a plurality of upright columns (20) and the base (1) enclose an accommodating space;
a storage bag for storing goods, the storage bag being installed in the accommodating space;
a protective sleeve (40), wherein at least part of the protective sleeve (40) is sleeved outside the storage bag;
the novel anti-slip protective sleeve is characterized in that a first connecting portion (41) is arranged on the protective sleeve (40), a second connecting portion (21) is arranged on the stand column (20), the first connecting portion (41) is connected with the second connecting portion (21), and the protective sleeve (40) faces towards the base (1) in a sliding mode through cooperation between the first connecting portion (41) and the second connecting portion (21).
