In addition, the intercom device 1 also comprises fixing plug-ins 6 arranged at the two ends of the shell of the intercom device and used for fixing the intercom device in an operation panel of the elevator car. For example, the intercom can be screwed to the casing of the operating panel of the elevator car by passing screws through the notches in the fixing inserts.
Fig. 3 shows an interior view of an elevator car with an operating panel 100 opened according to an embodiment of the invention. The operation panel 100 includes an emergency call button 7, a display screen 8, a car operation control panel 9 for signal connection with an elevator main control device to control operation of an elevator car, a display screen control panel 10 for sending an instruction to the display screen to display an image, and the intercom device 1. In addition, the operation panel shown in fig. 3 further includes a signal conversion device 11.
The display screen 8 in fig. 3 is arranged on the housing of the operating panel and is, for example, a touch display screen, comprising a first display area 12 and a second display area 13, which are arranged side by side on the housing of the operating panel. The first display area 12 displays floor information for the passengers to make touch selections, for example, the current floor, the destination floor, the accessible floor, the elevator running direction, etc. are displayed in different colors. The second display area 13 can display clock information, or display pictures, etc. when the elevator is operating normally. The second display area 13 can display images relating to an emergency call situation when the elevator car is in an emergency call situation.
As shown in fig. 3, the intercom device 1 is disposed inside the casing of the operation panel, below the display screen 8, and the speaker and microphone of the intercom device are aligned with the corresponding holes on the casing. The emergency call button 7 is disposed below the intercom 1 and is aligned with a corresponding hole in the case so that the passenger can press the button to initiate an emergency call situation.
The car operating panel 9, the display panel 10 and the signal conversion device 11 are disposed in a cavity formed by the casing of the operating panel and the side wall of the elevator car. The car operation control panel 9 may be a programmable one-chip microcomputer. The display screen control board 10 may be an LED display screen control card, in which a memory is disposed, so as to send a corresponding display instruction to the LED display screen according to the received signal. The signal conversion device 11 is, for example, a level shifter.
Fig. 4 shows a block diagram of the electrical connections of the operating panel of the elevator car according to one embodiment of the invention. The positions of the various components shown in the figures are schematic and do not represent the actual positions of the various components in the operating panel.
The microcontroller of the intercom 1 is in signal connection with the emergency call button 7 and the car operating control panel 9 via the first connector 2. The emergency call button 7 is also in signal connection with the car operating control panel 9. For example, after the passenger presses the emergency call button 7, the microcontroller receives an intercom starting signal from the emergency call button through the first connector to start the intercom function, and after the call is connected, the passenger can communicate with the elevator main machine or the elevator machine room extension through the intercom device. When the elevator host or the elevator machine room extension calls the intercom device, the microcontroller receives an intercom starting signal from the car operation control panel 9 through the first connector to start the intercom function, and after the communication is connected, the passenger can also communicate with the elevator host or the elevator machine room extension through the intercom device. Further, the car operation control panel 9 supplies power to the intercom device 1 through the first connector.
Referring again to fig. 1, the first connector 2 has four interfaces, two of which (e.g., the left two interfaces) are for signal connection with the emergency call button 7 and the other two (e.g., the right two interfaces) are for signal connection with the car operation control panel 9.
In addition, the microcontroller is in signal connection with the signal conversion device 11 through the second connector 3, and is further in signal connection with the display screen control board 10. The signal conversion device 11 converts the signal from the second connector 3 into a signal suitable for the display screen control board 10. For example, the signal conversion device 11 transmits the converted signal to the display panel 10 through the RS232 interface. Here, the signal conversion device is required to convert the signal because the intercom device and the display screen control board have different signal standards or communication transmission protocols. However, according to practical circumstances, the signal conversion device is not necessary for the operation panel.
When the elevator is in an emergency call situation, that is, after the passenger presses the emergency call button or after the intercom is called by the elevator main machine or the elevator machine room extension, the microcontroller of the intercom 1 sequentially transmits a plurality of display signals to the display screen control board 10 through the second connector 3, and the display screen control board 10 makes the display screen 8 sequentially display images corresponding to the plurality of display signals respectively in response to the plurality of display signals. As shown in fig. 4, the plurality of display signals are transmitted to the signal conversion device 11 through the second connector 3, and are converted and transmitted to the display screen control board 10. The display screen control board 10 sends a corresponding display instruction to the display screen 8 in response to the plurality of display signals, and the display screen 8 displays a corresponding image according to the display instruction.
For example, the plurality of display signals include an emergency call start signal, an emergency call connection signal, and an emergency call talk signal.
Referring again to fig. 1, the second connector 3 includes a total of five interfaces, which are a first interface 31, a second interface 32, a third interface 33, a fourth interface 34, and a fifth interface 35, respectively, arranged in this order from left to right. The fifth interface 35 is an NC interface. In other embodiments, the second connector may comprise only four interfaces 31-34.
The microcontroller transmits a first signal to the signal conversion device 11 through the first interface 31, and further transmits the first signal to the display panel control board 10 as a reference signal. For example, the first signal is a high level dc signal.
After the passenger presses the emergency call button or after the intercom is called by the elevator main machine or the elevator machine room extension, the microcontroller transmits a second signal (for example, a low level signal) to the signal conversion device 11 through the second interface 32, and the second signal is transmitted to the display screen control panel 10 after being converted. At the display screen control panel, the first signal and the second signal form an emergency call initiation signal, for example, by a comparator. The display screen control board controls the second display area 13 to display an image corresponding to the emergency call start signal after receiving the emergency call start signal. An image corresponding to the emergency call initiation signal shows the passenger that an emergency call has been currently initiated to sooth the trapped passenger, such as an alarm bell icon.
After a period of time, for example one second later, the microcontroller stops transmitting the second signal through the second interface 32, and simultaneously transmits a third signal (for example, a low level signal) to the signal conversion device 11 through the third interface 33, and the third signal is transmitted to the display panel 10 after being converted. At the display panel, the first signal and the third signal form an emergency call connection signal, for example, by means of a comparator. The display screen control board controls the second display area 13 to display an image corresponding to the emergency call connection signal after receiving the emergency call connection signal. The image corresponding to the emergency call connection signal shows the passenger that the intercom device of the elevator car is in connection with the elevator main machine or the extension of the elevator machine room, such as the general control room, for example as a call waiting icon.
After the microcontroller receives the call-on signal from the car operation panel, the microcontroller stops transmitting the third signal through the third interface 33, and simultaneously transmits a fourth signal (e.g., a low level signal) to the signal conversion device 11 through the fourth interface 34, and the fourth signal is transmitted to the display panel 10 after being converted. At the display panel, the first signal and the fourth signal form an emergency call conversation signal, for example, through a comparator. The display screen control board controls the second display area 13 to display an image corresponding to the emergency call communication signal after receiving the emergency call communication signal. The image corresponding to the emergency call signal includes information indicating that the call is in progress to show the passenger that he is currently in call with the elevator main control room. In addition, the image corresponding to the emergency call communication signal includes text prompt information, and the passenger can communicate with the outside through the intercom device (i.e., the audio input device 5 of the intercom device 1) according to the text prompt information. The text prompt message may include, for example, a question "please describe your current status" and a plurality of answer options, such as "do someone injured", "do you get trapped in an elevator", "do elevator move", "do door is closed" and "several people are inside". The passengers provide information about the persons and equipment inside the elevator in accordance with the prompt information.
After the microcontroller receives the call end signal from the car operation control panel, the microcontroller stops transmitting the fourth signal through the fourth interface 34, and the second display area 13 stops displaying the image related to the emergency call under the control of the display screen control panel 10, and returns to the normal operation interface.
The above embodiment of the present invention adopts the second display area 13 to display the image related to the emergency call, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the display screen can also no longer display the floor information after receiving the emergency call display start signal, only display the image related to the emergency call.
In other embodiments, the comparator may also be disposed in the signal conversion device, that is, the signal conversion device compares the signals from the second, third and fourth interfaces with the reference signal from the first interface to respectively obtain a plurality of display signals.
Further, the second, third, and fourth signals may be signals of the same level or signals of different levels.
As shown in fig. 4, the car operation control panel 9 is signal-connected to the display panel 10 through the signal conversion device 11 to perform bidirectional communication. The signal conversion device 11 converts the signal from the car operation panel 9 into a signal suitable for the display panel 10 and converts the signal from the display panel 10 into a signal suitable for the car operation panel 9. The car operation control panel 9 controls a display screen (e.g., the first display area 12 of the display screen) to display floor information. When a passenger performs a touch operation on, for example, the first display area 12, the display screen sends a floor signal to the display screen control panel 10, the display screen control panel 10 sends the converted floor signal to the car operation control panel 9 through the signal conversion device 11, the car operation control panel 9 then transmits the corresponding floor signal to the elevator main control device, and the elevator main control device controls the operation of the elevator car in response to the floor signal input by the passenger, for example, the car is caused to travel to the destination floor of the passenger.
In addition, in one embodiment of the present invention, the operation panel further includes a backup power supply (not shown in the figure) to supply power to the emergency call button after the elevator is powered off. As shown in fig. 4, the car operation panel 9 is connected to the emergency call button 7 through an additional line (e.g., the leftmost line between the emergency call button 7 and the car operation panel 9 in fig. 4) to supply power to the emergency call button after the elevator is powered off, so that the emergency call button can be easily found by the trapped person.
The utility model discloses an elevator includes the above elevator car's operating panel, this operating panel sets up on the elevator inside wall.
