Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a heating tube according to an embodiment of the present application.
FIG. 3 is a schematic view of a non-smoke-fired electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a heating film 100, and a heating tube 11 and a non-smoke-fired electronic device 10 using the heating film 100. The heating film 100 includes two or more heating wires 110. The two or more heating wires 110 are disposed at intervals along the first direction a at unequal intervals, and are used to heat the body to be heated 200. It will be appreciated that a normal cigarette comprises a smokable tobacco portion and a filter portion (or filter); specifically, the body to be heated 200 may be a tobacco portion of a cigarette.
After the electronic device 10 for non-burning cigarettes is turned on, the two or more heating wires 110 start to heat from one end of a cigarette (i.e., the end where the cigarette enters air), and the electronic device 10 controls the heating wires 110 to heat the cigarette in a segmented manner in a direction toward the other end of the cigarette (i.e., the end where the cigarette exits), so as to generate an effect like that the cigarette is burned out from being ignited, thereby improving the user experience. It should be understood that the direction from the air inlet end of the cigarette to the smoke outlet end of the cigarette may be the first direction a or opposite to the first direction a.
Wherein the ratio of the width of each section of the heating wire 110 to the distance between the section of the heating wire 110 and another section of the heating wire 110 adjacent to the first direction a is 1: 1.2-1: 10 or 1: 10-1: 30. Specifically, the ratio of the width of each segment of the heating wire 110 and the distance between the segment of the heating wire 110 and another segment of the heating wire 110 adjacent along the first direction a is 1:1.5, or 1:3, or 1:8, or 1:10, or 1:15, or 1:20, or 1: 30. The heating wire 110 is provided in such a proportion that when the heating wire 110 is heated in stages, the cigarette can be heated non-uniformly, thereby simulating the process from ignition to burnout of the cigarette and producing high quality smoke.
It should be understood that the first direction a may refer to a direction of air flow. In one possible implementation scenario, the user places a cigarette into the heater tube 11 of the non-smoke-burning electronic device 10 and turns on the non-smoke-burning electronic device 10. The non-burning cigarette electronic device 10 receives a turn-on command to heat the cigarette, and the user inhales to accelerate the air flow in the heating tube 11, thereby inhaling the smoke generated by the heating film 100 heating the cigarette. Wherein, the flowing direction of the smoke generated by the cigarette (which can also refer to the flowing direction of air) is the first direction a.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the number of segments of the heating wire 110 exemplarily includes four segments, and a first segment of the heating wire 110a, a second segment of the heating wire 110b, a third segment of the heating wire 110c, and a fourth segment of the heating wire 110d are marked along a first direction a, but the number of segments of the heating wire 110 is not limited thereto; the number of the sections of the heating wire can also be one section, two sections, three sections or five sections, etc.
In one embodiment, along the first direction a, the width W1 of the second segment of the heating wire 110b and the width W2 of the third segment of the heating wire 110c are both greater than or equal to 0.5mm and less than or equal to 1.5mm, or greater than or equal to 1.5mm and less than or equal to 5.0 mm.
Specifically, the width W1 of the second segment of the heater wire 110b and the width W2 of the third segment of the heater wire 110c may be 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, or 4.0 mm. It should be understood that the widths of the heating wires 110a and 110d of the first and fourth segments may also be the values shown above.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, a distance D1 between the heating wire 110b in the second segment and the heating wire 110c in the third segment along the first direction a is greater than 3.0mm and less than or equal to 15 mm. It should be understood that the distance D1 between the heating wire 110b in the second section and the heating wire 110c in the third section may be 3.1mm, 3.5mm, 4.0mm, 4.5mm, 5.0mm, 6.0mm, 7.0mm, 8.0mm, 9.0mm, or 12.0 mm.
Specifically, as the heat conduction distance increases, the heat conduction efficiency of the corresponding position gradually decreases (i.e., the heating temperature of the corresponding position decreases).
By defining the width W1 and the distance D1 of the heating wire 110b, the corresponding heating area (i.e., the area including D1) of the heating wire 110b can have a better heating temperature during heating, and the heated tobacco shred can generate high-quality smoke, thereby improving the user experience.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, a distance D2 between the third segment of the heating wire 110c and the fourth segment of the heating wire 110D along the first direction a is greater than 0.5mm and less than or equal to 3.0 mm. Specifically, the distance D2 between the third segment of the heating wire 110c and the fourth segment of the heating wire 110D may be 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.4mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 2.2mm, 2.4mm, 2.8mm, or 3.0 mm.
Similar to the above definition of the width W1 and the distance D1 of the heating wire 110b, the width W2 and the distance D2 of the heating wire 110c enable the region D2 to have a better heating temperature, so that the heated tobacco shreds can generate high-quality smoke, thereby improving the user experience.
It should be understood that the following conditions are still satisfied within the numerical ranges of the width W1 of the second segment of the heating wire 110b, the width W2 of the third segment of the heating wire 110c, the distance D2 between the second segment of the heating wire 110b and the third segment of the heating wire 110c, and the distance D2 between the third segment of the heating wire 110c and the fourth segment of the heating wire 110D: the distance between one segment of the heating wire 110 and another segment of the heating wire 110 adjacent to each other along the first direction a is greater than the width of the segment of the heating wire 110 (e.g., D1 > W1, D2 > W2).
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, each segment of the heating wire 110 includes a connecting end 111. The connection end 111 is used for electrically connecting with a lead wire, through which a battery is electrically connected with the heating wire 110. Furthermore, the battery may respectively supply power to each segment of the heating wire 110, so that each segment of the heating wire 110 is heated by supplying power to the battery under the condition that the respective trigger condition is met. Specifically, the connection end 111 may be a positive end of the section of the heating wire 110, and the other end of the section of the heating wire 110 far from the connection end 111 may be a negative end. The heat generated by each heated segment of the heating wire 110 is conducted to the cigarettes in the heating pipe 11 through the pipe body thereof to heat the corresponding portions of the cigarettes, respectively.
The heating film 100 further includes an insulating layer 120. The insulating layer 120 is used to attach the heating wire 110 to a predetermined position. Wherein, the heating temperature of the heating wire 110 may be 200 ℃ to 400 ℃, for example: the heating temperature of the heating wire 110 is 250 ℃, 300 ℃, 330 ℃, 350 ℃ or 380 ℃. The insulating layer 120 may maintain its properties stable in an environment of at least 400 c and provide the heating wire 110 with a stable heating environment.
In one embodiment, the triggering condition may be the on-time of the electronic device 10 that does not burn smoke. Such as: the heating wire 110 is powered at intervals of 2 minutes along the first direction a.
In another specific embodiment, the trigger condition may refer to a rate of flow of the flue gas. Such as: when the flow rate of air in the pipe is greater than a set value, the battery simultaneously supplies power to two or more than two sections of the heating wires 110; when the rate of air flow in the duct is less than a set value, the battery supplies power to a section of the heating wire 110. And thus the heating efficiency of the heating wire 110 is matched to the rate of air flow.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the first section of the heating wire 110a and the second section of the heating wire 110b can be heated simultaneously, and the effect of the ignited cigarette can be simulated by the heating effect of the two sections of the heating wires (110a and 110 b). Further, after a certain period of time, the heating of the first section of the heating wire 110a is stopped, the heating of the second section of the heating wire 110b is stopped, and the heating of the third section of the heating wire 110c is started. Wherein the third section of the heating wire 110c may be heated together with the second section of the heating wire 110b for a preset time, which may be several seconds, or tens of seconds, and then the second section of the heating wire 110b stops heating and only the third section of the heating wire 110c heats the cigarette.
Similarly, after a further time, the third section of the heating wire 110c may be heated together with the fourth section of the heating wire 110d for a predetermined time, and then only the fourth section of the heating wire 110d is allowed to heat the cigarette.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the length of each of the heating wires 110 is greater than or equal to 10mm and less than or equal to 50 mm. Specifically, the length of each of the heating wires 110 may be 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, or 50 mm.
It is to be understood that the direction perpendicular to said first direction a is a second direction b. The distance that each of the heating wires 110 extends in the second direction b is the length of the heating wire 110. The lengths of the heating wires 110 may be the same or different for each segment; alternatively, at least two segments of the heating wire 110 have the same length. Specifically, the length of each segment of the heating wire 110 may be equal to or greater than the circumference of the cross section of the pipe body; thus, when the heating film 100 is attached to the tube body, each segment of the heating wire 110 may be wound around the tube body for at least one turn, so as to better heat the body to be heated in the tube body.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, in one embodiment, a heating tube 11 provided by the present application includes a tube body 11a and a heating film 100 in the above embodiments. The tube 11a may be made of metal, ceramic, or the like, and is used to accommodate a body 200 to be heated (e.g., "cigarette"). The heating film 100 is attached to the pipe body 11a such that the two or more heating wires 110 are wound around the outer surface of the pipe body 11 a.
Specifically, when the cigarette is disposed in the pipe body 11a, one end of the cigarette corresponds to the heating wire 110a along the first section of the first direction a. After the electronic device 10 for non-burning cigarettes is turned on, the first section of the heating wire 110a (or the first section of the heating wire 110a and the second section of the heating wire 110b together) heats one end of the cigarette, so as to simulate the effect that the first end of the cigarette is ignited, and further improve the use experience of a user.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment, a non-smoke-fired electronic device 10 provided by the present application includes a heating tube 11, a battery 12 and a processing unit 13 according to the above embodiments. The battery 12 is electrically connected to the two or more heating wires 110, and is used for respectively supplying power to the two or more heating wires 110.
Taking the number of segments of the heating wire 110 including four segments (110a to 110d) as an example, as shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the processing unit 13 is electrically connected to the heating wire 110.
Specifically, the processing unit 13 controls the heating wires (110a, 110b, 110c, 110d) arranged along the first direction a to be heated segment by segment at intervals of a preset time.
Alternatively, the processing unit 13 controls the first segment of the heating wire 110a and the second segment of the heating wire 110b arranged along the first direction to simultaneously heat the corresponding position of the cigarette (i.e., the end of the cigarette where air is introduced). After a first preset time interval, the processing unit 13 controls the first section of the heating wire 110a and the second section of the heating wire 110b to stop heating, and controls the third section of the heating wire 110c to heat the corresponding position of the cigarette (i.e. the middle part of the cigarette). After a second preset time interval, the processing unit 13 controls the third section of the heating wire 110c to stop heating, and controls the fourth section of the heating wire 110d to heat the corresponding position of the cigarette (i.e. one end of the cigarette that produces smoke).
It should be understood that the heating wire 110 structure with D1 greater than W1 and D2 greater than W2 allows the electronic device 10 for non-burning cigarettes to simulate the process from ignition to burnout of a cigarette during heating of the cigarette; the harm of harmful substances (generated by the ignition of the cigarette) to human bodies can be reduced, and the use experience of the electronic device 10 of the non-burning cigarette by users can be improved.
Through the heating process, the electronic device 10 completes heating of the cigarette, and the heating wires are arranged at intervals in a non-equidistant mode, so that when the cigarette starts to be heated, the heating power of the electronic device 10 is high, the temperature of the heating pipe rises quickly, the effect that the cigarette is ignited is simulated, high-quality smoke is generated, and the use experience is improved.
While the foregoing is directed to embodiments of the present application, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the principles of the application, and it is intended that such changes and modifications be covered by the scope of the application.
