The device for boiling and roasting of claim 18 wherein said reversible thermochromic coating is a reversible thermochromic coating comprising a thermochromic material capable of achieving a mutual transition between an initial color at room temperature and a temperature-variable color; or the reversible temperature-variable and color-variable coating comprises at least two adjacent or spaced reversible temperature-variable and color-variable coatings and at least two thermochromic materials, wherein the color-variable temperatures of the at least two thermochromic materials are different, and each reversible temperature-variable and color-variable coating can realize the mutual conversion between the initial color and the temperature-variable color; or the reversible thermochromic coating is a reversible thermochromic coating, comprises at least two thermochromic materials, and can realize the mutual conversion between the initial color at normal temperature and at least two thermochromic colors.
20. The device of claim 18, wherein the reversible temperature-changing thermochromic coating has a color-changing temperature in the range of 50-85 ℃.
21. The device of claim 18, wherein said reversible thermochromic coating is colorless in its initial color.
22. The rinsing and roasting apparatus as defined in claim 18, wherein said reversible thermochromic coating is further provided with a scratch-resistant layer capable of preventing said reversible thermochromic coating from scratching.
23. The device of claim 18, wherein said reversible temperature-changing and color-changing coating is further provided with a background image layer for increasing color contrast.
24. The device of claim 18, wherein said reversible thermochromic coating is a patterned structure having a shape, said reversible thermochromic coating exhibiting a predetermined pattern when changing color.
25. The device of claim 18, wherein the reversible thermochromic coating has a high temperature resistant layer on its surface, and the high temperature resistant layer is a transparent coating of aluminum oxide.
26. The device for rinsing and roasting of claim 18 wherein said reversible temperature-changing and color-changing coating is further provided with a heat-insulating layer made of transparent heat-insulating material.
27. The device of claim 18, wherein said temperature prompting device is a reversible thermochromic coating disposed on a surface of said rinsing and/or frying container.
28. The device for boiling and baking of claim 18, wherein said temperature prompting device does not comprise a base removably or non-removably disposed on a surface of said boiling container and/or said frying container and a reversible thermochromic coating disposed on said base.
29. The device of claim 28, wherein said base is adapted to engage with said rinsing and boiling container and/or said grilling container in a snap fit or bayonet fit.
30. The device of claim 18, wherein said reversible thermochromic coating is a thermally sensitive ceramic coating.
31. The device of claim 17, wherein said temperature prompting device comprises a thermistor or temperature sensor disposed on said base and/or said boiling container and/or said frying container.
32. The device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the frying surface of the boiling container and/or the container cover is provided with an anti-stick pan coating.
33. The apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said base is further provided with a fume suction device for sucking away the oil fume, water vapor or mist generated by said apparatus.
34. The device for boiling and roasting according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a support leg is provided on the bottom surface of the base.
35. The device of claim 34, wherein said feet are heat resistant or heat insulating feet.
36. The device of claim 34, wherein the bottom of said legs is provided with anti-slip or buffer portions.
