Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention are combined below to clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention, and obviously, the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a charging device according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the charging device according to the first embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 is an exploded view of a charging device according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a charging device 100, which includes a charging seat upper shell 15, a charging seat lower shell 16 and a power adapter, wherein the charging seat upper shell 15 and the charging seat lower shell 16 are enclosed to form a hollow cavity 12, the charging seat upper shell 15 is provided with a through hole 131, the power adapter includes a charging head 2, and the charging head 2 is fixed in the hollow cavity 12 through the charging seat lower shell 16 and partially passes through the through hole 131.
Because the charging head 2 of the power adapter is fixed by the charging seat lower shell 16, and part of the structure of the charging head 2 passes through the through hole 131, when the electric appliance to be charged is placed on the charging device 100, the charging head 2 can be directly inserted into the charging port of the electric appliance to be charged for charging.
Specifically, a Power adapter (Power adapter) is a Power supply conversion device of a small portable electronic device, and the working principle of the Power adapter is to convert commercial Power from alternating current input into direct current output, the Power adapter generally comprises an adapter body and a charging head 2, the adapter body and the charging head 2 are electrically connected through a wire or a connecting wire, and the adapter body is directly connected with the commercial Power through a plug and the like. The charging head 2 is fixed in the hollow cavity 12 through the charging base lower shell 16, and a part of the charging head 2 passes through the through hole 131, specifically, a part of the charging head 2 is fixed in the hollow cavity 12, and one end of the charging head for charging passes through the through hole 131 and is exposed out of the charging base upper shell 15, so that when an electric appliance to be charged, such as a vacuum cleaner, is carried on the charging device 100, the charging head 2 is directly inserted into a charging port of the vacuum cleaner.
As to the specific fixing manner of the charging head 2 and the charging-stand lower shell 16, optionally, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the charging head 2 includes a charging terminal 21 and a terminal 22, the charging terminal 21 passes through the through hole 131, the terminal 22 includes a first end 221 and a second end 222, a flange 223 is disposed between the charging terminal 21 and the first end 221, the charging-stand upper shell 15 abuts against the flange 223, and the charging-stand lower shell 16 abuts against the second end 222, so as to clamp the terminal 22 in the hollow cavity 12. This can expose the charging terminal 21 outside the charging base top case 15, and the terminal 22 is located in the hollow cavity 12, so that the distance that the charging terminal 21 is exposed outside the charging base top case 15 is small. And the charging terminal 21 is easily erected on the charging-stand upper case 15. The terminal 22 is interposed between the charging-stand upper case 15 and the charging-stand lower case 16, which also facilitates the stable fixation of the charging head 2 within the hollow cavity 12. In order to ensure that the flange 223 is in good contact with the charging-stand upper case 15, the diameter of the through-hole 131 may be slightly larger than the diameter of the charging terminal 21 and smaller than the outer diameter of the flange 223.
Further, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a charging base lower shell in the charging device provided in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the charging base lower shell 16 includes a supporting portion 161, the supporting portion 161 is a supporting pillar extending from the bottom wall of the hollow cavity 12 (charging base lower shell 16) toward the through hole 131, and the supporting pillar is fixed to the second end 222. A shrinkage hole 162, which is a tooling hole formed during injection molding, is formed at the center of the support 161. The support 161 has a height such that the charging terminal 21 of the charging head 2 is protruded from the through hole 131 of the charging stand upper case 15 by supporting the charging head 2 by the support 161.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the end of the second end 222 is formed with a bending prevention portion 224, and an auxiliary support rib 168 is formed at the side of the support portion 161 to support the bending prevention portion 224 and/or the second end 222. Since the end of the second end 222 is used for connection with an electric wire or a connection wire, the electric wire is likely to be broken by bending or the like between the electric wire and the second end 222, and the bending prevention portion 224 can protect the portion from the influence of the bending of the electric wire as much as possible. In the case where the bending prevention portion 224 is provided, it is also considered to support the bending prevention portion 224, and therefore, the auxiliary support rib 168 is provided on the side of the support portion 161 accordingly, and both the bending prevention portion 224 and the second end 222 can be supported well.
In addition, in general, the outer shape of the second end 222 is not a plane, so it is considered that the shape of the top end of the supporting portion 161 is also changed, and particularly, alternatively, the shapes of the auxiliary supporting ribs 168 and the top end surface of the supporting portion 161 may be matched with the outer shape of the second end 222, so that the second end 222 and the bending prevention portion 224 may be better supported. The auxiliary support rib 168 may be made high in local height as shown in fig. 4 to serve as an effect of blocking the side of the second end 222 to prevent it from sliding.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the charging stand upper case 15 includes a limiting portion 151 disposed on an inner side wall 152 thereof, and the limiting portion 151 is surrounded around the through hole 131 and clamps a side portion of the charging head 2. This is because when the support post charging seat upper case 15 abuts the flange 223 and the charging seat lower case 16 abuts the second end 222 to clamp the terminal 22 in the hollow cavity 12, the charging head 2 is limited only in the vertical direction, and therefore it still has a possibility of shaking or falling in the horizontal direction, and by making the limiting portion 151 clamp the side portion of the charging head 2, the charging head 2 can be limited in the horizontal direction, so that it is fixed more stably.
The specific arrangement of the limiting portion 151 may be, for example, a sidewall 152 extending from the inner sidewall of the charging-stand upper case 15 toward the charging-stand lower case 16, and a notch is partially formed in the sidewall 152. The structure may be a three-sided sidewall as shown in fig. 3, one side having a notch. A electric wire that is used for forming lateral wall 152 of spacing wall and encloses to establish around charging head 2, can make it unable control rock, and the breach that sets up on the lateral wall 152 can be convenient for and charge head 2 and be connected stretches out. At the same time, since the side wall 152 holds the charging head 2, the rotation of the charging head 2 can be prevented.
Further, optionally, the power adapter further includes an adapter body electrically connected to the charging head 2, and the adapter body is located outside the hollow cavity 12, so that the volume of the charging device 100 can be reduced.
The utility model discloses an among the specific implementation mode, power adapter is still including connecting the connecting wire between head 2 and the adapter body charge, certainly, outside cavity 12 is drawn forth in order to the connecting wire that connects on the head 2 that charges, can consider to be equipped with the connecting hole (not shown) that supplies the connecting wire to wear to establish on charging seat epitheca 15 and/or charging seat inferior valve 16.
For the fixing manner of the charging-stand upper shell 15 and the charging-stand lower shell 16, it can be considered to detachably connect the two components so as to install the components into the hollow cavity 12, for example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, at least two lower shell mounting posts 163 are further provided on the charging-stand lower shell 16, at least two upper shell mounting posts 164 are further provided on the charging-stand upper shell 15, and the positions of the lower shell mounting posts 163 and the upper shell mounting posts 164 correspond to each other and are connected by a threaded fastener. Specifically, the projections of the lower shell mounting posts 163 and the upper shell mounting posts 164 on the lower shell 16 of the charging stand coincide, and at least two of the lower shell mounting posts 163 and at least two of the upper shell mounting posts 164 have screw holes inside, and the screw holes of at least two of the lower shell mounting posts 163 penetrate through the lower shell 16 of the charging stand. Thus, fasteners such as screws can be screwed into the threaded holes of the upper shell mounting post 164 and the lower shell mounting post 163 outside the charging base 1, and the charging base upper shell 15 and the charging base lower shell 16 can be detachably connected.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3, the charging base upper shell 15 and the charging base lower shell 16 can be connected by means of fastening, for example, a first fastening portion 165 is disposed on the charging base lower shell 16, a second fastening portion 166 is disposed on the charging base upper shell 15 at a position corresponding to the first fastening portion 165, when the charging base upper shell 15 is covered by the charging base lower shell 16, the first fastening portion 165 and the second fastening portion 166 are fastened with each other, so that the charging base upper shell 15 and the charging base lower shell 16 are more firmly fixed.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, alternatively, the lower case mounting post 163 is disposed at the side of the support portion 161, and a connection rib 167 is provided between the lower case mounting post 163 and the support portion 161. This can increase the coupling strength between the lower case mounting post 163 and the support 161. When the charging device 100 is dropped or the like, the charging-stand upper case 15 and the charging-stand lower case 16 are not likely to be dropped.
Further, fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a charging device according to a first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, a containing groove 13 is formed on an upper surface of the charging seat upper shell 15, and the through hole 131 is disposed on a groove wall of the containing groove 13. Specifically, the bottom of the accommodating groove 13 may be provided. The receiving groove 13 can be used for receiving a bottom of an electric appliance to be charged, such as a vacuum cleaner, and charging the electric appliance to be charged. The inner shape of the containing groove 13 can be matched with the lower shape of the electric appliance to be charged, the charging seat upper shell 15 shown in fig. 2 is hollow and is formed with a groove, the charging seat lower shell 16 covers the notch of the groove, thus, no seam appears in the range of the charging seat 1 which can be observed by people, and the appearance can be improved. Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and the charging seat upper shell 15 and the charging seat lower shell 16 may have grooves therein, and the two grooves are opposite to each other to form the hollow cavity 12. As for the specific arrangement position of the charging head 2 on the groove wall of the accommodating groove 13, as shown in fig. 3, the charging head 2 of the charging head 2 may be arranged on the groove bottom wall of the accommodating groove 13, which corresponds to the case where the charging port of the electric appliance to be charged is arranged at the bottom of the electric appliance to be charged. Generally speaking, the position of the charging terminal 21 on the wall of the containing slot 13 corresponds to the position of the charging port 301 of the electric appliance to be charged, so as to ensure that the charging terminal 21 can be inserted into the charging port 301 when the electric appliance to be charged is contained in the containing slot 13.
In addition, as for the formation manner of the accommodation groove 13, corresponding to the case that the charging-stand upper case 15 and the charging-stand lower case 16 jointly enclose the hollow cavity 12, an end portion of the charging-stand upper case 15 away from the charging-stand lower case 16 may be recessed to form the accommodation groove 13.
In addition, generally, the outer contour of the electric appliance to be charged is irregular, so that the position of the center of gravity thereof is not necessarily located at the position of the geometric center thereof, and therefore, when the electric appliance to be charged is placed in the accommodating groove 13, there may be a case where the electric appliance to be charged is easily toppled over, and as shown in fig. 5, it may be considered that the height of a part of the wall of the accommodating groove 13 is relatively high, specifically, the wall of the accommodating groove 13 includes a first groove wall section 132 and a second groove wall section 133, and the height h1 of the first groove wall section 132 relative to the bottom of the accommodating groove 13 is greater than the height h2 of the second groove wall section 133 relative to the bottom of the accommodating groove 13, wherein the first groove wall section 132 corresponds to the direction. So arranged, first wall segment 132 can give better support to the electrical apparatus that waits to charge, prevents it and topples over. In addition, the height of the second wall section 133 relative to the bottom of the accommodating groove 13 is h2, so that the second wall section 133 can also support the electric appliance to be charged.
Further, the height h3 of the charging end 21 of the charging head 2 with respect to the bottom of the accommodating groove 13 is smaller than the height h2 of the second wall section 133 with respect to the bottom of the accommodating groove 13. If the height h3 of the charging end 21 of the charging head 2 relative to the bottom of the accommodating groove 13 is equal to the height h2 of the second wall portion 133 relative to the bottom of the accommodating groove 13, when the electric appliance to be charged is mounted on the accommodating groove 13, the rear side of the electric appliance to be charged is likely to collide with the charging end 21, and if h3 is smaller than h2, the situation can be avoided.
In addition, in the case that the electric appliance to be charged is provided with a handle, it is considered that the accommodating groove 13 also includes a portion capable of accommodating the handle, specifically, a handle accommodating groove 134 is formed in a manner that at least a portion of a groove wall of the first groove wall section 132 is partially recessed in a direction perpendicular to the accommodating groove 13, so as to accommodate the handle of the electric appliance to be charged.
In this embodiment, charging device includes charging seat epitheca, charging seat inferior valve and power adapter, and the charging seat epitheca encloses with the charging seat inferior valve and closes formation cavity, and the charging seat epitheca is equipped with a perforation, and power adapter is including the head that charges, and the head that charges passes through the charging seat inferior valve to be fixed in the cavity and the part passes the perforation. Because power adapter's the head that charges passes through the charging seat inferior valve fixed to the partial structure of head that charges passes the through hole, when waiting to charge the electrical apparatus and place on charging device, the head that charges can disect insertion wait to charge the mouth that charges of electrical apparatus, compares with power adapter among the prior art and the switching that waits to charge the electrical apparatus and need circuit assembly, has left out circuit assembly, therefore simple structure, also comparatively cheap in the manufacturing cost.
