The specification provides a wall-hanging device that simple operation and reliability are high. The wall-mounted device of the present specification will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The features of the following examples and embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a wall-hanging device 100, where the wall-hanging device 100 may be applied to various application scenarios that need to be used in cooperation with a wall surface 90, such as an attendance device and a display device that need to be used in cooperation with the wall surface 90. The wall-hanging device 100 includes:
referring to fig. 1, a groove portion 110 is disposed on a side surface of the first structural member 10 facing away from the wall surface 90, and at least one limiting hole 111 is disposed on an inner side wall of the groove portion 110.
Referring to fig. 2, the second structure member 20 includes a housing portion 210 installed in the groove portion 110 and a limiting component 220 disposed in the housing portion 210, where the limiting component 220 includes at least one limiting member 221 engaged with the limiting hole 111, and the limiting member 221 is movably disposed in the housing portion 210 along a first direction (as shown in an X direction in fig. 1) of the groove portion 110 and partially protrudes through a sidewall of the housing portion 210. In the present embodiment, the first direction may be understood as a radial direction of the groove portion 110. The number of the limiting members 221 corresponds to the number of the limiting holes 111, that is, the limiting members 221 are correspondingly matched with the limiting holes 111.
The position-limiting assembly 220 further includes a main body component 222 movably disposed on the housing portion 210 along a second direction (as shown in the Y direction in fig. 1) of the groove portion 110, and at least one transmission component 223 in transmission connection with the main body component 222, where the transmission components 223 are connected to the position-limiting components 221 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. In the present embodiment, the second direction may be understood as an axial direction of the groove portion 110. The number of the transmission members 223 corresponds to the number of the limiting holes 111, i.e. the transmission members 223 are matched with the limiting members 221 in a one-to-one correspondence. The main body member 222 moves along the axial direction of the groove portion 110, and the transmission member 223 drives the limiting member 221 to move along the radial direction of the groove portion 110, so that the limiting member 221 and the limiting hole 111 are locked or unlocked.
In the application scenario shown in fig. 1, when the main body component 222 moves downward along the axial direction of the groove portion 110, the transmission component 223 drives the limiting component 221 to move rightward along the radial direction of the groove portion 110 (i.e., move in a direction away from the limiting hole 111), so that the limiting component 221 and the limiting hole 111 are unlocked from each other. When the main body member 222 moves upward along the axial direction of the groove portion 110, the transmission member 223 drives the limiting member 221 to move leftward along the radial direction of the groove portion 110 (i.e., to move toward a direction close to the limiting hole 111), so that the limiting member 221 and the limiting hole 111 are locked to each other.
In the present embodiment, the limiting members 221 are respectively matched with the limiting holes 111 and the transmission members 223 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The number of the limiting members 221, the limiting holes 111 and the transmission members 223 is four. Therefore, after the second limiting structure 220 and the first limiting structure 120 are locked with each other, the stress between the two structures is balanced, and the connection effect is more stable. Of course, in other examples, the number of the limiting members 221, the limiting holes 111 and the transmission members 223 may be set to other numbers according to practical situations, and the description does not limit this.
It will be appreciated that the first structural member 10 may be used as a base portion of a wall hanging device 100 for mounting and securing to a wall surface 90. The first structural member 10 may be mounted on the wall surface 90 by means of screw fixation, suspension fixation, and the like, which is not limited in the present specification. The second structural member 20 can be engaged with the first structural member 10 for the purpose of being fixed to the wall surface 90. The second structural member 20 may be a main body of the wall-mounted device, and a circuit board and other electronic components necessary for attendance equipment, display equipment, and the like are directly disposed inside the second structural member to implement corresponding functions of the attendance equipment, the display equipment, and the like. The attendance device, the display device, and the like can also be fixedly connected with the second structural member 20 by the existing connecting means, so as to fix the attendance device, the display device, and the like on the wall surface 90, which is not limited in this specification.
As can be seen from the above technical solutions, the wall-hanging device 100 of the present specification is configured to fixedly connect the first structural member 10 to the wall surface 90, and the second structural member 20 is installed in the groove 110 of the first structural member 10 through the housing portion 210. In the application scenario shown in fig. 1, when the limiting member 221 of the limiting assembly 220 moves in a direction away from the limiting hole 111 (which may be understood as moving to the right) along the radial direction of the groove portion 110, the limiting member and the limiting hole 111 can be unlocked from each other, so as to separate the second structural member 20 and the first structural member 10 from each other. When the limiting member 221 of the limiting assembly 220 moves (can be understood as moving leftward) in a radial direction of the groove portion 110 toward the limiting hole 111, it can be locked with the limiting hole 111, so as to fix the second structural member 20 and the first structural member 10 to each other, and thus, the first structural member 10 and the second structural member 20 can be quickly disassembled and assembled.
In a normal state, the portion of the position-limiting element 221 of the position-limiting assembly 220, which penetrates through the side wall of the housing portion 210, is clamped in the position-limiting hole 111 of the first structural element 10, so as to ensure that the first structural element 10 and the second structural element 20 are fixed to each other, and further fix the second structural element 20 on the wall surface 90. When the second structure 20 needs to be detached from the first structure 10, the limiting member 221 of the limiting assembly 220 is operated to move in a direction away from the limiting hole 111 along the radial direction of the groove portion 110, so that the limiting member and the limiting hole 111 can be separated from each other, and the second structure 20 can be detached from the first structure 10.
In an alternative embodiment, the housing 210 has a central receiving hole 211 coaxially disposed with the groove 110, the main body 222 includes a main body 2221 and an elastic element 2222 for keeping driving connection with the driving element 223, and the main body 2221 can be pressed by a user to enable the main body 222 to move axially along the groove 110. The main body 2221 is movably disposed in the receiving hole 211 along the axial direction of the groove portion 110, and the elastic member 2222 is disposed between the main body 2221 and the housing portion 210. In this embodiment, the elastic member 2222 is a return spring.
In the application scenario shown in fig. 1, when the user presses the main body part 2221 of the main body part 222 to move downward along the axial direction of the groove part 110, the elastic part 2222 can be pressed to deform downward and be in a compressed state. Meanwhile, through the cooperation between the main body 2221 and the transmission member 223, the transmission member 223 drives the limiting member 221 to move rightward (i.e., toward a direction away from the limiting hole 111) along the radial direction of the groove portion 110, so that the limiting member 221 and the limiting hole 111 are unlocked from each other. When the user releases the main body part 2221 of the body part 222, the main body part 2221 can be moved upward in the axial direction of the groove part 110 by the restoring elastic force of the elastic part 2222. Meanwhile, the main body 2221 is engaged with the transmission member 223, so that the transmission member 223 drives the limiting member 221 to move leftward (i.e. to move toward the direction close to the limiting hole 111) along the radial direction of the groove portion 110, so that the limiting member 221 and the limiting hole 111 are locked with each other.
In an alternative embodiment, the transmission member 223 is a gear member, the main body 2221 has a first gear portion 2223 engaged with the gear member, and the limiting member 221 has a second gear portion 2211 engaged with the gear member.
In the application scenario shown in fig. 1, when the user presses the main body part 2221 of the main body part 222 to move in the axial direction of the receiving hole 211 toward the first structural member 10, it can be understood that the main body part moves downward in the axial direction of the groove part 110. First gear portion 2223 can drive gear part along the orientation main part 2221's direction is rotated (can be understood as rotating along clockwise), gear part can drive second gear portion 2211 is along keeping away from spacing hole 111's direction removes, so that locating part 221 with spacing hole 111 unlocks each other.
When the user releases the main body part 2221 of the main body part 222, the main body part 2221 can be moved in the axial direction of the receiving hole 211 away from the first structural member 10, which can be understood as being moved upward in the axial direction of the groove part 110, by the restoring elastic force of the elastic part 2222. The first gear portion 2223 can drive the gear member to rotate along the direction back to the main body portion 2221 (which can be understood as rotating along the counterclockwise direction), and the gear member can drive the second gear portion 2211 to move along the direction close to the limiting hole 111, so that the limiting member 221 and the limiting hole 111 are locked to each other. Thus, the user can simultaneously drive all the limiting members 221 and the corresponding limiting holes 111 to unlock each other by only pressing the main body member 2221. When the user releases the main body part 2221, all the limiting parts 221 and the corresponding limiting holes 111 can be driven to be locked with each other at the same time, so that the effect of opening and closing by one key is achieved, and the operation is simple and convenient.
In an alternative embodiment, at least two thirds of the surface of the gear member is provided with a gear structure 2231 cooperating with the first gear portion 2223 and the second gear portion 2211. In this way, the height of the gear member can be reduced, thereby saving space and reducing the occupied volume of the second structural member 20.
In an alternative embodiment, in the application scenario shown in fig. 1, a protruding portion 2224 is formed on a side of the main body 2221 close to the transmission member 223 (which may be understood as the left side of the main body 2221) extending in a direction close to the first structural member 10 (which may be understood as the downward extending direction), and the first gear portion 2223 is disposed on a side of the protruding portion 2224 close to the transmission member 223 (which may be understood as the left side of the protruding portion 2224). The second gear portion 2211 is disposed on one side of the limiting member 221 close to the transmission member 223 (which may be understood as a bottom surface of the limiting member 221).
It should be noted that, in the application scenario shown in fig. 1, the protruding portion 2224 and the limiting member 221 may be regarded as a rack structure, the transmission member 223 may be regarded as a gear structure, and a vertical force applied to the main body part 2221 of the main body part 222 by a user is converted into a horizontal force applied to the limiting member 221 by a matching manner of the gear and rack structure, so that the limiting member 221 moves in the horizontal direction. Of course, in other examples, the above-mentioned effect may be achieved by other mechanical connection structures, and the present specification is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 4, in the example shown in fig. 4, the body member 2221 has a cylindrical configuration. Accordingly, the groove portion 110 is a circular groove adapted to the main body 2221, and the housing portion 210 is a cylinder structure adapted to the groove portion 110. Further, the number of the limiting holes 111 and the number of the limiting pieces 221 are at least two, the at least two limiting holes 111 are uniformly arranged on the inner side wall of the groove portion 110 along the circumference, and the at least two limiting pieces 221 are uniformly arranged on the outer side wall of the housing portion 210 along the circumference. In the present embodiment, the number of the limiting holes 111 and the limiting members 221 is four. Of course, in other examples, the number of the limiting holes 111 and the limiting members 221 may be other numbers as long as the limiting holes are uniformly arranged on the corresponding groove portions 110 and the corresponding housing portions 210 along the circumference, which is not limited in this specification.
Referring to fig. 5, in the example shown in fig. 5, the main body 2221 has a cubic structure. Accordingly, the groove portion 110 is a rectangular groove adapted to the main body 2221, and the housing portion 210 is a cubic structure adapted to the groove portion 110. Further, the number of the limiting holes 111 and the number of the limiting pieces 221 are at least two, the at least two limiting holes 111 are uniformly arranged on the inner side wall of the groove portion 110, and the at least two limiting pieces 221 are uniformly arranged on the outer side wall of the housing portion 210. In the present embodiment, the number of the limiting holes 111 and the limiting pieces 221 is two, and both are symmetrically arranged. Of course, in other examples, the number of the limiting holes 111 and the limiting members 221 may be other numbers as long as the limiting holes are uniformly arranged on the corresponding groove portions 110 and the corresponding housing portions 210, and the description does not limit the limiting holes.
An embodiment of the present specification further provides a connection device, including:
the first structural member is fixedly connected with an external member, a groove part is arranged on one side surface of the first structural member, which is back to the external member, and at least two limiting holes are arranged on the inner side wall of the groove part.
