9. The fabricated exterior wall panel of claim 8, wherein a side of said second seal remote from said water stop strip is provided with a water resistant coating;
the waterproof coating is made of polymer cement-based waterproof paint or polyurethane waterproof paint.
10. The fabricated side fascia according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the water-absorbing part is a bentonite rubber water stop.
