4. A ventilation unit adapted to deliver fresh air into a kitchen, comprising:
the ventilation device is suitable for switching between a ventilation mode and a non-ventilation mode;
the ventilation device comprises an air pressure detection module (2) which is set to be suitable for detecting the air pressure value in the kitchen and controlling the ventilation device to start the ventilation mode when the detected air pressure value is smaller than a preset air pressure threshold value.

the ventilation device also comprises a fresh air pipeline (4) and a regulating and controlling unit (5) suitable for controlling the on-off of the fresh air pipeline (4);
when the fresh air pipeline (4) is cut off by the regulating and controlling unit (5), the ventilation device is in the non-ventilation mode;
when the regulating and controlling unit (5) conducts the fresh air pipeline (4), the ventilation device is in the ventilation mode.

the ventilation device further comprises an air extraction device (7) adapted to guide an air flow through the fresh air duct (4) into the kitchen in the ventilation mode.

when the regulating and controlling unit (5) conducts the fresh air pipeline (4), the ventilation device is in the ventilation mode.
