Detailed Description
Next, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In addition, it should be noted that detailed descriptions of known components or functions may be omitted herein so as not to obscure the gist of the present disclosure.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an eyebrow stamp according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, fig. 2 is a schematic view showing a configuration of the eyebrow stamp of fig. 1 with an applicator removed, fig. 3 is a bottom perspective view of the eyebrow stamp of fig. 1, and fig. 4 is an exploded perspective view of fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an eyebrow stamp 1 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure may include a body 10 forming an appearance of the eyebrow stamp 1 and having a first body 110 and a second body 120, an applicator 20 disposed at one side of the body 10 for applying a cosmetic material, and a connecting member 30 for fixing the body 10, connecting the first body 110 and the second body 120 to be relatively movable.
In an exemplary embodiment, the eyebrow stamp 1 is used to apply a cosmetic material on the eyebrows, and the eyebrow stamp 1 will be described while exemplifying the following: the eyebrow stamp is used after supplying a separately prepared cosmetic material to the applicator 20. However, the spirit of the utility model is not limited thereto, and the eyebrow stamp can be used as a cosmetic tool for other purposes without deviating from the spirit of the utility model. In addition, in this embodiment, the eyebrow stamp 1 is shown for one side eyebrow, but the eyebrow stamp 1 may be provided as a pair having a symmetrical configuration.
The body 10 for forming the appearance of the eyebrow stamp 1 can be modified in shape. In addition, the body 10 may include a first body 110 and a second body 120 connected to the first body 110 to adjust a relative position between the first body and the second body.
The body 10 may be formed of a plastic material, but the material of the body 10 is not limited thereto. As an example, the body 10 may be formed of an aluminum material. In addition, the first body 110 and the second body 120 may be formed of different materials.
Specifically, the first body 110 may be connected to the second body 120 at one side of the first body. In this case, the first body 110 may be narrowed in width as it extends from side to side, and the first body 110 is provided in a shape curved in one direction. Accordingly, the shape of the first body 110 may correspond to the tail portion of the eyebrow. However, the shape of the first body 110 is not limited thereto. For example, the first body 110 may be provided in a shape having a substantially uniform thickness and width over the entire length thereof.
One side of the first body 110 may be provided with a protruding portion 111. Specifically, the protrusion portion 111 may be formed at one side of the first body 110, which is adjacent to the second body 120, to have a predetermined height. For example, the protrusion 111 may be formed in a semicircular shape at the side of the first body 110. In this case, the height of the protruding part 111 may be less than the total height of the first body 110, and the protruding part 111 is provided in a shape extending from the upper surface of the first body 110. This embodiment will be described while exemplifying the following case: the protruding portion 111 has a semicircular shape protruding from an upper portion of the side of the first body 110 toward the second body 120.
The peripheral surface of the protruding portion 111 may be provided with a plurality of latch grooves 112. The latch grooves 112 may be provided in the protrusion portion 111 at predetermined intervals, and the latch grooves 112 are continuously formed along the outer circumference of the protrusion portion 111. For example, the latch groove 112 formed on the peripheral surface of the protrusion 111 may be provided in a gear shape. This embodiment exemplifies a case where the protruding portion 111 is provided with five latching grooves 112, but the number of latching grooves 112 is not limited thereto. The number of the latch grooves 112 may be determined based on the magnitude of the adjustment angles of the first body 110 and the second body 120.
In addition, the protruding portion 111 may include a first insertion hole 113 so that the first body 110 may be combined with the second body 120. The first insertion hole 113 through which the connector 30 passes may be provided in a central portion of the protrusion body 111, and the connector 30 may serve as a rotation center of the first body 110 and the second body 120.
Meanwhile, a second body 120 may be disposed at the side of the first body 110. The second body 120 is connected with the first body 110, and one side of the second body may be combined with the first body 110, wherein the second body is provided such that the relative angle may be adjusted. Here, the relative angle may be understood as an angle formed between a direction in which the first body 110 longitudinally extends and a direction in which the second body 120 longitudinally extends. For example, the first body 110 and the second body 120 may form an angle ranging from 0 to 20 degrees therebetween when initially provided to a user.
The second body 120 may be formed to have a predetermined thickness, and the second body 120 may be provided to have a shape opposite to a front portion of the eyebrow. Here, the front portion of the eyebrow means the side near the glabella.
The second body 120 may include a receiving portion 121 at one side thereof. A receiving portion 121, through which the protruding portion 111 of the first body 110 may be received and supported, may be formed at one side of the upper surface of the second body 120. Here, one side of the second body 120 may be understood as a direction of the side facing the first body 110.
In addition, an extended latch protrusion 122 may be formed at one side of the upper surface of the second body 120. The latch protrusion 122 may correspond to the latch groove 112 of the first body 110. Specifically, when the first body 110 and the second body 120 are coupled to each other, the protruding portion 111 may be disposed in the receiving portion 121, and the latch protrusion 122 may be positioned at any one of the plurality of latch grooves 112. A detailed description of how the latch recess 112 and the latch protrusion 122 are combined will be discussed later.
A second insertion hole 123 may be formed at one side of the receiving portion 121. The second insertion hole 123 through which the connection member 30 passes may be formed to correspond to the first insertion hole 113. Accordingly, the connection member 30 may sequentially pass through the first insertion hole 113 and the second insertion hole 123.
An applicator 20 may be provided on one side of the body 10. The applicator 20 for applying the cosmetic material applied thereon may be provided in the shape of an eyebrow. In particular, the applicator 20 may be disposed on the upper side of the first body 110 and the second body 120 coupled to each other. In this case, the applicator 20 may be provided in a configuration in which: the portion of the applicator positioned at the first body 110 and the portion of the applicator positioned at the second body 120 are interconnected with each other, thereby applying the cosmetic material in a continuous eyebrow shape.
In addition, the applicator 20 may be an eyebrow applicator, the shape of which may vary according to the shape change of the body 10.
In addition, the applicator 20 may be provided with or coated with a material capable of allowing a predetermined amount of cosmetic to be absorbed therein, and may be formed with a material that can change its shape. For example, the applicator 20 may be formed from a sponge. Since the applicator 20 is formed of a sponge, the applicator 20 may change shape in response to a change in shape of the body 10.
The first body 110 and the second body 120 may be coupled to each other via the connection member 30. The connection member 30, which may be inserted into the first hole 113 of the first body 110 and the second hole 123 of the second body 120, may include a connection pin 310 and a pin fixing part 320. Specifically, the connection pin 310 passes through the first and second insertion holes 113 and 123 from the upper side of the first body 110, and then the connection pin 310 may be fixed by being combined with the pin fixing part 320 at the lower side of the second body 120. That is, the first body 110 and the second body 120 may be coupled to each other via the connection member 30. In this case, the connection pin 310 may be provided with a bolt, and the pin fixing member 320 may be provided with a nut, wherein the first body 110 and the second body 120 may be coupled, and a predetermined gap is provided between the first body 110 and the second body 120.
When the first body 110 and the second body 120 are coupled to each other, the first body 110 may rotate about the connection member 30. Specifically, if the user applies an external force to a side surface of the first body 110, the first body 110 may rotate about the connection member 30 via a space interposed between the first body and the second body 120. In this case, when the latch groove 112 of the first body 110 is rotated, the latch protrusion 122 of the second body 120 may be positioned at the other latch groove 112. That is, the latch groove 112 in which the latch protrusion 122 is positioned after the first body 110 is rotated is different from the latch groove 112 in which the latch protrusion 122 is positioned before the first body 110 is rotated. Accordingly, the first body 110 may be fixed at a changed relative position with respect to the second body 120. That is, the first body 110 and the second body 120 may rotate about the connection member 30 to change the relative positions.
In this embodiment, a case where the connection pin 310 serves as a rotation shaft extending in the up-down direction with reference to the drawing and the first body 110 and the second body 120 rotate in the left-right direction with reference to the drawing is exemplified, but the spirit of the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the protruding portion 111 and the receiving portion 121 may be formed to be widened in a direction perpendicular to a surface to which the applicator 20 is attached, and the connection pin 310 may be inserted in a width direction of the body 10, in which the first body 110 and the second body 120 may be relatively moved in an up-down direction with reference to the drawing.
In addition, in this embodiment, a case where the connection member 30 is provided with a bolt and a nut is shown as an example, but the connection member 30 is not limited thereto. For example, the connecting member 30 may be provided with a universal joint. In this case, a protruding portion having a spherical shape and serving as a universal joint may be provided at one side of either one of the first body 110 and the second body 120, and a receiving portion into which the protruding portion is inserted may be provided at one side of the other one of the first body and the second body. In this case, the angle of the first body 110 may be adjusted in the left-right direction and the up-down direction. Specifically, when the angle of the first body 110 is adjusted in the up-down direction, the heights of the applicator 20 and the second body 120 attached to the first body 110 may become different from each other.
The operation and effect of the eyebrow stamp 1 according to this embodiment having the configuration as described above will be described below.
First, the first body 110 and the second body 120 may be coupled to each other via the connection member 30. In this case, the connection member 30 may be provided with a bolt and a nut, or with a universal joint. Specifically, in the case where the connection member 30 is provided with a bolt and a nut, the connection pin 310 (which connection pin 310 is a bolt) may pass through the first insertion hole 113 of the first body 110 and then pass through the second insertion hole 123 of the second body 120, and be combined with the pin fixing member 320 (which is a nut) at the lower side of the second body 120. Accordingly, the first body 110 can be rotated in the left and right direction about the connection member 30 while adjusting the relative position of the first body with respect to the second body 120.
In addition, in the case where the connection member 30 is provided with a universal joint, the first body 110 may be rotated in the up-down direction or the left-right direction via the universal joint (the universal joint is the connection member 30) while adjusting the relative position of the first body with respect to the second body 120.
When the first body 110 and the second body 120 are coupled to each other, the latch protrusion 122 of the second body 120 may be positioned at any one of the latch grooves 112 of the first body 110. Accordingly, the first body 110 may be fixed while forming an angle with the second body 120. That is, the angle between the first body 110 and the second body 120 may be easily adjusted according to the latch groove 112 at which the latch protrusion 122 is fixed.
The applicator 20 may be provided on the upper sides of the first body 110 and the second body 120. The applicator 20 may be provided in the shape of an eyebrow and continuously provided on the upper side of the first body 110 and the upper side of the second body 120. In this case, the portion of the applicator 20 disposed at the upper side of the first body 110 may correspond to the shape of the caudal side of the eyebrow, and the portion of the applicator 20 disposed at the upper side of the second body 120 may correspond to the shape of the cranial side of the eyebrow.
The user can adjust the relative positions of the first body 110 and the second body 120 according to a desired eyebrow shape. In particular, the user may adjust the relative positions of the first body 110 and the second body 120 so that the applicator 20 may have a desired eyebrow shape. As an example, if the user wants to have a straight-line-shaped eyebrow, the user may rotate the first body 110 in the left-right direction so that the portion of the applicator 20 disposed at the upper side of the first body 110 and the portion of the applicator 20 disposed at the upper side of the second body 120 have a straight-line shape.
In addition, in order to use the eyebrow stamp 1 according to the face shape, the user can adjust the relative positions of the first body 110 and the second body 120. Specifically, the first body 110 may be rotated in an up-and-down direction such that the upper surface of the first body 110 has a certain inclination with respect to the upper surface of the second body 120. Therefore, the eyebrow stamp 1 can be used in accordance with the shape of the curved face and the shape of the eyebrow.
After securing the first body 110 to the second body 120 to conform to the desired eyebrow shape, the user may apply a separate cosmetic material on the applicator 20. In addition, the applicator 20 having the cosmetic material applied thereon may be embossed to coincide with the position of the eyebrows. Accordingly, the user can use while easily adjusting the body 10 and the applicator 20 to a desired eyebrow shape. That is, there is an effect of enabling the user to select a desired eyebrow shape.
Next, an eyebrow stamp according to another exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to fig. 5. However, since this other embodiment differs in that the guiding applicator 40' is added when compared to the one embodiment, the differences will be mainly described, and the same components will be referred to the description and reference numerals of the one embodiment.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view of an eyebrow stamp according to another exemplary embodiment of the disclosure.
Referring to fig. 5, an eyebrow stamp 1 'according to another embodiment of the present disclosure may be provided with a guide applicator 40' on the outside of the applicator 20. Specifically, the guide applicator 40' may be formed to have a predetermined thickness, and the guide applicator 40' is disposed to surround the applicator 20 with a predetermined gap between the guide applicator 40' and the applicator 20. In this case, the guide applicator 40' corresponding to the outer peripheral portion of the eyebrow may be formed of a rubber material. Thus, as the shape of the body 10 changes, the shape of the guide applicator 40' may also change depending on the shape of the body 10.
Specifically, when the user changes the angles of the first and second bodies 110 and 120 according to the desired eyebrow shape, the shapes of the applicators 20 and the guide applicators 40' provided on the upper surfaces of the first and second bodies 110 and 120 may be changed. After applying the cosmetic material on the applicator and the guide applicator, the applicator 20 and the guide applicator 40', the shape of which has been changed to a desired shape, are pressed onto the eyebrows of the user, the guide applicator 40' may apply the cosmetic material on the outer peripheral portion of the eyebrows, and the applicator 20 may apply the cosmetic material inside the outer peripheral portion to which the cosmetic material is applied by the guide applicator 40 '.
Next, an eyebrow stamp according to still another exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to fig. 6. However, since the further embodiment differs only in that the guide applicator 40' is provided on one side of the body 10 when compared with the other embodiment, the differences will be mainly described, and the same components will be referred to the description and reference numerals of the one embodiment.
Fig. 6 is a perspective view of an eyebrow stamp according to yet another exemplary embodiment of the disclosure.
Referring to fig. 6, an eyebrow stamp 1 ″ according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure may be provided with a guide applicator 40 ″ at one side of the first and second bodies 110 and 120. In particular, a guiding applicator 40 "provided with a predetermined thickness may be provided in a configuration with an empty interior. In this case, the guide applicator 40 ″ may be provided in a shape corresponding to the outer peripheral line. In addition, the guide applicator 40 "may be provided with a deformable material, and for example, the guide applicator 40" may be formed of a rubber material.
Therefore, when the relative positions of the first body 110 and the second body 120 are adjusted, the shape of the guide applicator 40 ″ provided on one side of the first body 110 and the second body 120 may be changed.
After the cosmetic material is applied to the guide applicator, since the guide applicator 40' having been shaped into a desired shape is pressed onto the eyebrows of the user, the cosmetic material can be applied only to the outer peripheral line of the eyebrows via the guide applicator 40 ". Therefore, the user can apply another cosmetic material using a cosmetic such as a eyebrow pencil on the inner side of the outer peripheral line to which the cosmetic material has not been applied.
Next, an eyebrow stamp according to still another exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to fig. 7. However, since the further embodiment is technically different in that the relative position of the body is adjusted when compared to the one embodiment, the difference will be mainly described, and the same components will be referred to the description and reference numerals of the one embodiment.
Fig. 7 is an exploded perspective view of an eyebrow stamp according to yet another exemplary embodiment of the disclosure.
Referring to fig. 7, an eyebrow stamp 2 according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure may include a first body 510 and a second body 520. In this case, the first and second bodies 510 and 520 may include first and second receiving parts 510a and 520a provided in a configuration in which the inside is empty. In addition, the eyebrow stamp 2 may include first and second base members 510b and 520b corresponding to the first and second receiving members 510a and 520a, respectively. In this case, the first receiving part 510a and the second receiving part 520a may be provided in a configuration in which one surface, which is a side where the receiving part and the bottom part are adjacent to each other, is opened.
A protrusion portion 511 may be formed on one side of the first receiving part 510 a. A protrusion portion 511 extending from one side of the first receiving part 510a by a predetermined length may be provided at one side adjacent to the second receiving part 520 a. In this case, a portion of the protruding portion 511 may have a relatively high height. For example, a side of the protruding portion 511 close to the second receiving part 520a may be higher, and a side of the protruding portion far from the second receiving part 520a may be lower. In this case, a second position regulating member 526 of a second receiving member 520a to be described later may be positioned at a lower side of the protruding portion 511. The combination of the first receiving part 510a and the second position adjustment part 526 will be described later.
