The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a bubble toy 1, which includes a liquid storage bottle 10, a nozzle 20 connected to the liquid storage bottle 10, and a fixing ring 30 connected to the inside of the nozzle 20. The liquid storage bottle 10 is used for containing foaming liquid, the spray head 20 is used for generating bubbles, and the fixing ring 30 is used for fixing part of the spray head 20. The foaming liquid is any one aqueous solution of shower gel, shampoo, hand sanitizer and facial cleanser, is easy to obtain raw materials, has smaller harm compared with other foaming liquids, and is more suitable for children to play.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the nozzle 20 includes a housing 21, a flip cover 22, a porous bubble-forming paper (not shown), and a blowing pipe 23. Wherein the housing 21 is substantially in the shape of a cartoon crab, and has a hollow interior, and the housing 21 includes a bubble discharge port 211, an air inlet port 212, and a connection groove 213. The bubble discharge port 211 has a large aperture and is opened at a position of the housing 21 substantially flush with the coupling groove 213 for communicating the inner and outer spaces of the housing 21, so that bubbles generated from the bubble toy 1 can be discharged through the bubble discharge port 211. The gas inlet 212 has a small aperture and is opened at a position corresponding to the coupling groove 213 on the housing 21 for communicating the inner and outer spaces of the coupling groove 213, so that gas can enter the coupling groove 213 through the gas inlet 212. The connecting groove 213 is concavely arranged in the housing 21, and a through hole 213a and two infusion columns 213b are arranged in the connecting groove 213, wherein the through hole 213a has an ultra-small aperture and is located on the bottom wall of the connecting groove 213 corresponding to the liquid storage bottle 10 for communicating the connecting groove 213 with the liquid storage bottle 10, so that the foaming liquid in the liquid storage bottle 10 can enter and exit the connecting groove 213 through the through hole 213 a; two ends of each infusion column 213b are through, a first opening 2131 is opened on the end surface of each infusion column opposite to the liquid storage bottle 10, and two second openings 2132 are opened on the end surface of each infusion column far away from the liquid storage bottle 10, wherein the second openings 2132 are in abutting connection with the porous foaming paper so that the foaming liquid in the liquid storage bottle 10 can sequentially pass through the first openings 2132 and the second openings 2132 and be immersed into the porous foaming paper.
It should be noted that the through hole 213a is provided with an ultra-small aperture, so that when the bubble toy 1 is turned upside down, the foaming liquid in the liquid storage bottle 10 is not easy to enter the connecting groove 213, or the foaming liquid can be discharged back into the liquid storage bottle 10 through the through hole 213a when entering the connecting groove 213, thereby saving the use of the foaming liquid. The first opening 2131 has an opening diameter equal to the inner diameter of the infusion column 213b for allowing the foaming liquid in the liquid bottle 10 to rapidly enter the infusion column 213 b. The opening diameter of each second opening 2132 is smaller than one-half of the inner diameter of the shaft of the infusion column 213b (i.e., the radius of the shaft of the infusion column 213 b) for allowing the foaming liquid to be slightly and uniformly impregnated into the porous foaming paper.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the nozzle 20 is not limited to the embodiment provided with the air blowing pipe 23, and the nozzle 20 may not be provided with the air blowing pipe 23. The shell 21 is not limited to the shape of a cartoon crab in the embodiment, and the shell 21 can be other animal images, human images or simulated images (such as stars, menisci, etc.), etc. The number of the infusion column 213b is not limited to two in the present embodiment, and may be one, three, or more than three, and the like.
The flip cover 22 is rotatably coupled to the inside of the housing 21 corresponding to the bubble discharge port 211 for opening or closing the bubble discharge port 211. It should be noted that a protrusion protrudes from one side edge of the flip cover 22 opposite to the bubble discharge port 211, and when the protrusion is flipped in the forward direction or the reverse direction relative to the housing 21, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the flip cover 22 blocks or exposes the bubble discharge port 211, i.e. the bubble discharge port 211 is closed or opened.
The porous foam-forming paper is made of sponge or cloth with a plurality of fine apertures, and the like, and is wrapped at the notch of the connecting groove 213 through the fixing ring 30 and is connected with the infusion column 213b in an abutting mode so as to convert foaming liquid dipped on the porous foam-forming paper into more and dense bubble groups.
The blowing pipe 23 is connected to the air inlet 212 in a concave-convex fit and extends outward along the outer wall of the housing 21 so that a user (e.g., a child, etc.) can blow air into the air inlet 212 through the blowing pipe 23, so that the air acts on the porous bubble forming paper through the connecting groove 213 to blow the foaming liquid on the porous bubble forming paper into bubbles.
It is understood that, in the present embodiment, the nozzle 20 further includes a blocking piece (not shown) which is a small sheet (such as a plastic sheet) with a size capable of covering the air inlet 212 and is movably connected in the connecting groove 213 corresponding to the air inlet 212, so as to prevent the excessive foaming liquid in the connecting groove 213 from entering the blowing pipe 23 and the human body through the air inlet 212 when in use, thereby improving the safety of the bubble toy 1. Correspondingly, a connecting seat 213c is disposed between the bottom wall and the side wall of the connecting groove 213 corresponding to the air inlet 212, and the connecting seat 213c has a certain width and is movably connected with the blocking piece therein. When gas is blown into the gas inlet 212 through the gas blowing pipe 23, the gas acts on the blocking piece to enable the blocking piece to be far away from the gas inlet 212 so that the gas can enter the connecting groove 213; when the blowing of air to the air inlet 212 is stopped or the air is sucked to the air inlet 212 through the air blowing pipe 23, the blocking piece blocks in front of the air inlet 212 to prevent the foaming liquid from entering the air inlet 212. In other embodiments of the present invention, the nozzle 20 is not limited to the blocking piece provided in this embodiment, and the nozzle 20 may not be provided with the blocking piece.
The fixing ring 30 comprises a base ring 31 and a fixing ring 32, wherein the base ring 31 is clamped with the porous foaming paper, the base ring 31 is detachably connected to the notch position of the connecting groove 213, and the fixing ring 32 clamps the porous foaming paper on the base ring 31.
The work flow of the bubble toy 1 provided by the present embodiment is roughly: inverting the bubble toy 1, and immersing the foaming liquid in the liquid storage bottle 10 into the porous foaming paper through the first opening 2131 and the second opening 2132 in sequence; inverting again to allow the excessive foaming liquid in the connecting groove 213 to flow back into the liquid storage bottle 10 through the through hole 213 a; the air is blown into the connecting groove 213 through the air blowing pipe 23, and at this time, the air acts on the porous foaming paper, so that the foaming liquid forms a large and dense bubble group. The bubble toy 1 provided by the present embodiment has a high interest and playability due to the long remaining time and the shapeability of the bubble group.
