本实用新型属于水处理技术领域,具体涉及一种反渗透处理装置。
背景技术
反渗透设备是将原水经过多介质过滤器、活性碳过滤器、精密过滤器等,再通过泵加压,利用孔径为I/10000μm(相当于大肠杆菌大小的1/6000,病毒的1/300)的反渗透膜(RO膜),使较高浓度的水变为低浓度水,同时将工业污染物、重金属、细菌、病毒等大量混入水中的杂质全部隔离,从而达到饮用规定的理化指标及卫生标准。RO反渗透技术生产的水纯净度是目前人类掌握的一切制水技术中最高的,洁净度几乎达到100%,所以反渗透设备也被称为反渗透纯水设备。但是反渗透膜(RO膜)在经过一段时间,RO膜容易受到污堵,导致RO装置运行不稳定,存在透水量低,脱盐率不高的缺点。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种反渗透处理装置,能够实现RO膜表面污堵的去除,提高透水率。
具体技术方案为:一种反渗透处理装置,包括石英砂过滤器、静水桶、活性炭过滤器、反渗透器、软化水装置、消毒装置,所述石英砂过滤器、静水桶、活性炭过滤器、反渗透器、软化水装置、消毒装置顺序连接;
所述石英砂过滤器由圆桶I和过滤桶组成,所述过滤桶悬挂设置在圆桶I上端中央,所述过滤桶内部下端中央设置有石英砂,所述圆桶I的下端侧壁两侧分别设置有排污口I和出水管I,排污口I上设置有截止阀,所述圆桶I底端和过滤桶之间设置有搅拌叶轮,过滤桶上方设置有进水管;原水从进水管进入石英砂过滤器中,石英砂过滤器能很好的过滤掉原水中的杂质以及漂浮物等,搅拌叶轮由电机电动,启动搅拌叶轮可以在净化一端时间后对桶进行清洗,实现圆筒I的自洁,污水最终由排污口I排出。
所述出水管I与静水桶连接,所述出水管I上设置有增压泵,为水进入静水桶中提供动力;
所述出水管I伸入静水桶上端侧壁后弯曲向下,静水桶下端侧壁设置排污口II,排污口II上设置有截止阀,静水桶上端侧壁设置有出水管II,静水桶下端底部设置有搅拌叶轮,静水桶是为了经过石英砂过滤桶后,水中夹杂着少量的石英砂等,进行些许的沉淀,避免石英砂进入活性炭过滤器中,造成活性炭的堵塞;
所述静水桶通过出水管II与活性炭过滤器连接,所述出水管II上设置有增压泵;
所述活性炭过滤器由圆桶II和活性炭过滤桶组成,活性炭过滤桶设置在圆桶II上端中央,所述出水管II伸入活性炭过滤桶内侧上方,所述圆桶II下端两侧分别设置有排污口III和出水管III,所述出水管III上设置有截止阀,所述出水管III与反渗透器连接,活性炭过滤器下端底部设置有搅拌叶轮,活性炭能够吸附前级过滤中无法去除的余氯,可有效保证后级设备使用寿命,提高出水水质,防止污染,特别是防止后级反渗透膜,离子交换树脂等的游离态余氯中毒污染。同时还吸附从前级泄漏过来的小分子有机物等污染性物质,对水中异味、胶体及色素、重金属离子等有较明显的吸附去除作用,还具有降低COD的作用。
所述反渗透器由圆桶III和桶状RO膜组成,桶状RO膜设置在圆桶III上端中央,出水管III与圆桶III低端侧壁连接,圆桶III底部与桶状RO膜之间设置有搅拌叶轮,所述圆桶III还设置有排污口IV,圆桶III上端侧壁设置有除垢剂入口,桶状RO膜中央上端设置有出水管IV,出水管IV上设置有增压泵,出水管IV伸入桶状RO膜内部;反渗透器的渗透膜为桶状,水从圆桶III的底部出水管III中进入,关上排污口IV的截止阀,使得水从底部向上,通过RO膜从上端的出水管III(带有增压泵)进入软化水装置中。当需要进行清洁时,将排污口IV和出水管III上的截止阀关闭,启动搅拌叶轮的电机,通过除垢剂入口加入除垢剂的水溶液,进行搅拌洗涤,实现RO膜的清洗,最后打开排污口IV上的截止阀,使得里面的水溶液流出(当然其他装置的增压泵此时处于停止状态)。
出水管IV与软化水装置连接,软化水装置上设置有纯水出口;纯水出口进入消毒装置后从医药用水出口流出。纯水出口的水进入紫外线等消毒措施就可以达到医药使用的标准。软化水装置和消毒装置为现有的成熟产品。
有益效果:本实用新型能够实现医药用水的除杂、清除异味、降低COD、灭菌、提高出水水质达到医药用水标准。

所述石英砂过滤器1由圆桶I101和过滤桶102组成,所述过滤桶102悬挂设置在圆桶I101上端中央,所述过滤桶102内部下端中央设置有石英砂,所述圆桶I101的下端侧壁两侧分别设置有排污口I103和出水管I104,排污口I103上设置有截止阀,所述圆桶I101底端和过滤桶102之间设置有搅拌叶轮6,过滤桶102上方设置有进水管105;
所述出水管I104与静水桶2连接,所述出水管I104上设置有增压泵;
所述出水管I104伸入静水桶2上端侧壁后弯曲向下,静水桶2下端侧壁设置排污口II201,排污口II201上设置有截止阀,静水桶上端侧壁设置有出水管II202,静水桶2下端底部设置有搅拌叶轮;
