The guide tube 39 here can limit the axial movement of the movable sleeve 32 on the one hand, so that the movable sleeve 32 does not displace axially in the axial direction of the fixed sleeve 31, but only a radial rotation of the movable sleeve 32 relative to the fixed sleeve 31. The other aspect of the guiding tube 39 is determined by the cooperation with the arc notch 38, so that the overall rotation angle of the movable sleeve 32 is limited by the length of the arc notch 38 during the rotation of the movable sleeve 32 relative to the fixed sleeve 31, and the length of the arc notch 38 is determined by the rotation angle required for the movable ball 34 in the through hole of the fixed sleeve 31 to change from the state of abutting against the lock lever 7 to the state of releasing the lock lever 7, that is, the movable ball 34 changes from abutting against the side end face of the movable sleeve 32 toward the fixed sleeve 31 to the state of the movable ball 34 partially entering into the semi-arc groove 35 of the movable sleeve 32.
Because the plurality of arc-shaped caulking grooves 37 are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the lock rod 7, and the movable beads 34 can only be embedded into and abut against the arc-shaped caulking grooves 37 to realize the tightening of the lock rod 7, in the process of inserting the lock rod 7 into the insertion hole 71, when the movable sleeve column 32 is rotated so as to adjust the state of the movable beads 34 relative to the semi-arc-shaped groove 35, the movable beads 34 can be effectively ensured to be aligned with the arc-shaped caulking grooves 37 of the lock rod 7, the embodiment also designs the guiding of the track of the lock rod 7 inserted into the insertion hole 71, specifically, at least one elastic limiting bead 41 is further arranged in the side wall of the fixed sleeve column 31, the elastic limiting bead 41 penetrates through the side wall of the fixed sleeve column 31 and is suitable for being embedded into the bead embedding tube 43 fixedly connected on the outer side wall of the fixed sleeve column 31, and a first spring is arranged between the elastic limiting bead; the elastic limit post is suitable for being partially embedded in the arc-shaped embedding groove 37 of the lock rod 7; and a connecting column 44 protruding from the outer side wall of the movable sleeve column 32 is further arranged on the outer side wall of the movable sleeve column 32 and beside the toggle column 13, a fixed column 45 is fixedly connected to the side end surface of the rear shell 18 facing the front shell 17, and a second spring 46 is connected between the connecting column 44 and the fixed column 45. Due to the cooperation of the second spring 46 and the elastic limiting bead 41, during the process of inserting the lock lever 7 into the insertion hole 71, the part between every two adjacent arc caulking grooves 37 on the lock rod 7 can generate the propping effect for the elastic limiting column, so that the elastic limiting ball 41 can compress the second spring 46 to retract into the ball embedding tube 43, when the arc-shaped caulking groove 37 on the lock rod 7 props against the elastic limit post, the elastic limit post is not completely propped and retracted into the embedded ball tube 43, as such, as long as the axial distance between the resilient retention bead 41 and the movable bead 34 is controlled such that the axial distance between the resilient retention post and the movable bead 34 is equal to the axial length of, for example and without limitation, each adjacent two of the arcuate caulking grooves 37, namely, when the elastic limiting ball 41 is aligned with the arc-shaped caulking groove 37 of the flat latch 7, the movable ball 34 is also aligned with the arc-shaped caulking groove 37 of the flat latch 7.
Thirdly, it should be further noted that a plurality of first magazines 51 distributed at intervals along the axial direction of the main rotating shaft 3 are arranged inside the end part of the lock body housing 1 contacted with the lock hole housing 2, the lock hole housing 2 is provided with a plurality of second magazines 52 distributed at intervals along the axial direction of the main rotating shaft 3, the end part of the lock hole housing 2 contacted with the lock body housing 1 is provided with a plurality of third magazines 53 distributed at intervals along the axial direction of the main rotating shaft 3, the second magazines 52 are perpendicular to the axial direction of the main rotating shaft 3, and the inner part of the main rotating shaft 3 is suitable for facing the side end of the first magazine 51; wherein the second magazine 52 is in communication with the lock hole; a first magazine hole penetrating through the first magazine 51 is formed in the side end face, in contact with the lock hole shell 2, of the lock hole shell 1, a second magazine hole penetrating through the second magazine 52 is formed in the side end face, in contact with the lock hole shell 1, of the lock hole shell 2, a third magazine hole penetrating through the third magazine 53 is formed in the side end face, suitable for facing the first magazine 51, of the main rotating shaft 3, the number and the inner diameter of the first magazine hole, the number and the inner diameter of the second magazine hole and the third magazine hole are the same, and the first magazine hole, the second magazine hole and the third magazine hole are suitable for being correspondingly penetrated so as to achieve communication of the first magazine 51, the second magazine 52 and the third magazine 53. A third marble 58 which is suitable for partially extending out of the third magazine hole is arranged in the third magazine 53, and a third spring 55 is arranged between the third marble 58 and the inner wall of the third magazine 53 far away from the second magazine 52; a first marble 56 is arranged in the first magazine 51, and a second marble 57 is arranged in the second magazine 52; the first pin 56, the second pin 57 and the third pin 58 all have the same outer diameter. Second pins 57 are movable between second magazine 52 and first magazine 51, and first pins 56 are movable between second magazine 52 and third magazine 53.
The number of the first magazine 51, the second magazine 52 and the third magazine 53 is 3 to 8, and 5 are taken as an example in this embodiment. The 2 nd and 3 rd first marbles 56 in the 5 first marbles 56 respectively arranged in the 5 first magazine 51 parallel to the direction of the main rotating shaft 3 are cross marbles. The cross pin includes a pin base 61 extending along the first magazine 51 toward the second magazine 52, and a wing bar 62 fixedly attached to side end faces of the pin base 61 toward the front case 17 and the rear case 18, respectively. In an optional embodiment, the limitation of the relative position between the main rotating shaft 3 and the lock hole housing 2 is considered, so that in a normal state, under no external force action, the third magazine 53 is communicated with the first magazine 51 and the second magazine 52, and the sidewall of the main rotating shaft 3 of the present embodiment is fixedly connected to the columnar bolt 99, which is arranged on the sidewall of the lock hole housing 2 facing the main rotating shaft 3 and along the linear direction of the plurality of second magazine holes, through the seventh spring in the direction of the straight line of the plurality of third magazine holes. The seventh spring penetrates through the lock body shell 1, the structure enables the main rotating shaft 3 to rotate under the action of the dial button 22, so that the seventh spring 98 generates distortion when the third magazine 53 and the second magazine 52 do not correspond to each other, and the reset efficiency of the main rotating shaft 3 can be improved by the reset action of the seventh spring 98 when the main rotating shaft 3 rotates to return to the third magazine 53 and the second magazine 52 corresponding to each other under the action of the dial button 22.
Next, the key cylinder slide cover unit includes a key cylinder slide bar 63 disposed beside an outer end face of the lock hole housing 2 away from the lock body housing 1 along a direction in which the first magazine 51 extends toward the second magazine 52, an inner bushing 65 of a U-shaped structure sleeved with the key cylinder slide bar 63, a fourth spring 66 disposed between the inner bushing 65 and an end face of the lock hole housing 2 away from the lock body housing 1, a cover 67 sleeved with the key cylinder slide bar 63 and located at an outer layer of the inner bushing 65, and a fifth spring 68 disposed between a portion of the inner bushing 65 sleeved with the key cylinder slide bar 63 and a portion of the cover 67 sleeved with the key cylinder slide bar 63. The lock cylinder slide bar 63 can be directly connected with the side end face of the lock hole shell 2 departing from the lock body shell 1, or can be fixedly connected with the lock body shell 1 through an L-shaped lock cylinder slide bar 63 seat 69, and the L-shaped lock cylinder slide bar 63 seat does not influence the structure of the lock hole 5. The inner bush 65 is adapted to cover 67 the side end faces of the lock body case 1 and the lock hole case 2 toward the front case 17 and the rear case 18; the cover 67 is adapted to cover 67 on the side end faces of the inner bush 65 facing the front and rear cases 17 and 18 and the top end faces of the keyhole cases 2 and 1 corresponding to the keyhole 5, and the cover 67 is provided with an insertion hole 71 adapted to correspond to the keyhole 5 to insert a key therein, on the side end faces of the inner bush 65 facing the front and rear cases 17 and 18 and the top end faces of the keyhole cases 2 and 1 corresponding to the keyhole 5; the side end faces of the inner bushing 65 facing the front housing 17 and the rear housing 18 are respectively provided with a U-shaped pushing groove 72 adapted to abut against the portion of the wing bar 62 protruding outside the lock body case 1; a notch 73 adapted to penetrate the insertion hole 71 is provided in the inner bush 65 and the end surface of the cover 67 facing the front housing 17; the slot 73 is distributed along the direction in which the first magazine 51 extends toward the second magazine 52, and the length of the slot 73 is equal to or greater than twice the length of the insertion hole 71 in the direction in which the first magazine 51 extends toward the second magazine 52; and a raised block 75 adapted to abut against the pick is also provided on the side end surface of the cover 67 facing the rear housing 18. It should be noted that the front housing 17 is provided with a hollow 76 corresponding to the position of the keyhole 5. In view of the guiding effect during the sliding displacement of the cover 67 relative to the lock body case 1, a slide groove 77, which is slidably engaged with the cover 67, is provided on the outer side wall of the lock body case 1 in the sliding direction of the cover 67.
It should be further noted that the key adopted in the present embodiment includes a handle portion 81, an insertion portion 82 adapted to be inserted into the keyhole housing 2, and a connecting portion 83 provided between the handle portion 81 and the insertion portion 82; wherein the connecting portion 83 is fixedly connected to the handle portion 81, and the connecting portion 83 is rotatably connected to the inserting portion 82. That is to say, the key of the embodiment is not a fixed structure between the handle portion 81 and the insertion portion 82, and the conventional key of the straight-shank structure fixed between the handle portion 81 and the insertion portion 82 is not suitable for the anti-theft lock of the embodiment. After the insertion portion 82 of the anti-theft lock of the present embodiment is inserted into the lock hole, the handle portion 81 can be movably connected between the connection portion 83 and the insertion portion 82, so that the connection portion 83 drives the handle portion 81 to implement 90-degree bending relative to the insertion portion 82, and after the connection portion 83 and the handle portion 81 are bent, the connection portion sequentially passes through the notch 73 and the hollow 76 and then extends out of one side of the front housing 17 away from the rear housing 18.
In addition, the anti-theft lock of the present embodiment has a wide application range, for example, when the anti-theft lock needs to be used on an electric vehicle, the lock rod 7 of the present embodiment may be selectively matched with the baffle 85 to realize locking of wheels of the electric vehicle, in an optional case, in order to enable the anti-theft lock of the present embodiment to further have an alarm function, a plug-in groove 87 for plugging in an alarm 86 may be selectively arranged on a side end surface of the baffle 85, the commercially available alarm 86 of the prior art may be directly plugged in a plug-in manner, and in a case that the lock rod 7 is matched with the baffle 85, a lock chain or a lock rope may be further sleeved on a portion of the lock rod 7. Alternatively, the lock lever 7 engages the nail-type lever 89. When the anti-theft lock of this embodiment is used in a door, a circular ring 96 may be provided at the side of the outer casing, so that the circular ring is adapted to cooperate with the through hole 33 of the locking hoop assembly to achieve the fit with the U-shaped fixing member 90, and the locking rod 7 is a leg of the U-shaped fixing member 90.
Taking the case that the lock rod 7 is matched with the baffle 85 as an example, considering that the anti-theft lock at this time is convenient to be accommodated when the anti-theft lock is not used, a semi-arc supporting groove 91 suitable for embedding the lock rod 7 is further arranged on one side of the baffle 85 in the embodiment.
The specific use principle of the anti-theft lock of this embodiment is as follows: it should be noted that the description of the directions herein is only given by way of example of a view of the front case 17 facing away from the rear case 18.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, when the locking rod 7 is clamped by the locking hoop assembly, that is, the locking rod 7 is locked, the condition is defined as an initial condition:
the inner bush 65 and the cover 67 are not penetrated through the keyhole 5, that is, the cover 67 shields the keyhole 5, and at this time, the key cannot be inserted into the keyhole 5, and at this time, the inner bush 65 and the cover 67 are in a state of being shifted to the right side with respect to the front housing 17, and the right side end of the projection 75 of the cover 67 facing the side end surface of the rear housing 18 is in a state of being abutted against the dial piece, and the rear cover dial 11 is in a state of being overlapped with the dial piece. The dial button 22 is approximately parallel to the lock hole, the dial rod 15 fixedly connected with the front cover plate dial 8 is not in contact with the dial column 13 on the outer side wall of the movable sleeve column 32, the magnet block 29 is not in contact with the rear cover plate dial 11, and the fourth spring 66 and the fifth spring 68 are both in a natural extension state.
One end of the movable ball 34 along the radial direction of the through hole 33 is pressed against the arc-shaped caulking groove 37 of the lock rod 7, and the other end is pressed against the side wall of the movable sleeve column 32 facing the fixed sleeve column 31.
The first magazine hole, the second magazine hole and the third magazine hole are all in corresponding relation, so that the first magazine 51, the second magazine 52 and the third magazine 53 are in a communicated state. Taking 5 first marbles 56, 5 second marbles 57 and 5 third marbles 58 as examples, after the third marbles 58 respectively positioned at 5 different positions from top to bottom pass through the third magazine hole, one part of the third marbles 58 is positioned in the first magazine 51, the other part of the third marbles is positioned in the third magazine 53, after the first marbles 56 respectively positioned at 5 different positions pass through the first magazine hole, one part of the first marbles 56 is positioned in the second magazine 52, the other part of the first marbles are positioned in the first magazine 51, and the second marbles 57 respectively positioned at 5 different positions are positioned in the second magazine 52; the first pins 56 in the second and third positions are cross pins.
When it is necessary to release the tightening, i.e. unlocking, of the locking lever 7:
firstly, please refer to fig. 5, the dial 22 is rotated to the right by 30 to 45 degrees, the dial 22 drives the linkage shaft 9 to rotate, the linkage shaft 9 rotates the rear cover plate dial 11, at this time, the dial plate rotates towards the side end surface of the front housing 17 relative to the rear housing 18 under the action of the rear cover plate dial 11, and the rotation of the dial plate generates a pushing action on the protrusion block 75 on the cover 67, so that the cover 67 moves to the left, at this time, the fifth spring 68 is compressed due to the left movement of the cover 67, the compression action of the fifth spring 68 generates a driving force for the inner bushing 65 to move to the left, that is, the inner bushing 65 also generates a condition of moving to the left in the same direction as the cover 67, that is, so as to gradually make the insertion hole 71 on the cover 67 correspond to the keyhole 5, thereby exposing the keyhole 5 to facilitate the insertion of the key. During the left movement of the inner bushing 65, the wing rods 62 of the cross pins in the second position and the third position generate an abutting action on the third pins 58 in the second position and the third position due to the action of the U-shaped pushing grooves 72 on the inner bushing 65 and the cover 67, and the third pins 58 compress the third spring 55, so that a part of the cross pins enters the third magazine 53. It should be noted that when the keyhole 5 is completely exposed, the magnet 29 just contacts the rear cover plate dial 11 to generate a magnetic attraction effect, and at this time, the hand does not need to continuously exert a force on the dial 22, and the keyhole 5 can be kept exposed to facilitate the insertion of a key.
Then, the key is inserted into the keyhole through the keyhole 5, and after the key is inserted into the keyhole, the key will generate an abutting action on the second pin 57 in the second magazine 52, so that the second pin 57 originally located in the second magazine 52 moves towards the first magazine 51, and at this time, the first pin 56 located in the first magazine 51 moves towards the third magazine 53, and the third pin 58 in the third magazine 53 generates an abutting force on the third spring 55 under the abutting action of the first pin 56, so that the third spring 55 is compressed, and here, because the cross pins in the second position and the third position have entered the third magazine 53 under the action of the inner bushing 65 and the lower portion 67, no abutting effect on the cross pins is generated on the second pin 57 here. The second pins 57 in the first, fourth and fifth positions are such that the third pin 58 is completely received in the third magazine 53 and the first pin 56 is completely received in the first magazine 51 under the influence of the key insertion 82, so that the first pin 56 does not interact with the third magazine 53.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the connecting portion 83 of the key and the handle portion 81 are bent toward the front housing 17 relative to the inserting portion 82, so that the connecting portion 83 sequentially passes through the slot 73 and the hollow 76 and then extends out of the front housing 17 at the side away from the rear housing 18. At this time, the dial 22 is rotated leftwards, so that the dial 22 returns to the initial state, the magnetic attraction between the magnet block 29 and the rear cover plate dial 11 is eliminated by the toggle action of the hand, the action of the rear cover plate dial 11 on the dial is also cancelled, and thus, under the action of the fourth spring 66 and the fifth spring 68, the inner bushing 65 and the cover 67 move rightwards and gradually return to the initial state, here, because the length of the slot 73 is equal to or more than twice the length of the insertion hole 71 in the extending direction of the first magazine 51 towards the second magazine 52, the bent key does not affect the rightwards movement of the cover 67, and along with the rightwards movement return of the cover 67 and the inner bushing 65, the abutting action of the U-shaped pushing slot 72 on the inner bushing 65 and the cover 67 on the cross pin is correspondingly eliminated, so that the cross pin at this time can only realize the same effect as the first pin 56 at the first position, the fourth position and the fifth position under the action of the insertion part 82 of the key, that is, the cross pin is completely and completely accommodated in the first magazine 51, so that the cross pin does not interfere with the third magazine 53, that is, for all 5 third magazine holes of the main spindle 3, only the third pin 58 is accommodated, and the first pin 56 does not generate resistance to the main spindle 3 when it needs to rotate.
Next, referring to fig. 8, the dial 22 is toggled by hand, such that the dial 22 rotates at an angle of 30 to 45 degrees to the left, the dial 22 drives the linkage shaft 9 to rotate, the linkage shaft 9 drives the front cover plate dial 8 to rotate, the rotation of the front cover plate dial 8 drives the shift lever 15 to move synchronously, such that the shift lever 15 gradually applies the rotation power of the toggle post 13, the toggle post 13 correspondingly drives the movable sleeve post 32 to rotate clockwise relative to the fixed sleeve post 31, and during the gradual rotation of the movable sleeve post 32, the movable ball 34 gradually enters the semi-arc groove 35 of the movable sleeve post 32, where it should be noted that, only when the semi-arc groove 35 completely corresponds to the movable ball 34, that is, the movable ball 34 is suitable for being completely filled in the semi-arc groove 35, the limiting and abutting effects of the movable ball 34 on the arc caulking groove 37 on the lock lever 7 completely disappear, so that the locking rod 7 can be withdrawn from the through-hole 33, i.e. unlocked or unlocked.
In the above process, when the specific front cover plate drive plate 8 rotates along the inclined chute 7728 of the boss 27, the front cover plate drive plate 8 gradually generates an abutting effect on the trigger part 25 on the main rotating shaft 3, so that the front cover plate drive plate 8 drives the trigger part 25 to drive the main rotating shaft 3 to rotate, at this time, due to the rotation of the main rotating shaft 3, the boss 27 rotates synchronously, and under the condition, the rotation of the main rotating shaft 3 communicated with the boss 27 vacates a larger movement space for the rotation of the front cover plate drive plate 8 and the toggle column 13, thereby effectively ensuring that the movable sleeve column 32 rotates to the right position to realize the unlocking of the lock rod 7. Due to the synchronous action of the linkage shaft 9 on the front cover plate dial 8 and the rear cover plate dial 11, the rear cover plate dial 11 moves synchronously with the front cover plate dial 8, and when the movable sleeve column 32 rotates to a position, the rear cover plate dial 11 and the magnet block 29 generate a magnetic attraction fixing effect again. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, when the toggle lever 13 moves clockwise into the vertical space between the boss 27 and the side end surface of the rear housing 18 facing the front housing 17, that is, if the main rotating shaft 3 does not rotate, the boss 27 cannot rotate, then the boss 27 becomes a limitation for the toggle lever 13 to rotate to the position, the toggle lever 13 cannot rotate to the position, and the lock lever 7 cannot be unlocked completely.
In summary, the lock cylinder unit, the lock cylinder sliding cover unit, the lock rod hoop unit and the lock body driving unit of the anti-theft lock of the present embodiment can unlock the lock rod 7 only by combining the cooperation between the keys that can be bent by 90 degrees, the cross pin in the first magazine 51 can not affect the third magazine 53 of the main rotating shaft 3 only by matching the key inserted into the lock hole with the resetting of the lock cylinder sliding cover unit, that is, the rotation of the main rotating shaft 3 can be realized only by the cooperation between the bendable key and the inner bushing 65 and the cover 67, and the rotation of the main rotating shaft 3 can finally realize that the movable sleeve column 32 rotates in place so that the movable ball 34 is withdrawn from the limit of the lock rod 7. Such process makes traditional master key and technical unlocking means unable to produce the cooperative control effect to between lock core unit, lock core sliding cover unit, locking lever hoop unit and the lock body drive unit simultaneously for the theftproof tool to lock of this embodiment, just also unable realization purpose of unblanking, therefore, the factor of safety of the theftproof tool to lock of this embodiment compares traditional mechanical lock and shows to improve.
