In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, 12, 14 and 15, the switching device 51 is integrally injection molded with the switching structure 55, and the switching structure 55 includes an inlet passage 550 communicating with the peripheral guide tube 58, a pressure regulating passage 551 communicating with the pressure regulating extension tube 53 and a flapper passage 552 communicating with the one-way flapper tube 54. The switching structure 55 is provided with a coupling groove 553, and the inlet passage 550, the pressure regulating passage 551 and the flapper passage 552 are all coupled into the coupling groove 553. The switching structure 55 is provided with a cylindrical switching valve 56, and an outer side wall of the switching valve 56 is sealed from an inner side wall of the connecting groove 553. The switching valve 56 is provided with an annular hole 560 and a switching hole 561 which are communicated with each other, the switching hole 561 is a smaller hole, the annular hole 560 is a larger hole, the annular hole 560 is always communicated with the inlet passage 550 when the switching valve 56 is rotated, and the switching hole 561 has four states, a first state: the switching hole 561 is completely aligned with the pressure regulating channel 551, that is, the switching hole 561 is communicated with the pressure regulating channel 551 to realize maximum flow guiding. In the second state: the switching hole 561 is communicated with the pressure regulating channel 551, but is not completely aligned with the pressure regulating channel 551, and the switching hole 561 and the pressure regulating channel 551 are butted to different degrees by rotating the switching valve 56, so that the pressure regulation is realized. The third state: rotating switch bore 561 aligns with flapper channel 552 such that switch bore 561 switches communication with flapper channel 552. The fourth state: the switching valve 56 is rotated to align the switching hole 561 with the inner wall surface of the switching structure 55, and the switching hole 561 is switched to the closed state to stop the drainage. In fact, the switching valve 56 can also be a bent pipe, one end of the bent pipe is always communicated with the inlet channel 550, and the shaft of the bent pipe connected with the inlet channel 550 is used as a rotating shaft, when the bent pipe is axially rotated, the other end of the bent pipe is switched to be communicated with the pressure regulating channel 551 or the flap channel 552, or the inner wall of the connecting groove 553 is abutted to seal the hole to stop drainage. In order to conveniently control the switching valve 56, an indication mark (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the switching structure 55, the indication mark comprises a valve mark, a flow stopping mark and a pressure regulating size mark, the switching valve 56 is provided with a position indication structure 562 which is adaptive, when the switching valve is used, the position of the switching hole 561 can be changed only by rotating the switching valve 56 and aligning the position indication structure 562 with the corresponding mark, and a user can intuitively know the position of the switching hole 561 and can accurately control the switching valve.
Compared with the prior art, the drainage device 5 in the technical scheme has the advantages that the conversion device 51 of the hard material and the effusion cavity 52 of the hard material are arranged, the effusion cavity 52 can support the bag body 50, so that the bag body 50 is not easy to deform, the effusion capacity of the bag body 50 is ensured, and the conversion device 51 of the hard material is easy to hang. Due to the arrangement of the switching structure 55 and the switching valve 56, the inlet channel 550 connected to the external lead pipe 58 can be communicated with the pressure regulating channel 551 through the switching hole 561 by operating the switching valve 56, or communicated with the flap channel 552 by switching, or the switching hole 561 is blocked to stop the flow. The switching accuracy between the channels is ensured to be 100%, and the misoperation is avoided. When the patient needs to move, the valve channel 552 can be switched, and the valve channel 552 is unidirectional, so that the directionality of the drainage bag body 50 is not required, and the use safety of the product is improved. The switching between different passageways only needs to operate the rotary switching valve 56, and the operation is convenient.
As shown in fig. 11 and 13, the switching device 51 is provided with a hook 516, the flow diverter 5 further comprises a fixing plate 57, the fixing plate 57 comprises an inserting bar 570 and a hanging bar 571 which are hinged with each other, and the hanging bar 571 is provided with three hanging holes 572 for hooking the hook 516. The insertion strip 570 and the hanging strip 571 can be opened at 90 degrees, the insertion strip 570 is inserted under the patient bed, the hook 516 of the conversion device 51 hooks any one of the hanging holes 572, and the flow diverter 5 can be quickly fixed. The insertion strip 570 and the hanging strip 571 can also be in a shape of a Chinese character 'yi', and the insertion strip 570 is provided with a hanging hole 573 which can be hung at a place with a hook.
As shown in fig. 17 and 18, the hand pump 6 is used for drainage and is matched with the drainage tube 3 for sucking, draining and discarding waste liquid, and the hand pump 6 comprises a drainage end 60, an output end 61 and a flexible section 62; the drainage end 60 comprises an inflow pipeline 600, a flow channel valve 601, a cone 602 and a bidirectional buckle 603, the drainage end 60 is provided with a connector which can be connected with the outside, the drainage end 60 is provided with a one-way valve (not shown), and liquid can only flow in one way and cannot flow back reversely; the output end 61 comprises an outflow pipeline 610, a flow passage valve 601, a cone 602 and an auxiliary pump 611, the output end 61 is provided with a connector which can be connected with the outside, the output end 61 is also provided with a one-way valve (not shown), and liquid can only flow in one way and cannot flow back in the reverse direction; the relaxing section 62 includes a relaxing main pump 620 and scale-shaped relaxing ribs 621. The inner cavity of the relaxation main pump 620 is a cylindrical cavity, and the outer side of the relaxation main pump 620 is provided with scale-shaped relaxation ribs 621. The lengths of the drainage end 60 and the output end 61 are 25-45mm, the outer diameters of the tube cavities of the inflow pipeline 600 and the outflow pipeline 610 are 10mm, the inner diameter of the tube cavity is 8mm, the inflow pipeline 600 and the outflow pipeline 610 are provided with the flow channel valve 601, and the radius of the flow channel valve 601 is 4-5 mm; the length of the relaxation section 62 is 6.5-9.5 cm, the outer diameter is 38-42 mm, and the inner diameter is 32-35 mm. The total length of the drainage end 60, the output end 61 and the relaxation section 62 is 15.5-18 cm.
The flow channel valve 601 at the drainage end 60 provides a negative pressure phase, the maximum negative pressure is 30 kilopascals, and the minimum negative pressure is 2 kilopascals; the flow channel flap 601 at the output 61 provides a positive pressure phase with a maximum positive pressure of 30 kpa and a minimum positive pressure of 2 kpa. The drainage end 60 and the output end 61 are provided with bell mouths, the bell mouths are provided with cones 602, the cones 602 are respectively connected with the bidirectional ring buckle 603 and the auxiliary pump 611, the cones 602, the bidirectional ring buckle 603 and the auxiliary pump 611 are respectively provided with cavities, and the cavities form a capacity functional residual cavity; the total inner cavity capacity of the drainage end 60, the output end 61 and the flexible section 62 is 85ml plus or minus 3 ml.
The flow channel flap 601 of the drainage end 60 provides the negative pressure phase during diastole: the maximum negative pressure per stroke is 30 kilopascals, the maximum negative pressure per stroke cycle is less than or equal to 2 kilopascals, the minimum negative pressure is less than or equal to 2 kilopascals, and the minimum negative pressure per stroke cycle is less than or equal to 1'; the flow channel flap 601 of the output end 61 provides the positive pressure phase during diastole: the maximum positive pressure per stroke is 30 kilopascals, the maximum positive pressure per stroke cycle is less than or equal to 2 kilopascals, the minimum positive pressure is less than or equal to 2 kilopascals, and the minimum positive pressure per stroke cycle is less than or equal to 1 ". The scale-shaped expansion ribs 621 are formed by the intersection of longitudinal corrugated strips and transverse corrugated strips to form a frame structure, wherein the longitudinal corrugated strips are 18-24, and the transverse corrugated strips are 9-15. The total volume of the drainage end 60, the output end 61 and the relaxation section 62 is 85ml plus or minus 3ml, the maximum suction and discharge amount/min is 1325ml plus or minus 35ml/min, the maximum suction and discharge amount per stroke is 35ml plus or minus 3ml, and the whole weight is less than or equal to 300 g.
