The two corrugated boards are divided into a first paperboard 11 and a second paperboard 12, a first connecting component for connecting and fixing the first paperboard 11 and the second paperboard 12 is arranged between the first paperboard 11 and the second paperboard 12, the first paperboard 11 and the second paperboard 12 are arranged in sequence after being tiled, so that the first paperboard 11 and the second paperboard 12 can be fixedly connected through the first connecting component after the second side board 3 of the first paperboard 11 is aligned with the first side board 2 of the second paperboard 12.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the first connecting assembly includes a first inner liner 9 that is rectangular, after the second side plate 3 of the first cardboard 11 is aligned with the first side plate 2 of the second cardboard 12, an adhesive portion is formed between the second side plate 3 of the first cardboard 11 and the first side plate 2 of the second cardboard 12, and the first inner liner 9 is adhered to the adhesive portion through three sets of magic tapes 4. In this embodiment, the length of the first inner liner 9 is greater than the length of the first side plate 2, and the width of the first inner liner 9 is equal to the sum of the widths of the first side plate 2 and the second side plate 3.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the first liner 9 includes an adhesive region 901 and a bending portion 902 connected to both ends of the adhesive region 901, and a fold is formed between the adhesive region 901 and the bending portion 902, so that the bending portion 902 can be folded toward the adhesive region 901 along the fold. The bonding region 901 is bonded to the bonding portion by ten sets of hook and loop fasteners 4, the first lining 9 is fixedly connected to the second connecting plate 302, the third connecting plate 303 and the fourth connecting plate 304 of the first paperboard 11 by five sets of hook and loop fasteners 4, and the first lining 9 is fixedly connected to the second enclosing plate 202, the third enclosing plate 203 and the fourth enclosing plate 204 of the second paperboard 12 by five sets of hook and loop fasteners 4; in this embodiment, the first liner 9, the second connecting plate 302, the fourth connecting plate 304, the second enclosing plate 202 and the fourth enclosing plate 204 are all bonded and fixed by two groups of hook and loop fasteners 4, and the first liner 9 and the first connecting plate 301 share the rough surfaces of the two second connecting plates 302; the first inner liner 9 and the fifth connecting plate 305 share the rough surfaces of the two fourth connecting plates 304; the first lining 9 and the first enclosing plate 201 share the rough surfaces of the two second enclosing plates 202; the first lining 9 and the fifth enclosing plate 205 share the hair surfaces of the two fourth enclosing plates 204, so that the use of the hair surface of the magic tape 4 is reduced; meanwhile, the first lining 9, the third connecting plate 303 and the third surrounding plate 203 are all adhered and fixed through a set of magic tapes 4.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, one of the bent portions 902 is used to fixedly connect the first connecting plate 301 of the first paper board 11 with the first enclosing plate 201 of the second paper board 12, and the other is used to fixedly connect the fifth connecting plate 305 with the fifth enclosing plate 205. In this embodiment, the bending portion 902 includes a fixing plate 9022 and a bending plate 9021 connected between the fixing plate 9022 and the bonding region 901. A fold is formed at a connection position between the fixing plate 9022 and the bending plate 9021, and the fixing plate 9022 can be folded back along the fold in a direction away from the bonding region 901. In order to fixedly connect the first connecting plate 301 and the fifth connecting plate 305 of the first paper board 11 to the fifth connecting plate 305 and the fifth enclosing plate 205 of the second paper board 12, the fixing plate 9022 is additionally provided with two pieces of rough surfaces of the hook and loop fasteners 4. When the first connecting plate 301 and the first enclosing plate 201 need to be fixedly connected with each other, the hair surface of one of the hook and loop fasteners 4 can be in adhesive fit with one of the hook surfaces of the first connecting plate 301, and the hair surface of the other hook and loop fastener 4 can be in adhesive fit with one of the hook surfaces of the first enclosing plate 201, so that the first connecting plate 301 of the first paperboard 11 is fixedly connected with the first enclosing plate 201 of the second paperboard 12.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, a set of second connecting members is provided on each of the first paper board 11 and the second paper board 12. The second enclosing plate 202, the third enclosing plate 203 and the fourth enclosing plate 204 on the first paperboard 11 are connected and fixed with each other through a second connecting assembly; the second connecting plate 302, the third connecting plate 303 and the fourth connecting plate 304 on the second paper plate 12 are connected and fixed with each other through a second connecting component.
Specifically, the second connecting assembly comprises a second lining 10, and the second lining 10 on the first paperboard 11 is adhered to the first side plate 2 through three groups of magic tapes 4; the second liner 10 on the second paper board 12 is adhered to the second side board 3 by three sets of magic tapes 4. In this embodiment, the second lining 10 and the first enclosing plate 201 share a rough surface of the second enclosing plate 202, the second lining 10 and the fifth enclosing plate 205 share a rough surface of the fourth enclosing plate 204, and the second lining 10 and the third enclosing plate 203 are adhered by a set of magic tapes 4; the second inner liner 10 and the first connecting plate 301 share the rough surface of a second connecting plate 302, the second inner liner 10 and the fifth connecting plate 305 share the rough surface of a fourth connecting plate 304, and the second inner liner 10 and the third connecting plate 303 are bonded through a group of magic tapes 4.
The overall working process is as follows: when the cardboard is required to be folded into the ball pool 13, the folding can be performed by various folding methods, and in this embodiment, the preferred folding steps are:
the method comprises the following steps of firstly, arranging a first paperboard 11 and a second paperboard 12 in sequence, and then aligning a second side plate 3 of the first paperboard 11 with the second paperboard 12 to align the first paperboard 11;
secondly, bonding the first lining 9 on the bonding part, and then connecting and fixing the first connecting plate 301 and the first enclosing plate 201 through the bending part 902, and connecting and fixing the second connecting plate 302 and the second enclosing plate 202;
thirdly, adhering a second inner lining 10 on the first side plate 2 of the first paperboard 11 and the second side plate 3 of the second paperboard 12;
fourthly, folding four side edges of the paper boards formed after the two paper boards are connected along corresponding creases to form a square ball pool 13;
fifthly, correspondingly attaching the first enclosing plate 201 and the fifth enclosing plate 205 of the first paperboard 11 to the second enclosing plate 202 and the fourth enclosing plate 204 respectively, and correspondingly attaching the first connecting plate 301 and the fifth connecting plate 305 of the second paperboard 12 to the second connecting plate 302 and the fourth connecting plate 304 respectively, so that four folding angles of the ball pool 13 are fixed, and further the folding of the ball pool 13 is completed.

the first side plate (2) comprises a first enclosing plate (201), a second enclosing plate (202), a third enclosing plate (203), a fourth enclosing plate (204) and a fifth enclosing plate (205) which are sequentially connected, the first enclosing plate (201), the second enclosing plate (202), the third enclosing plate (203), the fourth enclosing plate (204) and the fifth enclosing plate (205) are respectively connected with the first folded plate (101), the second folded plate (102), the third folded plate (103), the fourth folded plate (104) and the fifth folded plate (105) in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and a cutting opening is formed between every two adjacent enclosing plates; the second side plate (3) comprises a first connecting plate (301), a second connecting plate (302), a third connecting plate (303), a fourth connecting plate (304) and a fifth connecting plate (305) which are sequentially connected, the first connecting plate (301), the second connecting plate (302), the third connecting plate (303), the fourth connecting plate (304) and the fifth connecting plate (305) are respectively connected with the first folded plate (101), the second folded plate (102), the third folded plate (103), the fourth folded plate (104) and the fifth folded plate (105) in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and a cutting opening is formed between every two adjacent connecting plates;
