Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the description of the embodiments herein is for purposes of illustration and explanation only and is not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a seal mounting structure of a vehicle battery according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a battery body (not fully shown) and a battery pack upper cover 2 covering the battery body. The electrical connector base 4 of the battery body and the electrical connector 3 provided on the electrical connector base 4 are shown, and the electrical connector base 4 is connected to the other part of the battery body, for example, by a mounting flange 43 (refer to fig. 3) described later, and transmits power to the outside through the electrical connector 3. The electrical connector 3 may here be a high voltage electrical connector or a low voltage electrical connector.
Conductive traces are connected to the electrical connector 3 to receive power from the battery body. The utility model discloses set up to make electric connector 3 extend in proper order through battery package upper cover 2 and vehicle floor 1 to extend to vehicle floor 1 top. In order to prevent rain water, mud, and the like from contacting the electrical connector 3 or entering the passenger space, the battery pack upper cover 2 is closely attached to the battery body and the vehicle floor 1 at positions surrounding the electrical connector 3, respectively. Here, the close contact means that the gap between the battery pack upper cover 2 and the battery body and the vehicle floor 1 is sealed or joined to each other without a gap, whereby the solid-liquid component can be prevented from passing therethrough. For example, the battery pack upper cover 2 may be formed integrally with the electrical connector base 4 of the battery body.
The utility model discloses a make the electric connector 3 extension of battery body pass vehicle floor 1 to carry out airtight processing to battery package upper cover 2 and vehicle floor 1 and battery body respectively, can prevent rainwater, mud etc. of vehicle floor 1 below from getting into passenger space or contacting with electric connector 3, can implement local sealing protection to battery key position reliably, need not to set up the annular installation roof beam with battery tray sealing connection, the material saving of being convenient for reduces the quality of possessing.
In a preferred embodiment, in order to facilitate the passage of the electrical connector 3 of the battery body, openings allowing the electrical connector 3 to extend therethrough may be formed in the battery pack upper cover 2 and the vehicle floor 1, respectively. A sealing ring 5 is clamped between the battery pack upper cover 2 and the battery body; around the opening of the vehicle floor 1, a seal 8 is sandwiched between the vehicle floor 1 and the battery pack upper cover 2. Thus, the battery pack upper cover 2 can be brought into close contact with the battery body and the vehicle floor 1, respectively, and the manufacture and installation of the respective components can be facilitated.
When the battery pack is installed, the upper cover 2 of the battery pack is installed on the battery body, the sealing ring 5 is compressed to seal the upper cover and the battery body, and the battery pack is assembled to form the battery pack; the battery pack is then placed on a battery pack tray (not shown) such that the bottom end of the battery pack upper cover 2 is fixedly connected to the battery pack tray (e.g., by riveting); and finally, hoisting a battery pack tray bearing the battery pack at the lower side of the vehicle floor 1, and enabling the sealing piece 8 to have a certain compression amount so as to seal the gap between the vehicle floor 1 and the battery pack upper cover 2.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3 in conjunction, the electrical connector base 4 may be provided with a top wall 41 facing the vehicle floor 1, a peripheral wall 42 extending downward from the top wall 41, and a mounting flange 43 extending horizontally outward from the bottom of the peripheral wall 42. The mounting flange 43 may be provided with through holes for attachment to other parts of the battery body by bolts.
The peripheral wall 42 of the electrical connector base 4 can be extended from bottom to top in a tapered manner to form a draft angle, which facilitates manufacturing.
The electrical connector 3 is provided on the top wall 41, and the top wall 41 is closely attached to the battery pack upper cover 2. In a preferred embodiment, the upper side of the top wall 41 may be formed with an annular groove 44, and the sealing ring 5 is placed in the annular groove 44. The battery pack upper cover 2 is covered and arranged to press on the sealing ring 5, and the sealing ring 5 is compressed, thereby sealing the gap between the battery pack upper cover and the battery body (the electric connector base 5). In other embodiments, the sealing ring 5 may be provided in other shapes than the circular cross-section shown, such as with a flat cross-section sealing sheet, so that the annular groove described above may be omitted.
Generally, in order to avoid the excessive weight and the easy manufacture of the battery pack, the upper cover 2 of the battery pack may be generally made of polypropylene, which is inconvenient for the hermetic connection with the battery body. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the upper side of the battery pack upper cover 2 may be provided with an annular pressing pad 6, and the pressing pad 6 is disposed at the lower side of the vehicle floor 1 and connected with the top wall 41 of the electrical connector base 4 to press and fix the battery pack upper cover 2 toward the top wall 41. For example, the pressing pad 6 may be made of cold-rolled carbon steel, so as to apply an acting force, and the battery pack upper cover 2 and the electrical connector base 4 are stably connected by pressing. In the preferred embodiment, the sealing ring 5 may be clamped between the pressure washer 6 and the electrical connector base 4, and may also seal and protect the electrical connector 3.
The compression washer 6 may be conveniently attached to the electrical connector base 4 by means of bolts 7. Referring to fig. 1, a cylindrical screw seat 45 may be formed on the electrical connector base 4, and a through hole is formed on the pressing gasket 6, through which the bolt 7 is screwed to the screw seat 45, so as to have high connection strength.
A through hole for passing the bolt 7 may be provided on the inner periphery of the pressure washer 6, so that the part through which the bolt 7 passes may be surrounded by the electrical connector 3 with a sealing member 8 described in detail below, ensuring a reliable seal. For this, the inner periphery of the pressing pad 6 may have a protrusion on which a through hole is formed.
A sealing member 8 made of, for example, a silicone foam may be provided on the upper side of the pressing pad 6, and pressed against the lower side of the vehicle floor 1 to have a certain amount of compression, thereby achieving tight contact between the battery pack upper cover 2 and the vehicle floor 1. The silica gel foam sealing ring is adopted for sealing, so that the problems of sealing failure caused by compression deformation and softening can be solved by utilizing the advantages of good elastic property, small stress relaxation and the like. Wherein, the both sides of sealing member 8 can be through pressure sensitive adhesive and compress tightly gasket 6 and vehicle floor 1 adhesion respectively to ensure sealed reliability.
The utility model discloses a sealed mounting structure passes through the battery package top mode of being qualified for the next round of competitions, utilizes battery package upper cover 2 in upper and lower both sides and vehicle floor 1 and battery body 2 sealed, implements the local seal protection to vehicle battery's key position, can avoid electric connector 3 to receive the influence of rainwater, mud etc. in the external environment, has effectively promoted product reliability.
On this basis, the utility model discloses still provide a vehicle that has above-mentioned vehicle battery's sealed mounting structure.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
