The support 22 is provided with an air guide part 30, a first sealing ring 9 is arranged on the circumference of an air outlet 24 of the filter, and the lower end face of the first sealing ring 9 is connected with the upper end face of the air guide part 30 in a sealing manner; or, the bracket 22 is provided with an air guide part 30, and the air guide part 30 is sleeved with the air suction opening of the wind wheel 3; a first sealing ring 9 is arranged on the circumference of the air outlet 24 of the filter, and the lower end surface of the first sealing ring 9 is hermetically connected with the upper end surface of the air guide part 30; or, the bracket 22 is provided with an air guide part 30, and the air guide part 30 is sleeved with the air suction opening of the wind wheel 3; the circumference of the air outlet 24 of the filter is provided with a first sealing ring 9, the lower end surface of the first sealing ring 9 is connected with the upper end surface of the air guiding part 30 in a sealing manner, and the bracket 22 is connected with the filter in an abutting manner through a sealing connection, the abutting connection is used for clamping and fixing the filter, the bracket 22 and the air guiding seat 16 by the first mounting surface 13 or the corresponding end part and the second mounting surface 14 or the corresponding end part along the axial direction of the shell 1 after buckling, which is exemplified in the present case.
The circumference of the air outlet 24 of the filter is provided with an annular blind hole with a downward opening, the bottom of the annular blind hole is provided with a plurality of fixing holes 32 distributed in the circumferential direction, the first sealing ring 9 is sleeved with the annular blind hole, and the upper end face of the first sealing ring 9 is provided with a plurality of convex parts 33 matched with the fixing holes 32.
The air outlet side of the filter is positioned at one end of the filter far away from the air inlet end, and the part of the cylindrical installation inner cavity between the end and the air inlet end is used as a dust bin 12.
The circumference of air-out side is equipped with circumference installation department 8, and sealing connection between this circumference installation department 8 and the cylindric installation inner chamber adopts second sealing washer 10 to realize this sealing connection.
The filter includes lid 4, filter core 5 and seat 6, and lid 4, filter core 5 and seat 6 connect according to the preface, and seat 6 is equipped with air outlet 24, and the circumference of seat 6 is equipped with circumference installation department 8, sealing connection between this circumference installation department 8 and the cylindric installation inner chamber. Seat 6 is equipped with the annular blind hole of the downward open-ended that sets up around air outlet 24, and the bottom of annular blind hole is equipped with a plurality of fixed orificess 32 that circumference distributes, and first sealing washer 9 cup joints with the annular blind hole, and the up end of first sealing washer 9 be equipped with a plurality of convex parts 33 of fixed orifices 32 complex.
The air guide hole 21 comprises a first guide surface 34, an inlet 35 and a diffusion part 36 which are sequentially arranged, the diffusion part 36 is provided with a second guide surface 37, the first guide surface 34 is used for guiding air flow in, and the second guide surface 37 is used for guiding and discharging the air flow downwards; the air guide holes 21 are distributed in a cyclone shape along the circumferential direction.
As shown in fig. 11, the diffusing portion 36 is a portion between two sides as viewed in the drawing, and the opening is gradually enlarged.
The air outlet 24, the air inlet 23, the wind wheel 3 and the motor 2 are coaxially arranged, and the air outlet 24 and the air inlet 23 are arranged just opposite to each other, so that air flowing is facilitated, and efficiency is improved.
The air outlet end is connected with a control cover 17, the control cover 17 is provided with an air outlet 18, the control cover 17 is further provided with a power line 19 and a switch 20 for controlling the on-off of the power line 19, the power line 19 is electrically connected with the motor 2, the on-off operation part of the switch 20 is arranged in the middle, and the air outlet 18 is distributed around the on-off operation part. In this embodiment, the structure is mainly adopted, and the air outlet 18 is circular and has a plurality of air outlets 18, and the air outlets 18 are uniformly distributed around the circumference of the on-off operation part. It is noted that the power supply line 19 is not connected to the electrode 26 in the figures for the sake of simplicity of illustration, but this does not prevent a correct understanding of the solution of the present application.
Of course, other configurations are possible, such as: the on-off operation part of the switch 20 is not arranged in the center, and the air outlet 18 and the on-off operation part are distributed separately.
The upper part and the lower part are both cylinders which are axially penetrated by cylindrical through holes, and the cylindrical through holes are used as cylindrical installation inner cavities; the upper part and the lower part are both made of metal pipe fittings.
The metal pipe fittings such as aluminum alloy pipes, stainless steel pipes and the like are preferably aluminum alloy pipes, and have the advantages of light weight, high strength and low cost.
In the embodiment, as an example, the external power line 19 is a solution provided with a battery, for example, a battery unit is disposed in a space between the control cover 17 and the motor 2, a channel is disposed between the battery unit itself or the housing 1 for exhausting air flow, and the control cover 17 is provided with a charging interface, so as to form a solution provided with a battery.

A columnar mini dust collector with a shell of an upper part and a lower part comprises the shell, a motor, a wind wheel and a filter, and is characterized in that the shell is divided into the two parts along the axial direction, wherein the two parts are respectively marked as the upper part and the lower part; the filter, the wind wheel and the motor are sequentially positioned in the cylindrical installation inner cavity, an output shaft of the motor is connected with the wind wheel, the side of the output shaft of the motor is connected with a wind guide seat, the motor is fixedly connected with the wind guide seat and is fixed in the lower part through the wind guide seat, the wind guide seat is provided with wind guide holes around the circumference of the motor, the outer circumferential wall of the wind guide seat is attached to or arranged in a gap with the inner cavity of the lower part, the wind guide seat is connected with a support, the support covers the wind wheel and forms a wind suction chamber with the wind guide seat, the support is provided with an air inlet, the air inlet is adjacently communicated with an air outlet of the filter or extends into the filter for communication or is hermetically communicated with the air outlet end through the wind guide holes; the bracket is provided with a connection structure that is connected with the opening portions of the upper and lower portions on the same side, respectively, and the upper and lower portions are connected together to form the housing via the connection structure.
2. The cylinder-shaped mini-vacuum cleaner with the upper and lower shell parts as claimed in claim 1,
the opening part of the lower part is provided with a first mounting surface for supporting and mounting the air guide seat, the periphery of the filter is provided with a peripheral mounting part, the opening part of the upper part is provided with a second mounting surface for supporting and mounting the peripheral mounting part, the connecting structure comprises two buckling hooks which are distributed along the axial direction in sequence and are oppositely arranged, the two buckling hooks are respectively marked as an upper buckling hook and a lower buckling hook, the two buckling hooks are in one group and are arranged in two or more groups, the upper buckling hook is buckled with an upper buckling groove of the opening part arranged on the upper part, the lower buckling hook is buckled with a lower buckling groove of the opening part arranged on the lower part, and after buckling, the filter, the bracket and the air guide seat are clamped and fixed by the first mounting surface and;
or the upper part of the filter is connected with a first sleeve with openings at two ends, the opening of the first sleeve positioned at the air inlet end is used as an air inlet opening, the filter is sleeved in the first sleeve, and the end part of the first sleeve, which is far away from the opening of the air inlet end, replaces the second mounting surface;

or, the first sleeve and the second sleeve are provided at the same time, and respectively replace the corresponding mounting surfaces;
or, in the above four cases, a positioning connection structure is further arranged between the support and the air guide seat, and the positioning connection structure adopts a matching structure of an axial groove and an axial protrusion arranged in the circumferential direction.

or the bracket is provided with an air guide part which is sleeved with the air suction opening of the wind wheel; a first sealing ring is arranged on the periphery of the air outlet of the filter, and the lower end face of the first sealing ring is hermetically connected with the upper end face of the air guide part;
or the bracket is provided with an air guide part which is sleeved with the air suction opening of the wind wheel; the periphery of the air outlet of the filter is provided with a first sealing ring, the lower end face of the first sealing ring is in sealing connection with the upper end face of the air guide part, the support is in abutting connection with the filter through sealing connection, and the abutting connection is used for clamping and fixing the filter, the support and the air guide seat by the first mounting face or the corresponding end part and the second mounting face or the corresponding end part along the axial direction of the shell after buckling.

The cylindrical mini vacuum cleaner with the upper and lower casing parts as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filter comprises a cover, a filter element and a base, the cover, the filter element and the base are connected in sequence, the base is provided with an air outlet, the base is provided with a circumferential installation part in the circumferential direction, and the circumferential installation part is connected with the cylindrical installation cavity in a sealing manner.
