times the number of movable pulleys, and wherein two ends of an adjusting wire passing around said movable pulleys are passed around two of said fixed pulleys, respectively, and then connected to said terminal anchor post and said torque switch, respectively.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the plurality of tensioned iron wires are evenly distributed along the length of the support column, and the distance between adjacent tensioned iron wires is 10-20 cm.
4. A tensioned wire detection system according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the torque switch is replaced by a torque sensor.
5. A tensioned wire detection system according to any one of claims 1-3 further comprising:
and the first tension sensor is arranged on the terminal anchor post and is connected with the adjusting line.
6. A tensioned wire detection system according to any one of claims 1-3 further comprising:
the detection column is arranged between the support column and the terminal anchor column and is parallel to the support column;
the second tension sensor is arranged on the detection column and can detect the tension value of the tension iron wire;
and the control unit is in communication connection with the second tension sensor so as to receive the data detected by the second tension sensor.
7. The tensioned wire detection system of claim 6 further comprising:
the collecting wire extends along the length direction of the detection column and penetrates through the tensile iron wire;
the tension iron wire and the acquisition wire penetrate through the pressing piece in an orthogonal mode.
8. The system according to claim 7, wherein the second tension sensors are two or more, and are respectively disposed at two ends of the detection column in the length direction, and two ends of the collection line are respectively connected to the two or more second tension sensors.
9. The tensioned wire detection system of claim 6 wherein the detection post is disposed intermediate the support post and the terminal anchor post.
10. A tensioned wire detection system according to any one of claims 7-9 further comprising:
and the alarm is in communication connection with the control unit and can give an alarm when the alarm is triggered under the control of the control unit.
