The preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. The invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. The terms "vertical," "horizontal," "left," "right," and the like as used herein are for illustrative purposes only.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As shown in fig. 1, the cleaning device 100 of the embodiment of the present invention is a sweeping robot, a mopping robot or a sweeping and mopping integrated robot, which can walk on the ground and clean the ground by using a dust absorption or wiping mode, etc. The cleaning device 100 includes a cleaning device housing 20 and components (not shown) accommodated in the cleaning device housing 20, and the cleaning device housing 20 plays a role of accommodating and fixing the components and realizes a traveling function of the cleaning device 100. The components inside the cleaning device housing 20 are basically the prior art, and therefore, are not described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the cleaning device housing 20 includes a main housing 21, a front driving wheel set 23 and a rear traveling wheel set, wherein the front driving wheel set 23 and the rear traveling wheel set are mounted on the main housing 21 at an interval. The front drive wheel set 23 is located forward of the rear road wheel set in the direction of travel of the cleaning device housing 20.
In this way, the front drive wheel set 23 of the cleaning device 100 is provided in front of the rear traveling wheel set and adopts a front drive system, and therefore has a higher obstacle crossing capability than the rear drive cleaning device 100. When the front of the cleaning device 100 encounters an obstacle, the powered front driving wheel set 23 can drive the main housing 21 to easily pass over the obstacle, thereby improving the environmental adaptability of the cleaning device 100, expanding the cleaning range of the cleaning device 100, and preventing the cleaning device 100 from being blocked by some obstacles and being unable to effectively clean some areas.
Specifically, the main housing 21 includes a lower cover 214 and an upper cover 212 that are fastened to each other, and the fastened upper cover 212 and lower cover 214 together form a main accommodating cavity 216 for accommodating components of the cleaning device 100. It is understood that the specific shapes of the lower cover 214 and the upper cover 212 are not limited, in some embodiments, the cross-sections of the lower cover 214 and the upper cover 212 are substantially circular, and in other embodiments, the cross-sections of the lower cover 214 and the upper cover 212 may also be square.
Further, the lower cover 214 is provided with a first mounting groove 2141 and a second mounting groove spaced apart from each other along the first direction, the first mounting groove 2141 is communicated with the main accommodating cavity 216 and the external environment for installing the front driving wheel assembly 23, and the second mounting groove is communicated with the main accommodating cavity and the external environment for installing the rear traveling wheel assembly. Moreover, the first mounting groove 2141 and the second mounting groove are respectively located on two sides of the center point of the lower cover 214, so the orthographic projections of the front driving wheel set 23 and the rear driving wheel set on the main housing 21 are respectively located on two sides of the center point of the main housing 21.
In this way, the front driving wheel set 23 and the rear road wheel set are respectively mounted on the front half part and the rear half part of the main housing 21, thereby forming a front driving mode. During the traveling of the cleaning device 100, the front half portion provided with the front driving wheel group 23 is always positioned in front of the rear half portion provided with the rear traveling wheel group. It can be understood that the specific opening positions of the first mounting groove 2141 and the second mounting groove can be set according to the shape and structure of the main housing 21, so as to meet the requirements of flexibility and obstacle crossing performance of the cleaning device 100.
The front drive wheel set 23 includes two actively rotating front drive wheels 232. Specifically, the lower cover 214 is provided with two first mounting grooves 2141 spaced apart from each other along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, the two front driving wheels 232 are mounted to the main accommodating cavity 216 at intervals along the second direction, and extend out of the main accommodating cavity 216 through the first mounting grooves 2141 to contact with the placement plane.
Each front driving wheel 232 comprises a driving unit 2323 and a front driving wheel main body 2321 installed on the driving unit 2323, the driving unit 2323 is accommodated in the main accommodating cavity 216, a part of the front driving wheel main body 2321 passes through the first installation groove 2141 and extends out of the main housing 21 to contact with the ground, and the driving unit 2323 is used for driving the front driving wheel main body 2321 to rotate so as to realize the traveling function of the cleaning device 100. In this way, the front drive wheel body 2321 actively rotates to actively ride over an obstacle by being driven by the drive unit 2323, and is hard to be caught by the obstacle.
In some embodiments, the distance B between the edge of the outer side of the front drive wheel body 2321 and the inner wall of the side of the upper cover 212 facing the lower cover 214 is a preset safety distance B1. Preferably, the preset safety distance B1 is 0.5mm to 1.0 mm. In this way, the cleaning apparatus 100 has a greater obstacle-surmounting capability by maximizing the use of the space in the main housing 21 and having a larger diameter D while ensuring smooth rotation of the front drive wheel 232. The diameter D of the front driving wheel 232 is a-B-C, a represents the maximum distance of the upper cover 212 from the lying plane, and C represents the thickness of the upper cover 212.
The rear road wheel set comprises a rear road wheel 25 which is provided with no power unit and is driven to rotate. Specifically, in the second direction, one second mounting groove is located between two first mounting grooves 2141, and the rear road wheels 25 are partially received in the main housing 21 and partially extend out of the main housing 21 from the second mounting groove to contact the ground. Specifically, in some embodiments, the rear road wheels 25 are universal wheels with variable rotation directions, and the rear road wheels 25 are appropriately set to have a larger diameter to prevent the rear road wheels 25 from being too small to affect the overall obstacle crossing capability of the cleaning device 100.
Thus, in the direction of the interval between the two front driving wheels 232, the rear traveling wheels 25 are located between the two front driving wheels 232, and the rear traveling wheels 25 can rotate around different directions under the driving of the front driving wheels 232 so as to enable the cleaning device 100 to smoothly travel.
In the cleaning device 100, the walking power is from the front driving wheel 232 which rotates actively, and the front driving wheel 232 makes full use of the space of the main accommodating cavity 216 and has a larger diameter, so that the cleaning device 100 has higher power and stronger obstacle crossing capability, thereby having higher adaptability to different terrains and environments and better cleaning effect.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only represent some embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is specific and detailed, but not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit of the present invention, several variations and modifications can be made, which are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the appended claims.
