1. The road surface washing vehicle is characterized by comprising a vehicle body, a water tank, a road surface washing mechanism and a medicine spraying mechanism, wherein the water tank, the road surface washing mechanism and the medicine spraying mechanism are all arranged on the vehicle body;
the road surface flushing mechanism is communicated with the water tank, and the spraying direction of the road surface flushing mechanism faces the road surface;
the pavement flushing mechanism comprises a flushing nozzle assembly and a water conveying pipe communicated with the water tank, and the water conveying pipe is arranged at the lower part of the vehicle body and extends along the width direction of the vehicle body;
the flushing nozzle assembly comprises a flushing nozzle, the inlet of the flushing nozzle is communicated with the water pipe, and the outlet of the flushing nozzle faces the road surface;
the medicine injection mechanism is communicated with the water tank, and an injection hole for water injection or medicine injection is formed in the water tank;
the medicine spraying mechanism comprises a spray gun assembly, a supporting assembly, a first adjusting assembly and a second adjusting assembly, the spray gun assembly is rotatably arranged on the vehicle body through the supporting assembly, the spray gun assembly is hinged with the supporting assembly, and a water inlet of the spray gun assembly is communicated with the water tank;
the first adjustment assembly is connected between the spray gun assembly and the support assembly, the first adjustment assembly enabling the spray gun assembly to rotate relative to the support assembly about an articulation axis or the spray gun assembly to be locked in a first predetermined position relative to the support assembly;
the second adjusting component is used for being connected between the vehicle body and the supporting component, and the second adjusting component can enable the supporting component to rotate relative to the vehicle body or enable the supporting component to be locked at a second preset position relative to the vehicle body.

The road surface flushing vehicle of claim 1, characterized in that the first adjusting assembly comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a first locking bolt and a first locking nut, wherein one end of the first connecting rod is hinged with the supporting assembly, one end of the second connecting rod is hinged with the spray gun assembly, and the other end of the first connecting rod is hinged with the other end of the second connecting rod through the first locking bolt;
the first locking nut is threadedly engaged with the first locking bolt to enable the spray gun assembly to rotate relative to the support assembly or to secure the spray gun assembly to the support assembly.
3. The road surface flushing vehicle of claim 1, characterized in that the support assembly comprises a fixed support and a support rod set, wherein the fixed support and the spray gun assembly are rotatably connected through the support rod set;
the fixed support is provided with an arc-shaped sliding groove, the second adjusting assembly comprises a second locking bolt and a second locking nut, and the second locking bolt is connected with the supporting rod group and extends into the arc-shaped sliding groove;
the second locking nut is in threaded connection with the second locking bolt, so that the second locking bolt slides in the arc-shaped sliding groove, or the second locking bolt is fixed in the arc-shaped sliding groove.
4. The road surface flushing vehicle of claim 3, wherein the support rod group comprises a support rod and a diagonal draw bar, one end of the support rod is fixedly connected with the spray gun assembly, and the other end of the support rod is rotatably connected with the fixed support;
one end of the diagonal draw bar is connected with the support rod, and the other end of the diagonal draw bar is connected with the locking nut.

The road surface flushing vehicle of claim 1 wherein the flush head assembly is comprised of a first flush head subassembly and a second flush head subassembly, the first and second flush head subassemblies each including at least one of the flush heads; the center line of the vehicle body in the width direction of the vehicle body is a preset center line, the first flushing nozzle subassembly is positioned on one side of the preset center line, and the second flushing nozzle subassembly is positioned on the other side of the preset center line;
the outlets of the flush nozzles of the first flush nozzle subassembly are inclined to one side of the predetermined centerline, and the outlets of the flush nozzles of the second flush nozzle subassembly are inclined to the other side of the predetermined centerline.

The road surface flushing vehicle of claim 1, further comprising a pumping device, wherein a water inlet of the pumping device is communicated with the water tank, a water outlet of the pumping device is communicated with the medicine spraying mechanism through a first pipeline, and a water outlet of the pumping device is also communicated with the road surface flushing mechanism through a second pipeline;
the first pipeline is provided with a first valve, and the second pipeline is provided with a second valve.
