本实用新型公开了水处理技术领域的一种水处理过滤装置,包括有箱体,所述箱体底端左右对称设置有支腿,所述箱体内腔上部设置有弧形过滤网,所述弧形过滤网上方的箱体后壁上设置有弧形槽,本实用新型通过设置除垢机构,能够在水过滤过程中,实时清扫弧形过滤网上的杂质,将杂质扫入两侧的排污箱中,避免了杂质阻塞过滤网导致过滤效率降低的问题,且该种除垢机构的L型连杆机构,能够有效避免水从弧形槽中溢出箱体,同时还可以打开铰接门对刷板进行清洗更换操作,通过设置的插接的过滤柜,能够简单方便的更换清洗内部的过滤吸附网层,本装置水过滤处理能力强,过滤网清洗更换方便,具有实用性。

背景技术
随着社会的高速发展,人们的生活水平也在逐渐的提升,人们对生活品质的追求越来越高,但是生活环境也在不断的恶化,尤其是水资源,由于生态污染,生活用水中会漂浮和悬浮大量的固体颗粒等杂质,即使是经过处理的自来水,其中亦含有较多的杂质(如明矾残留物)以及来自金属管道中水锈等杂质,如果这些生活用水不经过过滤净化再使用,长期使用会影响人们的身心健康。
目前,市场上有很多的水处理设备,然而现有的过滤装置,为了过滤效果,往往会忽略过滤网的清理问题,清理更换较为频繁,加大了工作进度,且清理时不方便,为此我们提出了一种新型的方便清理的水处理过滤装置。
基于此,本实用新型设计了一种水处理过滤装置,以解决上述问题。

优选的,所述除垢机构包括有转轴,所述转轴转动连接箱体后壁,所述转轴上固定套接有直连杆,所述转轴另一端通过连轴器连接有驱动电机,所述驱动电机底端设置有支撑板,所述支撑板固定焊接箱体后壁,所述直连杆顶端固接有L型连杆,所述L型连杆下端贯穿弧形槽连接有刷板。
优选的,所述刷板底端密集设置有刷毛,刷毛材质为尼龙。
优选的,所述铰接门顶部与排污箱之间设置有插条连接件,用于固定连接铰接门与排污箱。
优选的,所述箱体位于排污箱覆盖区域的侧壁上开设有滤水孔,用于杂质中滤出的水分的回收。

本实施例的一个具体应用为:本装置为一种水处理过滤装置,本装置中电器件均通过外部控制开关与外部电源电性连接,使用时,水通过进水口9进入箱体1内部,水经过弧形过滤网3的第一层过滤,初步过滤后的水落入下层的过滤柜10内,经过精过滤网11和活性炭过滤层12的吸附净化作用之后,水被净化,净化的水分落入下层的集水箱14内,最终通过排水管15排出箱体1。
在使用过程中,除垢机构5保持启动状态,驱动电机53往复运转,带动直连杆52左右摆动,L型连杆55在弧形槽4中左右往复运动,带动刷板56在弧形过滤网3上来回清扫,将聚积的杂质扫入两侧的排污箱7中,排污箱7内设置有滤水孔17,能够将进入进入排污箱7内的水分回收,一段时间后,拔出插条连接件17上的插条,打开铰接门8,将排污箱7内的杂质排出,还可以控制刷板56运行至排污口6附近,对其进行清洗更换操作。
使用久了之后,可以拉动过滤柜10,将其拉至箱体1外,对其内部的精过滤网11以及活性炭过滤层12进行清洗更换。
