3. A sitting posture adjustment arrangement for a low-seat seating unit as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first hinge point is higher than the third hinge point when the low-seat seating unit is in the extended position.
4. A sitting posture adjustment arrangement for a low-seat seating unit as claimed in claim 3, wherein the difference in height between the first and third points of articulation is in the range of 20mm-60mm when the low-seat seating unit is in the extended position.
5. A sitting posture adjustment arrangement for a low seat unit as claimed in claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the first hinge point is not higher than the hinge point of the first leg rest link (23) with the leg rest (13) when the low seat unit is in the extended position.
6. A sitting posture adjustment arrangement for a low-seat seating unit according to claim 5, characterized in that the difference in height between the first hinge point and the hinge point of the first leg rest link (23) and the leg rest (13) is in the range of 10-60 mm.

A sitting posture adjustment arrangement for a low-profile seating unit as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first seat pan link (21) is hinged to the first intermediate link (25) at a fourth hinge point between the ends of the first seat pan link (21) and the first intermediate link (25); the first leg rest support connecting rod (23) is hinged to the second middle connecting rod (26) at a fifth hinge point, and the fifth hinge point is located between two ends of the first leg rest support connecting rod (23) and between two ends of the second middle connecting rod (26).

The sitting posture adjusting apparatus for a low-seat unit as claimed in claim 2, wherein the distance between the first hinge point and the second hinge point at both ends of the first intermediate link (25) is 160-200mm, and the distance between the second hinge point and the third hinge point at both ends of the second intermediate link (26) is 80-120 mm.
9. A sitting posture adjustment arrangement for a low-profile seating unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second seat pan link (22) has a radius of rotation in the range of 90-150mm when attached to the seat pan (12).

A sitting posture adjustment arrangement for a low-seat seating unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transmission linkage further comprises a limit link (27) and a limit bracket (28), one end of the limit link (27) being hinged to the first seat pan link (21), the other end of the limit link (27) being hinged to the limit bracket (28), the limit bracket (28) being connected to the rear mounting bracket (11) and/or the seat pan (12).
11. A sitting posture adjustment arrangement for a low seat unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the other end of the first seat pan link (21) and the other end of the first leg rest support link (23) are connected to the intermediate link, respectively.

A sitting posture adjustment arrangement for a low seat unit as claimed in claim 2, wherein two intermediate links are provided between the other end of the second seat pan link (22) and the other end of the second leg rest link (24), and two intermediate links are provided between the other end of the first seat pan link (21) and the other end of the first leg rest link (23).
13. A low seat unit, characterized in that it comprises a backrest (1), a seat (2), a footrest (3) and a sitting position adjusting device as claimed in any one of claims 1-12.
14. A low seat unit as claimed in claim 13 further comprising a base (40), the sitting posture adjustment means comprising a base assembly (30), the base assembly (30) being connected to the base (40).

The low seat unit of claim 14, wherein the sitting position adjustment means is adapted to adjust the low seat unit to a retracted position, an extended position and a recumbent position, wherein the foot rest portion is at a lowermost point and the seat pan (12) is swingable relative to the base assembly (30).

The low-seat seating unit according to claim 15, wherein the base assembly (30) further comprises a limit pin (31), the transmission connection mechanism (20) comprises a limit connection member (29), a limit groove engaged with the limit pin (31) is formed on the limit connection member (29), and the limit groove is disengaged from the limit pin (31) when the low-seat seating unit is in the retracted position; the low seat unit is located when stretching the appearance or lying the appearance, the spacing groove with spacer pin (31) joint.
