4. The apparatus for preventing entry of ultrafiltration system cleaning fluid into a reverse osmosis membrane system of claim 3 wherein said second conduit is provided with at least one vent valve.

The apparatus for preventing an ultrafiltration system cleaning fluid from entering a reverse osmosis membrane system of claim 1, further comprising an intermediate water tank, wherein the water outlet of the ultrafiltration system is connected to the water inlet of the intermediate water tank by a first pipe, and the water inlet of the reverse osmosis membrane system is connected to the water outlet of the intermediate water tank by a second pipe.
6. An ultrafiltration system, characterized in that a water outlet of the ultrafiltration system is connected with the device for preventing the cleaning solution of the ultrafiltration system from entering the reverse osmosis membrane system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. A reverse osmosis membrane system wherein the water inlet of the reverse osmosis membrane system is connected to the apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 5 for preventing the ultrafiltration system cleaning fluid from entering the reverse osmosis membrane system.
8. A seawater desalination system comprising an ultrafiltration system, a reverse osmosis membrane system and the apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 5 for preventing a cleaning fluid from entering the reverse osmosis membrane system.
