3. The cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein two first knife edges correspond to opposite sides of the first upper and lower base surfaces, respectively, or wherein two first knife edges correspond to the same side of the first upper and lower base surfaces.

The cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second body of the fixed knife is a cylinder, the second body has an upper end portion and a lower end portion which are oppositely arranged, top surfaces of the upper end portion and the lower end portion are a second upper bottom surface and a second lower bottom surface respectively, each second blade is connected to the upper end portion or the lower end portion of the second body, and one side surface of the second blade is flush with the second upper bottom surface or the second lower bottom surface of the second body.
5. The cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the number of the second cutting edges in the fixed knife is two, one of the second cutting edges being connected to an upper end of the second body and the other second cutting edge being connected to a lower end of the second body.
6. The cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein two second cutting edges correspond to opposite sides of the second upper and lower bottom surfaces, respectively, or wherein two second cutting edges correspond to the same side of the second upper and lower bottom surfaces.
7. The cutting apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a drive mechanism for driving movement of the movable cutter.
8. The cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the surface of the stationary blade holder for carrying the material to be cut is flush with the surface of the stationary blade holder for carrying the material to be cut.
9. The cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the movable and stationary knives are integral knives or mosaic knives.
10. The cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stationary blade carrier and the stationary blade are secured together by a fastener, and the movable blade carrier and the movable blade are secured together by a fastener.
