Description

Packaging piece
Technical Field
The present application relates to packages. In particular, the present application relates to a package for a cosmetic product.
Background
For some cosmetics, especially for expensive cosmetics, a controlled dosage dispensing of the cosmetic is very important. However, most of the existing cosmetic packages dispense the cosmetics by means of a user's manual operation based on only the user's feeling, which may cause a great waste. For example, with existing drip-type packages that include a container for containing cosmetic contents and a dispenser for drawing the contents, a user must utilize the dispenser to draw the cosmetic contents from the container prior to applying the cosmetic contents. However, the amount of contents aspirated is not controllable.
There is a widely used package that employs a dropper including a glass tube and a rubber bulb. With such a package, since the drip tube is removed from the container at the time of use and the opening of the container is exposed to the outside, the cosmetic contents in the container may be exposed to the external environment at the time of use. In addition, particularly in the case of being subjected to frequent deformation, the ball portion made of rubber will age and fail in a short time.
Further, with the existing package, when the package is filled with cosmetic, air is introduced into the package, which is disadvantageous for uniform distribution of the cosmetic contents and may cause deterioration of the cosmetic contents.
Accordingly, there is a need for an improved conventional package that can control the dispensed dosage and prevent deterioration of the cosmetic contents.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The object of the present application is to propose a package that overcomes at least the above-mentioned problems of the prior art.

Technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In the description of the present application, it is to be understood that the terms "first", "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implying any number of technical features indicated.
In the description of the present application, it is to be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted" and "connected" are to be interpreted broadly, e.g., as being either fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; either directly or indirectly through intervening components, either internally or in any other relationship. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art as appropriate.
Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a package 100 according to an embodiment of the present application. The package 100 is used for dispensing the contents contained therein, and in particular for dispensing fluid cosmetics. It should be understood that the package may be used to dispense other suitable fluids.
Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a package 100 according to the present application. In the embodiment shown, the package 100 includes a barrel portion 130, a plunger portion 120, a drive member 110, a dispensing member 140, and a cap portion 150.
The barrel 130 includes a first end 131 and a second end 132 opposite the first end 131. The barrel 130 is generally hollow and cylindrical, but other suitable shapes are possible.
The dispensing member 140 is mounted at the second end 132 of the barrel portion 130 and, together with the barrel portion 130 and the plunger portion 120, defines a receiving space 160 for receiving the contents. The dispensing member 140 is configured to dispense the contents received in the receiving space 160. The dispensing member 140 may be, but is not limited to being, in the form of a nozzle.
The plunger portion 120 is configured to be sealingly inserted into the barrel portion 130 through the first end 131 of the barrel portion 130. As shown in fig. 5, the plunger portion 120 may include a shaft portion 123 and a flange portion 122. The flange portion 122 has a peripheral edge that sealingly engages the inner wall 136 of the barrel portion 130. The shape of the flange portion 122 corresponds to the shape of the cylinder portion 130, and an interference fit may be formed between the flange portion 122 and the inner wall 136 of the cylinder portion 130 to ensure sealability between the inner wall 136 of the cylinder portion 130 and the plunger portion 120.
The drive member 110 is rotatably mounted to a first end 131 of the barrel 130. The plunger portion 120 is connected to the driving member 110, and the driving member 110 moves along the longitudinal axis X of the package 100 while performing a rotational motion, and in turn drives the plunger portion 120 to move along the longitudinal axis X of the package 100 within the cylinder portion 130. In one embodiment of a package according to the present application, the inner wall 111 of the driving member 110 is provided with an internal thread 112 (as shown in fig. 3), the outer wall 133 of the barrel portion 130 is provided with a protrusion 134 (as shown in fig. 4), and the internal thread 112 and the protrusion 134 are engaged with each other (as shown in fig. 2).
When the driving member 110 is rotated in the first direction, the driving member 110 can move towards the cylinder portion 130 and thus the plunger portion 120 connected thereto can also move towards the cylinder portion 130 under the action of the internal threads 112 and the protrusions 134. Movement of the plunger portion 120 toward the barrel portion 130 may force the contents contained in the containing space 160 to be dispensed through the discharge opening of the dispensing member 140. The amount of the dispensed contents corresponds to the amount of movement of the plunger portion 120 toward the barrel portion 130. Since the driving member 110 is provided with the internal thread 112, the moving amount of the driving member 110 per one rotation of the driving member 110 is fixed, and therefore, the moving amount of the plunger portion 120 per one rotation of the driving member 110 is also fixed. Therefore, it is easier to control the amount of the contents dispensed from the receiving space 160. Further, the package in the present application achieves dispensing of the contents contained in the containing space 160 through a rotational motion of the driving member 110, so that accidental dispensing of the contents due to a wrong operation can be effectively prevented, compared to a package in which the contents are dispensed by pressing or depressing the driving member.
When the drive member 110 is rotated in a second direction opposite the first direction, the drive member 110 can be moved along the longitudinal axis X of the package in a direction away from the drum 130.
It should be understood that the outer wall 133 of the barrel portion 130 may not be provided with the protrusion 134, but may be provided with an external thread matching the internal thread 112 on the inner wall 111 of the driving member 110.
In one embodiment of the present application, the outer surface of the driving member 110 may be further provided with a material having a large friction coefficient or with a textured portion to facilitate the rotation operation of the driving member 110 by a user.
In one embodiment of the present application, the barrel portion 130 is provided with a reduced diameter portion 135 at the second end 132 thereof, and the dispensing member 140 is provided with a skirt portion 141, the skirt portion 141 being configured to engage on the reduced diameter portion 135. The skirt portion 141 may be joined to the reduced diameter portion 135 by, but not limited to, snapping or bonding.
Since the dispensing member 140 and the cartridge portion 130 are two separate elements, the following steps may be taken in filling the package with contents: first, the second end 132 of the barrel portion 130 is placed upward (the drive member 110 and plunger portion 120 are now mounted in place); then, filling the content into the barrel portion 130; subsequently, the dispensing member 140 is engaged onto the cartridge 130; finally, the surplus air is discharged through the plunger portion 120. In this way, air which enters during filling of the contents can be effectively prevented from remaining in the receiving space of the package after filling is completed.
In one embodiment of the present application, the plunger portion 120 is fixedly connected to the driving member 110, or the plunger portion 120 and the driving member 110 are integrated. For example, the stem portion 123 of the plunger portion 120 may be fixedly connected to the drive member 110 by gluing, or the stem portion 123 of the plunger portion 120 may be formed in one piece with the drive member 110 by molding.
In another embodiment of the present application, a plurality of ribs 113 are provided in the drive member 110, evenly distributed around the longitudinal axis X, the end 121 of the plunger 120 remote from the barrel 130 being interposed between the ribs 113. These ribs 110 can not only facilitate the positioning of the plunger portion 120 in the driving member 110 and the tube portion 130, but also enhance the strength of the driving member 110. Optionally, the driving member 110 may also be provided with a collar portion 114 as shown in detail in fig. 4, the rib 113 being provided on the collar portion 114. The collar portion 114 can further enhance the strength of the drive member 110.
The dispensing member 140 is provided with a one-way valve 142 such that the contents can flow only in a direction from the receiving space 160 to the discharge opening of the dispensing member 140. The one-way valve 142 can prevent the contents, which have been discharged from the receiving space 160, from being returned into the receiving space 160 again, and thus avoid the risk of contamination of the contents in the receiving space 160.
In one embodiment of the present application, the barrel portion 130 is made of a transparent or translucent material (e.g., glass, plastic, or other suitable material) such that the contents of the receiving space 160 and the position of the plunger portion 120 in the barrel portion 130 are visible to a user, and the barrel portion 130 may also be provided with a graduated scale thereon. With this configuration, the user can clearly determine the amount of movement of the plunger portion 120 and the amount of the content dispensed.
In one embodiment of the present application, the package 100 further comprises a cover 150 (shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5) for covering the dispensing member 140. Optionally, the inside of the cap 150 is provided with a protection 151, and the end of the dispensing member 140 remote from the barrel 130 at least partially protrudes into the protection 151 when the cap 150 is mounted on the barrel 130, such that the discharge opening of the dispensing member 140 for dispensing the contents is within the protection 151.
In the description herein, similar descriptions of the terms "one embodiment," "another embodiment," or "for example," etc., mean that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the application. In this specification, schematic representations of the above terms do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
Although embodiments of the present application have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present application, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations of the above embodiments may be made by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present application, which is defined by the claims and their equivalents.
