Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a pen stand unit for enabling an electronic apparatus such as a tablet PC to which an electronic pen is mounted to enable input of an electronic pen.
Background
Electronic devices such as tablet PCs provided with a thin display device such as an LCD having a display screen and a position detection sensor are widely used. With such electronic apparatuses, it is often possible to perform a minute instruction input by using a so-called electronic pen.
A stable place for placing the electronic pen is required to be particularly set up when the electronic pen is not used. In the case of a tablet PC or the like mainly used on a desk, a pen holder dedicated to an electronic pen may be used.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
Problem to be solved by utility model
In order to hold the pen, it is conceivable to attach a cylindrical body made of a hard resin as a pen holder to an electronic device such as a tablet PC. However, in the case of a cylindrical body of a hard resin, the body is liable to slide, and the electronic pen may not be firmly held. And may be damaged by collision with the surroundings.
Therefore, for example, a pen holder configured by attaching a cloth cylindrical body to an electronic device is conceivable. In the case of a cloth pen holder, the pen holder may be somewhat extended and retracted, and the inserted electronic pen may not easily slip out. Further, since the electronic pen can be easily deformed when not inserted, it is not damaged by a collision or the like.
However, since the cloth pen holder is easily deformed and does not have strength as strong as hard resin, it is difficult to firmly attach the cloth pen holder to an electronic device without coming loose, and the number of steps for attaching the cloth pen holder increases in the manufacturing process of the electronic device.
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a pen stand unit that can be easily attached to an electronic device and reliably hold an electronic pen, and that does not hinder the use of the electronic pen when the electronic pen is not attached.
Means for solving the problems
In order to solve the above problem, there is provided a pen stand unit for mounting an electronic pen to an electronic device capable of inputting an instruction by the electronic pen, the pen stand unit including:
a holder portion formed by overlapping opposing end portions of a deformable sheet material, including a held portion in which the end portions are overlapped and a cylindrical portion into which the electronic pen is inserted; and
and an insertion portion including a first plate portion and a second plate portion, the held portion of the holder portion being held by the first plate portion and the second plate portion, the insertion portion being inserted into a mounting opening of the electronic device.
According to this pen holder unit, the held portion of the holder portion formed of the deformable sheet material is held between the first plate portion and the second plate portion, and is attached to the insertion portion formed of these plate portions. Thus, the pen holder unit can be attached to the electronic device by merely inserting the insertion portion into the loading port of the electronic device. In addition, the bracket portion is formed of a deformable sheet material. Thus, when the electronic pen is inserted into the cylindrical portion of the holder portion, the cylindrical portion expands or contracts to some extent, so that the inner surface of the cylindrical portion is in close contact with the side surface of the electronic pen, and the inserted electronic pen can be reliably held in the cylindrical portion. Further, the cylindrical portion of the holder portion is easily deformed by any contact with the electronic pen in a state where the electronic pen is not inserted, and therefore does not become an obstacle or damage.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the pen stand unit according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is an external view of an electronic device 3 using the pen stand unit 1 of this embodiment. The electronic device 3 is an information processing device called a tablet PC or the like which is equipped with a display device 31 such as an LCD and a position detection sensor 32 on the back surface of the display device and which can input an instruction by the electronic pen 2.
The electronic device 3 is provided with an attachment opening for attaching the pen stand unit 1. As shown in fig. 1, the pen holder unit 1 including the holder portion 10 and the insertion portion 20 is configured, and the pen holder unit 1 can be mounted on the electronic device 3 only by inserting the insertion portion 20 into the mounting opening of the electronic device 3. Further, when the electronic pen 2 is inserted into the holder portion 10 of the pen holder unit 1 attached to the electronic device 3, the electronic pen 2 can be easily and reliably attached to the electronic device 3.
Thus, when the electronic pen 2 is not used, the electronic pen 2 can be stably attached to the electronic device 3 at all times by inserting the electronic pen 2 into the holder portion 10 of the pen holder unit 1. The structure of the pen holder unit 1 of this embodiment will be specifically described below.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the pen holder unit 1 viewed from the front side (fig. 2 a) and a perspective view of the pen holder unit 1 viewed from the rear side (fig. 2B). In addition, fig. 3 is a front view (3(a)) and a rear view (fig. 3(B)) of the pen stand unit 1. Fig. 4 is a bottom view of the pen holder unit 1. As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the pen holder unit 1 of this embodiment is composed of 2 parts, a holder portion 10 and an insertion portion 20.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the holder portion 10 includes a tubular portion 11 formed in a tubular shape by overlapping opposite end portions of a deformable sheet material, and a clamped portion 12 formed in a plate shape by overlapping the end portions. The cylindrical portion 11 is a portion into which the electronic pen 2 is inserted and holds the electronic pen 2. The clamped portion 12 is a portion to be attached to an insertion portion 20 described later.
In this case, since the holder portion 10 is formed of a deformable sheet material, when the electronic pen 2 is inserted, the cylindrical portion 11 slightly expands and contracts, and a portion where the inner surface of the cylindrical portion 11 and the side surface of the electronic pen 2 are in close contact with each other is generated, whereby the electronic pen 2 can be stably held in the cylindrical portion 11.
The deformable sheet-like material forming the holder portion 10 may be any sheet-like material having Flexibility (Flexibility). Specifically, various materials having flexibility and strength to some extent that they are not easily broken, such as cloth (woven fabric using synthetic fibers or natural fibers), synthetic leather, felt (nonwoven fabric), synthetic rubber, and vinyl resin, can be used as long as they are formed into a sheet.
As described with reference to fig. 1, the insertion portion 20 is inserted into a mounting opening provided in the electronic device 3, thereby realizing a function of mounting the pen holder unit 1 to the electronic device 3. As shown in fig. 2, the insertion portion 20 includes 2 plate portions formed of a hard material, i.e., a first plate portion 21 and a second plate portion 22.
As shown in fig. 2(a), when the second plate section 22 is pushed into the space between the side walls of the first plate section 21 so that the corresponding long sides and short sides are aligned and overlapped, the second plate section 22 is sandwiched and fitted between the side walls provided on both the short sides of the first plate section 21. This forms the insertion portion 20 in which the first plate portion 21 and the second plate portion 22 are not easily separated. Actually, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the held portion 12 of the holder portion 10 is held between the first plate portion 21 and the second plate portion 22 constituting the insertion portion 20. Thus, the holder portion 10 is attached to the insertion portion 20, and the pen holder unit 1 including the holder portion 10 and the insertion portion 20 is configured.
Thus, the pen holder unit 1 including the holder portion 10 and the insertion portion 20 and capable of being easily assembled by merely inserting the insertion portion 20 into the assembly opening of the electronic device 3 can be realized. In addition, the pen stand unit 1 is also detachable from the mounting port of the electronic apparatus 3. In the case of the pen holder unit 1 of this embodiment, the insertion portion 20 of the pen holder unit 1 is designed for refill of the electronic pen 2. Specifically, the insertion portion 20 of the pen holder unit 1 is provided with a core pulling portion and a refill accommodating portion.
Fig. 5 is a diagram for explaining the refill accommodating portion and the pull-out portion provided in the insertion portion 20 of the pen holder unit 1. The electronic pen 2 enables replacement of the core body 2X used by the electronic pen 2. As shown as a core 2X (3) at the lower side of fig. 5, the core 2X includes a mandrel 2a and a pen tip 2 b. When the pen tip 2b is brought into contact with the cover glass (on the operation surface) provided corresponding to the display screen of the electronic device 3 after the cartridge 2X is attached to the electronic pen 2, and the pen tip 2b is moved in a contact state, whereby an instruction input is performed. Therefore, the pen tip 2b of the core 2X is worn, and therefore, in order to appropriately perform a fine instruction input, the core 2X needs to be replaced at an appropriate timing.
In the pen holder unit 1 of this embodiment, the insertion portion 20 is provided with a core pulling portion and a refill housing portion.
As shown in fig. 2(a) and 3(a), and also as enlarged in fig. 5, the core portion includes a circular hole portion 23 and a metal plate 23 a. The hole 23 is provided at the same position across the first plate 21 and the second plate 22 of the insertion portion 20. The metal plate 23a has a doughnut shape with a through hole at the center. The core portion is configured by sandwiching and fixing the metal plate 23a between the first plate portion 21 and the second plate portion 22. The pen tip 2b attached to the core body 2X of the electronic pen 2 is inserted into the through hole, and is hooked and pulled out, whereby the core body 2X can be easily pulled out from the electronic pen 2.
As shown in fig. 2(a) and 3(a), and also as shown enlarged in fig. 5, an elliptical hole 24 is provided at the same position in place of the core housing portion, first across the first plate portion 21 and the second plate portion 22 of the insertion portion 20. The hole 24 has a size (area) enough to allow a fingertip of a user to enter. As shown by the broken line in fig. 5, through holes 25a to 25c for accommodating the core body 2X as a refill are provided from the bottom surface (the surface on the short side) of the insertion portion 20 toward the hole portion 24. Thus, the hole 24 and the through holes 25a to 25c constitute a refill housing portion.
The core bodies 2X (1) to (3) as substitute cores are inserted into the through holes 25a to 25c, respectively, and stored therein. In the case where the refill is required, the pen holder unit 1 attached to the attachment port of the electronic device 3 is detached. Then, the user's fingertip or the like is inserted into the hole 24 of the insertion portion 20, and the rear end portion of the core rod 2a of the target core bodies 2X (1) to (3) is pushed out toward the bottom surface side. Thus, the target refill is pushed out of the through holes 25a to 25c, and can be used by being pulled out.
[ Effect of the embodiment ]
The pen holder unit 1 of the above embodiment is composed of a holder portion 10 made of cloth and an insertion portion 20 formed of hard resin or the like. Therefore, the pen holder unit 1 can be mounted on the electronic device 3 by a simple operation such as inserting the insertion portion 20 into a mounting hole provided in the electronic device 3. Since the holder portion 10 is made of cloth, the side surface of the electronic pen 2 inserted into the holder portion 10 is in close contact with the inner surface of the cylindrical portion 11 of the holder portion 10, and the electronic pen 2 can be reliably held by the holder portion 10. Thereby, even when the electronic pen 2 is not used, the electronic pen 2 can be attached to the electronic device 3. Therefore, it is possible to avoid a problem such as the electronic pen 2 being lost.
Further, since the holder portion 10 is made of cloth and has flexibility, it is easily deformed without mounting the electronic pen 2 to the pen holder unit 1, and there is no problem that the pen holder unit 1 becomes an obstacle to use. The pen holder unit 1 attached to the electronic device 3 is also detachable. That is, the pen stand unit 1 is attachable to and detachable from the electronic apparatus 3. Therefore, the insertion portion 20 of the pen holder unit 1 can be provided with the drawn core portion and the refill holding portion, and this can be utilized. Therefore, when the electronic pen 2 can replace the refill, a function of easily replacing the refill and safely holding the refill can be added to the pen holder unit 1.
