Because the helicopter can vertically take off and land without a large-area airport and has obvious advantages that other aircrafts do not have, the helicopter is widely applied to the fields of sightseeing and touring, fire rescue, marine rescue, smuggling and drug control, fire fighting, outdoor scene shooting, medical rescue, resource survey and the like.
However, in the prior art, it still faces the problem that the aerial photographing device cannot be stably and simply mounted on the helicopter, and it cannot be ensured that the aerial photographing device does not interfere with the helicopter body or the aerial photographing bracket extending from the helicopter body.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, the present application provides a mounting structure suitable for a flight device and a helicopter, for solving the technical problems that the existing helicopter still faces the problem that the aerial photographing device cannot be stably and simply mounted on the helicopter and cannot be guaranteed not to interfere with the helicopter body or the aerial photographing bracket extending from the helicopter body.
To achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present application provides a mounting structure suitable for a flying apparatus, including: a mounting plate provided with; the mounting part is used for connecting the aerial photographing bracket adapter plate extending from the flying device to one plate surface of the mounting plate; and the at least one extension piece extends from the other disc surface of the mounting disc, and the extension end of the extension piece is connected with the mounting support of the aerial photography equipment.

Because the helicopter can vertically take off and land without a large-area airport and has obvious advantages that other aircrafts do not have, the helicopter is widely applied to the fields of sightseeing and touring, fire rescue, marine rescue, smuggling and drug control, fire fighting, outdoor scene shooting, medical rescue, resource survey and the like. However, in the prior art, the technical problems that the aerial photographing device cannot be stably and simply mounted on the helicopter, and the aerial photographing device cannot be ensured not to interfere with the helicopter body or an aerial photographing bracket extending from the helicopter body are still faced.
In view of the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, the present application provides a mounting structure suitable for a flight device and a helicopter for fixedly connecting a mounting structure extending from a flight device and a mounting bracket of an aerial image device, thereby securely mounting the aerial image device to the helicopter for high-altitude shooting framing. In addition, this application passes through the extension piece and connects equipment of taking photo by plane to guaranteed the safe distance between helicopter and the equipment of taking photo by plane, avoided mutual interference.
It should be noted that the flying device described in the present application includes, but is not limited to, a helicopter, and may also be an unmanned plane, a fighter plane, a transport plane, a medical rescue machine, an aerial fuel dispenser, etc., and the present application is not limited thereto. Hereinafter, the technical solution of the present application will be described with reference to specific examples.
Fig. 1A shows a schematic structural diagram of a mounting plate of the mounting structure in an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 1A shows a schematic view of a mounting plate based on a top view. The mounting plate 11 in this embodiment is a circular plate, but it should be noted that the shape of the mounting plate 11 includes, but is not limited to, a circular shape, and in other embodiments, the mounting plate 11 may also be in a rectangular shape, a square shape, or a triangular shape, which is not limited in this application.

To facilitate understanding by those skilled in the art, the structure of the mounting structure will now be further explained in conjunction with FIG. 1B. In fig. 1B, the lower wall of the mounting plate 11 extends outwardly beyond 4 elongate members 13, the extended ends of the elongate members 13 being adapted to be connected to mounting brackets of an aerial device. It should be noted that the number and arrangement of the elongate members in this application are shown in FIG. 1B by way of example only, and not by way of limitation.
As shown in fig. 2A and 2B, a schematic view of a top-hat mount of a mounting structure in an embodiment of the present application is shown. Fig. 2A shows a schematic view of a top-hat mount based on a stereoscopic viewing angle, and fig. 2B shows a schematic view of a top-hat mount based on a side viewing angle.
As can be seen in fig. 2A and 2B, the top-hat mount includes a barrel portion 21 and a brim portion 22, wherein the brim portion 22 is provided with a plurality of second mounting holes 23. A containing part is arranged at the center of the aerial photography bracket adapter plate which is not shown in fig. 2A and 2B, and the containing part is used for inserting the hat tube part 21 of the hat-shaped mounting piece, so that the hat-shaped mounting piece and the aerial photography bracket adapter plate are fixedly connected.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an adapter plate of an aerial photography bracket according to an embodiment of the present application. The support adapter plate of taking photo by plane includes disk body 31 and connection pad handle 32, disk body 31 and hat type installed part fixed connection to realize the fixed connection with the mounting disc through hat type installed part, connection pad handle 32 links to each other with flight device's body, thereby is fixed in flight device. The manner in which the top-hat mount is fixedly connected to the adapter plate of the aerial photography bracket will be described with reference to fig. 2A, 2B, and 3.
The silk hat type mounting piece is internally provided with a threaded hole 24 along the end face of the hat tube, the disk body 31 is provided with a through hole 33 at the disk center, and the through hole 33 is communicated with the accommodating part. After the cap barrel 21 of the top-hat type mounting piece is inserted into the accommodating part, the external screw member can pass through the through hole 33 on the disk body 31 and be inserted into the threaded hole 24, so that the top-hat type mounting piece and the aerial photography support adapter disk are in threaded connection. The external thread member is, for example, a bolt, a screw, or a stud, or any other member capable of achieving a threaded connection with a threaded hole.
It should be noted that, the connection mode between the top hat type installation part and the aerial photography support adapter plate includes but is not limited to a threaded connection, and may also be selected from an interference fit connection, an adhesive connection, a welding connection, a riveting connection, a pin connection, or the like.

In an embodiment, the first mounting holes 14 are arranged in a first circle, and the third mounting holes 15 are arranged in a second circle, wherein the second circle is a concentric circle with a larger radius than the first circle, that is, the third mounting holes 15 are arranged at a position closer to the periphery than the first mounting holes 14, so as to be more matched with the shape of the adapter plate of the aerial photography bracket.
As shown in fig. 1A and 1B, the extension 13 may be integral with the mounting plate 11 or may be removable therefrom. The removable connection between the elongate member 13 and the mounting plate 11 comprises: any one or more of a threaded connection, a welded connection, a riveted connection, and an adhesive connection.
For example: as shown in FIG. 1A, disk 11 is provided with a plurality of fifth mounting holes 16 in the area outside of dashed circle 12 for insertion of one end of an elongate member 13 into and connection with disk 11. In one embodiment, fifth mounting hole 16 is internally threaded, and the end of elongate member 13 that is coupled to disk 11 is externally threaded, with the elongate member 13 being fixedly coupled to disk 11 by threaded engagement.
In one embodiment, the fifth mounting holes 16 are arranged in a shape that matches the mounting cross-sectional shape of the mounting bracket of the aerial device. In this embodiment, the mounting cross-sectional shape of the mounting support of the aerial photographing device is rectangular; the plurality of fifth mounting holes are arranged in a rectangular shape, i.e., 4 fifth mounting holes 16 illustrated in fig. 1A may be connected in a rectangular shape. Correspondingly, the mounting section of the mounting bracket of the aerial photography device, not shown, is provided with mounting holes corresponding to the plurality of fifth mounting holes 16, into which the extending ends of the elongate members are inserted and connected.
It is worth noting that, in the embodiment, the mounting disc and the mounting support of the aerial photography device are connected through the extending piece, and are not directly connected, so that mutual interference caused by too short distance between the mounting disc and the mounting support of the aerial photography device is avoided, and shooting stability of the aerial photography device and flight safety of the flight device are facilitated.
In some preferred embodiments, the mounting plate is made of aluminum. It should be noted that the mounting structure of the present application is applied to a flying apparatus, and therefore, an aluminum structure having a light weight and a small density is preferable as the mounting structure. In addition, the flight device is often exposed to various severe weather environments, so the aluminum structure that is not easily corroded and durable is more suitable for being used as the mounting structure of the application.
In some preferred embodiments, the mounting plate is located laterally forward of the flying apparatus so as to be within the field of view of the flying apparatus operator. Considering that the installation device may rub and collide with surrounding environment objects during the take-off, landing or low-altitude flight of the flight device, the installation disc is arranged in front of the side of the flight device in the embodiment so as to fall in the visual field range of the flight device operator, so that the operator can find out the accident situation in time, and the flight safety is improved.
The present application also provides a helicopter comprising a mounting structure as described hereinabove. Since the embodiment of the helicopter in this embodiment is similar to the embodiment of the mounting structure described above, further description is omitted.

1. A mounting structure adapted for use with a flying device, comprising:

the mounting part is used for connecting the aerial photographing bracket adapter plate extending from the flying device to one plate surface of the mounting plate;
and the at least one extension piece extends from the other disc surface of the mounting disc, and the extension end of the extension piece is connected with the mounting support of the aerial photography equipment.
2. The mounting structure for a flying device according to claim 1, wherein the mounting portion comprises a plurality of first mounting holes; an accommodating part is arranged at the center of the aerial photographing bracket adapter plate; the mounting structure further includes:
the hat-shaped mounting piece is characterized in that a hat tube part of the hat-shaped mounting piece is inserted into the accommodating part so as to fixedly connect the hat-shaped mounting piece with the aerial photography support adapter plate, and a plurality of second mounting holes corresponding to the first mounting holes are formed in a hat brim part of the hat-shaped mounting piece so as to fixedly connect the hat-shaped mounting piece with the mounting plate.
3. A mounting arrangement for a flying device according to claim 2, wherein the top-hat mount has a threaded hole provided inwardly along the end of the hat section; the aerial photography support adapter plate is provided with a through hole communicated with the accommodating part, and an external threaded part is inserted into the threaded hole after penetrating through the through hole, so that the hat type mounting part is in threaded connection with the aerial photography support adapter plate.
4. A mounting structure for a flying device according to claim 2, wherein:
the mounting portion includes a plurality of third mounting holes;
the aerial photography support adapter plate is provided with a plurality of fourth mounting holes corresponding to the third mounting holes, so that the aerial photography support adapter plate is fixedly connected with the mounting plate.
5. The mounting structure for a flying device according to claim 4, wherein the first plurality of mounting holes are arranged in a first circle and the third plurality of mounting holes are arranged in a second circle, wherein the first circle and the second circle are concentric circles and the second circle has a larger radius.
6. A mounting arrangement for a flying apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elongate member is removably attachable to the mounting plate; the detachable connection mode comprises: any one or more of a threaded connection, a welded connection, a riveted connection, and an adhesive connection.
7. A mounting arrangement for a flying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the elongate member is removably attachable to a mounting bracket of an aerial device; the detachable connection mode comprises: any one or more of a threaded connection, a welded connection, a riveted connection, and an adhesive connection.
8. A mounting arrangement for a flying device according to claim 1, wherein the mounting plate is of aluminium.
9. The mounting structure for a flying device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mounting plate is located laterally forward of the flying device so as to be within the field of view of the flying device operator.
10. A helicopter comprising a mounting structure according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
