Fig. 1 is a block diagram of a water heater provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure also provides a water heater, including: a main drain pipe 1 communicating with a tank (not shown) of the water heater; and the plasma generating device 2 is used for generating plasma water and is communicated with the drainage main pipe 1 so as to mix the plasma water with the water of the drainage main pipe 1. The water tank of the water heater stores water required by bathing, and the water in the water tank is discharged through the drainage main pipe 1 during bathing. The plasma generating device 2 can generate plasma water, and the plasma generating device 2 is communicated with the drainage main pipe 1, so that the plasma water can enter the drainage main pipe 1 and be mixed with water discharged from the water tank to form comfortable bathing water. The plasma generating device 2 generates plasma water which is discharged into the water discharging header pipe 1, and the plasmaThe water is mixed with the water of the main drainage pipe 1 to form bathing water and is discharged. Plasma water contains H2O2、O3、NO3 -OH and the like, has a certain pH value range and has a bactericidal effect. The plasma water can sterilize the water in the main drainage pipe 1, and the pH value of the finally formed bath water is comfortable for human bodies after the plasma water is diluted by the water in the main drainage pipe 1. Plasma water compares with plasma, changes and mixes with water, helps forming the more even bathing water of plasma dispersion, realizes the homogeneous stability of bathing water comfort level, promotes user's use experience.
It should be understood that the plasma generating device 2 can be installed on the existing water heater, and the plasma generating device 2 is communicated with the drainage main pipe 1 of the water heater during installation, so that the installation is convenient and the implementation is easy. The plasma generating device 2 can also be arranged on the existing water tap, so that the water outlet of the water tap is clean, and the comfort level of the water is improved. And, for a device that can be drained and that has requirements on cleanliness and comfort of water, the plasma generation device 2 may also be installed.
In some embodiments, the plasma generation apparatus 2 includes: a water tank 21 including a drain branch pipe 210 communicating with the drain main pipe 1; the plasma generator 22 is communicated with the water tank 21, and the generated plasma is mixed with the water in the water tank 21 to form plasma water. The water tank 21 is used for storing water, and when the water becomes plasma water, the water may be discharged into the main drain pipe 1 through the branch drain pipe 210. The plasma generator 22 is used to generate plasma, which is mixed with the water in the water tank 21 to form plasma water. Make plasma form plasma water in advance, when mixing with the water of main drainage pipe 1, the plasma dispersion is more even to make the comfort level homogeneous of bathing water stable, promote user's use and experience. Alternatively, the plasma outlet of the plasma generator 22 extends to the lower portion of the water tank 21. The plasma outlet is positioned below the liquid level of the water tank 21 as much as possible, and when the plasma is discharged, the plasma outlet can be fully mixed with water to form uniformly dispersed plasma water as soon as possible for use in a water heater.
In some embodiments, the outlet of the branch drain pipe 210 is disposed at the central axis of the main drain pipe 1. The plasma water is acidic water, which may corrode parts, and the outlet of the branch drain pipe 210 is disposed at the central axis of the main drain pipe 1, so that the plasma water is prevented from directly contacting the inner wall of the main drain pipe 1, and the plasma water and the water of the main drain pipe 1 are mixed. Alternatively, the outlet of the drain branch pipe 210 is directed toward the outlet of the drain main 1, so that the plasma water flows in the same direction as the water of the drain main 1. Thus, the possibility of the plasma water coming into contact with the inner wall of the drain main 1 is reduced. Optionally, the material of the drain main 1 is a corrosion-resistant material. Thus, the main drain pipe 1 is prevented from being corroded by plasma water and damaged. Alternatively, the material of the water tank 21 and the drain branch pipe 210 is a corrosion-resistant material. In this way, corrosion is avoided in contact with the plasma water. Optionally, the drain branch pipe 210 is provided with a water pump 28. The water pump 28 may provide sufficient power to discharge the plasma water into the drain manifold 1. The water pump 28 may be made of a corrosion resistant material to extend its life. The corrosion resistant material may be stainless steel, plastic or a composite material.
In some embodiments, the water heater further comprises: one end of the water inlet main pipe 3 is communicated with a water source, and the other end of the water inlet main pipe is communicated with a water tank of the water heater; wherein, the water inlet manifold 3 is provided with a water inlet branch pipe 23 communicated with the water tank 21 between the water source and the water tank. The water of the water inlet main pipe 3 is introduced into the water tank 21 through the water inlet branch pipe 23 and is used by the plasma generating device 2, an additional water source is not required to be connected to the water tank 21, the pipeline arrangement is reduced, and the spatial layout of the water heater is optimized. Optionally, the inlet manifold 23 is provided with a valve 29. The water tank 21 can be filled or stopped by controlling the on and off of the valve 29. Optionally, the water tank 21 is of closed construction and is provided with a vent valve 26. The closed water tank 21 can keep the water clean with respect to the open water tank 21. The exhaust valve 26 can equalize the air pressure inside and outside the water tank 21, and facilitate the discharge of the plasma into the water tank 21. Optionally, the material of the inlet branch pipe 23 and the valve 29 is corrosion-resistant material. Thus, the water inlet branch pipe 23 and the valve 29 are prevented from being corroded by plasma water.
Optionally, the plasma generation device 2 further comprises a pH detection device 25. The pH detection device 25 is used to detect the pH value of the water of the plasma generation device 2. Thus, the pH value of the water in the water tank 21 is detected by the pH detector 25, and it is possible to determine whether or not the water in the water tank 21 forms plasma water from the pH value. Optionally, the pH detection device 25 is a pH sensor. The pH sensor is sensitive to a change in pH value, and is suitable for detecting the pH value of the water of the plasma generation apparatus 2. Optionally, the plasma generation device 2 further comprises a water level detection device 24. The water level detecting device 24 is used for detecting the water level of the plasma generating device 2, and the water level can be used for knowing the water amount in the water tank 21, so as to determine whether to control the water inlet of the plasma generating device 2. Alternatively, the water level detection device 24 is a water level sensor. The water level sensor can be sensitive to water level sensing and can be used to detect the water level in the water tank 21.
In some embodiments, the water heater also includes an electronic control module 27. The electric control module 27 controls the discharge of the plasma water according to the water quality condition in the plasma generating device 2 and the drainage condition of the drainage main pipe 1, so that when the water heater is used, the plasma water can be mixed with the water of the drainage main pipe 1, bathing water with uniform and stable comfort is formed for users, and the use experience of the users is improved. Optionally, the electronic control module 27 is electrically connected to the valve 29, the water pump 28, the pH detection device 25, the water level detection device 24, the exhaust valve 26, and the plasma generator 22, respectively. In this way, the electronic control module 27 controls the discharge of the plasma water by controlling the above components, so that the comfort level of the finally discharged bath water is kept uniform and stable.
