Description
本实用新型涉及一种现有专利“一种工艺高脚竹酒杯”。
现有以毛竹原材套接组合成型的竹酒杯，主要利用毛竹本身具有的大小口径的竹段互相套接，工艺复杂，花工大，其次由于自然生长的毛竹园度受到限止，故取材不易，成本高。
本实用新型设计的高脚竹杯。主要特点是利用边角废竹材，不论竹材的园与不园，这要长度竹段能达6公分以内的竹材，直接加工成园竹板，由多块园竹板拼合后车削成型，同样有工艺的观赏价值和餐具使用功能。
附图所示的是这种拼合成型的剖视结构。

图中杯体（1）杯柱（2）杯柱底盘（3）园竹板拼合缝（4）组成。
如图所示，杯体（1）杯柱（2）杯柱底盘（3）是由多块园竹板经拼合成一个园柱实体坯后经车削成型高脚竹杯。园竹板拼合缝（4）采用树脂作粘合剂，产品内外均用透明，无毒、无味，耐热的油漆涂饰，使其有漆膜保护又能显示出竹材的自然纹理。并可采用机械化大批量生产。利废为宝，成本低，价值高。
Claims (3)
1、高脚竹杯，其特征是由杯体(1)杯柱(2)杯柱底盘(3)拼合缝(4)组成，其拼合采用树脂胶作为粘合剂。
2、根据权利要求1所说的高脚竹杯，其特征是由多块园竹板经拼合成一个竹材园柱实体坯后经车削制的。
3、根据权利要求1所说的高脚竹杯，其特征在于制造材料为竹材。
