1. An adjustment tool adapted to adjust a locking washer (100) for preventing loosening of a bolt (200), the adjustment tool (300) comprising:
a body portion (310) adapted to be supported on a head (210) of the bolt (200);
a hook part (320) connected to one side of the body part (310) and adapted to be inserted under the ear part (110) of the anti-loose pad (100); and
a handle portion (350) connected to the body portion (310) for driving the hook portion (320) to rotate upward about a supporting point of the body portion (310) on the screw head (210),
in the process of driving the hook portion (320) to rotate upwards, the hook portion (320) pries the ear portion (110) upwards and presses the pried ear portion (110) against the side surface (210a) of the screw head (210).
2. The adjustment tool of claim 1, wherein:
a tooth structure (340) is formed on the bottom surface of the main body part (310) of the adjustment tool (300), and the tooth structure (340) is in pressure contact with the screw head (210) to prevent the main body part (310) from sliding on the screw head (210).
3. The adjustment tool of claim 2, wherein:
the hook portion (320) is connected to one side in the length direction (Y) of the main body portion (310) of the adjustment tool (300).
4. The adjustment tool of claim 3, wherein:
the tooth structure (340) includes a plurality of bar-shaped teeth that are aligned in a row along the length direction (Y) and each of which extends in a width direction (X) of the main body portion (310).

the hook (320) has a wedge-shaped tongue (321), the wedge-shaped tongue (321) being adapted to be inserted under the ear (110) of the lock washer (100).
6. The adjustment tool of claim 1, wherein:
the adjustment tool (300) further comprises a force arm portion (330), the force arm portion (330) is connected to one side of the main body portion (310) and extends obliquely downward from one side of the main body portion (310), and the hook portion (320) is connected to a tip end of the force arm portion (330).
7. The adjustment tool of claim 1, wherein:
the handle portion (350) is connected to a top surface of the body portion (310) and extends upward in a height direction (Z) perpendicular to the top surface of the body portion (310).
8. The adjustment tool of claim 1, wherein:
one or more through holes (101) allowing a bolt (200) to pass through are formed in the anti-loose gasket (100), and at least one lug part (110) is arranged on the periphery of each through hole (101).
