Example 1.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the rotary opening and closing structure of the present embodiment includes a plurality of blades 1 and a driving unit (not shown) for driving the blades 1 to rotate.
The plurality of blades 1 in this embodiment are arranged uniformly along a circumference. The number of blades 1 is at least 2. In some embodiments, the number of blades 1 may be 3, 4, 5, or 6, etc. As shown in fig. 1, the number of blades 1 is set to 4. As shown in fig. 4, the number of the blades 1 is set to 5.
The rotary opening and closing structure in this embodiment has a closed state and an open state, in the closed state, the blades 1 are sequentially abutted, in the open state, the blades 1 are separated from each other, and a middle passage is formed in the middle.
The blade 1 in this embodiment has a first positioning unit 14, and the blade 1 can rotate around the axis of the first positioning unit 14, so that the rotary opening and closing structure is switched between the closed state and the open state. In this embodiment, the first positioning unit 14 may be a rotating shaft or a shaft hole. In other embodiments, the vane 1 may be actuated by other actuation methods to switch the rotary opening and closing structure between the closed state and the open state, for example, the vane 1 may be translated, rotated or a combination thereof to switch between the closed state and the open state. Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing an opening process of the vane 1, and as shown in fig. 5, the vane 1 is rotated from inside to outside to open during the opening process, and finally forms an intermediate passage in the middle, and in an open state, the intermediate passage is circular or approximately circular.
The vanes 1 in this embodiment have a first edge 11 and a second edge 12, and in the closed state, the first edge 11 of any vane 1 matches the second edge 12 of the adjacent vane 1. Preferably, when the first rim 11 and the second rim 12 are mated, the two abut and form a seal or substantial seal with each other.
Referring to fig. 2, the first rim 11 of the present embodiment includes a convex curve 111, the convex curve 111 is substantially convex, and the second rim 12 includes a concave curve 121, the concave curve 121 is substantially concave. The convex curve 111 has a first end and a second end, and the first end is close to the concave curve 121. In one embodiment, the distance from the convex curve 111 to the first positioning unit 14 gradually increases from the first end to the second end. Specifically, for example, in the direction from the first end to the second end, if sampling points a1, a2, A3, a4, a5, A6, and a7 are taken, and distances from the sampling points a1, a2, A3, a4, a5, A6, and a7 to the center of the first positioning unit 14 are d1, d2, d3, d4, d5, d6, and d7, respectively, then d1< d2< d3< d4< d5< d6< d 7. The distance from the second end to the center of the first positioning unit 14 is d8, then d1< d2< d3< d4< d5< d6< d7< d 8.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the vane 1 further has a third edge 13, and in the closed state, the third edge 13 of the vane 1 forms an outer contour of the rotary opening and closing structure, that is, the outer contour of the rotary opening and closing structure is formed by the third edges 13 of the vane 1. As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment, the third rim 13 comprises a first line 131 and a second line 132, and the outer contour formed between the third rims 13 of the blades 1 is substantially polygonal in the closed state. Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, the outer profile formed between the third edges 13 of the blades 1 is substantially square, in which case the first and second straight lines 131 and 132 are perpendicular, and the number of the blades 1 is set to 4 groups. The first straight line 131 of one blade 1 is matched with the second straight line 132 of the adjacent blade 1, the two straight lines are positioned on the same straight line, and one side of the square is formed (the side of the square can be continuous or broken). As shown in fig. 6, the opening process of the vane 1 of fig. 3 is shown. The intermediate passage of different shapes, such as circular or substantially circular, or square or substantially square, can be formed by the difference in the degree of opening of the vane 1 in fig. 6.
The driving unit 2 in this embodiment is connected to the vane 1 to drive the vane 1 to rotate around the axis of the first positioning unit 14, so as to control the vane 1 to switch between the closed state and the open state. The driving unit 2 can control the individual vanes 1 to rotate and open or close, and can also control all the vanes 1 to open or close together. As shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 shows a process of opening the single vane 1.

In this embodiment, the connecting rod portion 62 is provided with a limiting groove 624, the fixing base 61 is correspondingly provided with a limiting post 613, and the limiting post 613 is disposed in the limiting groove 624. Due to the interaction of the limiting groove 624 and the limiting post 613, the rotation angle of the link portion 62 can be limited to prevent the blade 1 from over-rotating.
The connecting rod portion 62 in this embodiment is further provided with a clearance groove 625, and the fixing portion 61 is provided with a connecting rod fixing post 614 and the connecting rod fixing post 614 can be accommodated in the clearance groove 625.
The fixing base 61 in this embodiment is in a stationary state, and when the driving motor 631 receives a signal to operate, the blade 1 rotates along with the driving motor, and the blade 1 is opened or closed. All the blades 1 are controlled by the connecting rod part 62 together, so that the blades 1 can be opened and closed simultaneously, and the size of the cross section of the middle channel can be controlled.
Referring to fig. 24, in another embodiment, the basic mechanism is the same as that of the above embodiment, except that the driving portion is not provided, and the link portion 62 is manually pushed.
The above description in this specification is merely illustrative of the present invention. Various modifications, additions and substitutions may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention as defined in the accompanying claims.
