A novel transmission shaft grinding device as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a plurality of sets of connecting rods (19) and a fixing rod (20), wherein the rotating plate (18) is transversely provided with a third circular hole, one end of each of the plurality of sets of connecting rods (19) is connected with the inner side wall of the third circular hole, and the other end of each of the plurality of sets of connecting rods (19) is connected with the outer side wall of the fixing rod (20).
