Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a multi-functional two-chamber bronchial sacculus pipe of detachable belongs to the medical instrument field.
Background
The hemorrhage related to bronchoscope operation is the most main complication of bronchoscope diagnosis and treatment operation, airway obstruction and asphyxia caused by large hemorrhage are the most main reasons of death of patients, keeping healthy side airway smooth and rapid hemostasis are key factors of successful treatment, and the method of only depending on local perfusion of hemostatic drugs, intravenous infusion of hemostatic drugs and the like is often poor in curative effect on acute and large hemorrhage, so that the bleeding bronchus is often blocked and stopped by inserting an airway balloon through a bronchoscope working pore channel.
However, a special bronchus blocking balloon is not available in the market at present, and the special bronchus blocking balloon is often replaced by an expansion balloon in clinic. The problem with using a balloon dilation catheter for occlusion is that (1) the pressure of the dilation balloon is often high, with the risk of tearing small airways; (2) the water sac of the expansion saccule is usually longer, generally larger than 3cm, and is not beneficial to observing the condition of the bleeding airway; (3) the tail ends of all existing balloons (including an expansion balloon) are provided with thick adapter devices, so that once the balloons are injected with water/gas after being inserted into a bronchoscope working hole, the balloon catheter cannot be withdrawn from the working hole, namely the balloon catheter occupies the bronchoscope working hole, the hematocele of a healthy side bronchus cannot be cleaned by using a bronchoscope, and the obstruction state of an airway of a patient with large bleeding cannot be timely relieved; (4) partial saccule needs guide wire to guide insertion, the operation procedure is complex, the time consumption is long, and gold treatment time can be wasted.
In addition, for infectious diseases, further checking the etiology and drug sensitivity results of protective lavage performed on the infected part has important significance for diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary infection, and a catheter for relevant protective lavage is also lacked at present, so that direct bronchoalveolar lavage may cause specimen contamination and affect the reliability of detection results. Furthermore, for the bronchial foreign body, the removal is relatively difficult, and the related instruments are often needed for assistance, and a bronchial lithotomy balloon catheter is also lacked at present.
