3. A composite filter assembly as defined in claim 2 wherein said cathode is in the form of a plate, said cathode covering the side walls of said frame, said anode being in the form of a rod.
4. A composite filter assembly as defined in claim 3 wherein said anodes are six in number and are uniformly distributed within said frame.
5. A composite filter assembly as defined in claim 3 wherein said cathode is formed of a stainless steel material and said cathode has a plurality of through holes formed therein.
6. A composite filter assembly as claimed in claim 5, wherein said perforations are 1mm to 5mm in diameter.
7. The composite filter assembly of claim 1, wherein the hollow fiber membrane module comprises an upper connecting rod, a hollow fiber membrane and a lower connecting rod, two ends of the hollow fiber membrane are respectively connected with the upper connecting rod and the lower connecting rod, a first water collecting channel is arranged in the upper connecting rod or/and the lower connecting rod, and the first water collecting channel is communicated with the inside of the hollow fiber membrane.
8. The composite filter assembly of claim 7 wherein said hollow fiber membrane module further comprises a water collection tube, said water collection tube having a second water collection channel disposed therein, said first water collection channel being in communication with said second water collection channel, said second water collection channel having an output port.
9. The composite filter assembly of claim 1, further comprising an aeration conduit mounted to said frame, said aeration conduit including a working section, said working section being located at a lower portion of said frame, said working section having a plurality of air vents therein.
10. A wastewater treatment plant characterized by comprising a composite filter assembly according to any of claims 1-9.
