Detailed Description
According to the pants-type disposable diaper described in patent document 1, the touch feeling of the skin is good, and the quality of the product is improved. However, there is a demand for further improvement in the touch feeling of the skin and further improvement in the quality of the product.
The present invention thus provides a disposable diaper which eliminates the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art.
The present invention will be described below based on preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The disposable diaper of the present invention has an abdominal region a disposed on the abdominal side of a wearer, a back region B disposed on the back side, and a crotch region C therebetween, and has a longitudinal direction X extending from the abdominal region a to the back region B via the crotch region C, and a lateral direction Y orthogonal to the longitudinal direction X. Here, the abdomen-side region a is a region where the disposable diaper is disposed on the abdomen side of the wearer when worn, and the back-side region B is a region where the disposable diaper is disposed on the back side of the wearer when worn.
Fig. 1 and 2 show a disposable diaper 1 (hereinafter also referred to as "diaper 1") as an embodiment of a pants-type disposable diaper according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the diaper 1 includes an absorbent main body 2 including an absorbent body 23 having liquid retention properties, and an outer cover 3 disposed on a non-skin-facing surface side of the absorbent main body 2 to fix the absorbent main body 2. The diaper 1 is a disposable diaper in which both side edge portions (right and left side edge portions) 3a1, 3a1 in the longitudinal direction X of the abdominal region a of the outer package 3 are joined to both side edge portions (right and left side edge portions) 3B1, 3B1 in the longitudinal direction X of the back region B of the outer package 3, and a pair of side seals S, S, a waist opening portion WH, and a pair of leg opening portions LH, LH are formed. Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the outer package 3 of the diaper 1 is divided into a ventral region a disposed on the ventral side of the wearer when worn, a back region B disposed on the back side of the wearer when worn, and a crotch region C between the ventral region a and the back region B, in a state where the diaper 1 is extended and stretched in plan view.
The state in which the diaper 1 is unfolded and extended as described above refers to the state as follows: as shown in fig. 2, the diaper 1 is developed by tearing the side seals S, and the elastic members of the respective portions are extended so that the developed diaper 1 is expanded to a design size (the same size as when it is expanded to a flat shape with the influence of all the elastic members excluded).
In the present specification, the "skin-facing surface" is a surface of the diaper 1 or a component thereof which faces the skin side of the wearer when worn, and the "non-skin-facing surface" is a surface of the diaper 1 or a component thereof which faces the side opposite to the skin side of the wearer (clothing side) when worn. In the diaper 1, the longitudinal direction (X direction) is a direction from the abdomen-side region a to the back-side region B in a state of being developed to be flat and extended. The lateral direction (Y direction) is a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (X direction), and is the width direction of the diaper 1 in a state of being developed to be flat and extended.
The diaper 1 is also left-right symmetrical about a longitudinal centerline CL1 extending in the longitudinal direction (X direction) as shown in fig. 2. CL2 in fig. 2 is a transverse centerline extending in the transverse direction (Y direction) and bisecting diaper 1 in the longitudinal direction (X direction), and is orthogonal to longitudinal centerline CL 1.
In the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 2, the absorbent main body 2 has a vertically long shape relatively long in the longitudinal direction (X direction) in a state where the diaper 1 is unfolded and extended. The absorbent main body 2 includes: a liquid-permeable topsheet 21 forming a skin-facing surface; a liquid-impermeable (including water-repellent) back sheet 22 that forms a non-skin-facing surface; and a liquid-retentive absorbent member 23 disposed between the two sheets 21, 22. In the diaper 1, the overall length in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the absorbent main body 2 is the same as the overall length in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 23, and as shown in fig. 2, the positions of the outer end edges 23A1, 23B1 of the front and rear end portions 23A, 23B of the absorbent body 23 are located at the same positions as the positions of the outer end edges of the front and rear end portions of the absorbent main body 2. As shown in fig. 2, the leakage preventing cuffs 24, 24 are provided on both sides of the absorbent main body 2 in the longitudinal direction (X direction), and the leakage preventing cuffs 24, 24 have elastic members 25 arranged in a state of being extended in the longitudinal direction (X direction). Specifically, the leakage preventing cuffs 24 are made of a liquid-impermeable or water-repellent and air-permeable material, and the leakage preventing cuff-forming elastic members 25 are disposed in the vicinity of the free ends of the respective leakage preventing cuffs 24 in a state of being elongated in the longitudinal direction (X direction). When the diaper is worn, the free end portion side of the leakage-barrier cuff 24 rises due to contraction of the leakage-barrier cuff-forming elastic member 25, and the body fluid is prevented from flowing out in the lateral direction (Y direction).
In the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 2, the absorbent body 23 includes a lower absorbent body 231 extending from the abdomen-side region a to the back-side region B through the crotch region C, and an upper absorbent body 232 extending from the abdomen-side region a only to the crotch region C, and the absorbent body 23 is divided into a high grammage portion 23K where the upper absorbent body 232 overlaps the lower absorbent body 231 and a peripheral absorbent region 23S around the high grammage portion 23K. The lower layer absorber 231 is formed in a rectangular shape elongated in the longitudinal direction X over the entire length in the longitudinal direction X of the diaper 1, and conforms to the contour shape of the absorbent main body 2 in plan view. Further, the upper layer absorbent body 232 is formed into a rectangle that is longer in the longitudinal direction X and whose length in the longitudinal direction X is shorter than that in the lower layer absorbent body 231 and whose length in the lateral direction Y is shorter than that in the lateral direction Y of the lower layer absorbent body 231. The high grammage portion 23K is a region of a two-layer structure of the upper layer absorber 232 and the lower layer absorber 231, and the peripheral absorption region 23S is a region of a single-layer structure of only the lower layer absorber 231. The high grammage portion 23K has a larger grammage than the peripheral absorbent region 23S. The thickness of the high grammage portion 23K is larger than the thickness of the peripheral absorption region 23S. In this way, in the diaper 1, the upper layer absorber 232 is disposed only in the crotch region C from the abdomen-side region a, and the high grammage portion 23K is formed at a position displaced toward the abdomen-side region a.
In the diaper 1, the absorbent core constituting the lower layer absorbent body 231 preferably has a grammage of 100g/m2Above 1000g/m2The following. The grammage of the core sheet constituting the lower layer absorbent body 231 is preferably 3g/m2Above 20g/m2The following.
Further, in the diaper 1, the grammage of the absorbent core constituting the upper layer absorbent 232 is preferably 50g/m2Above 500g/m2The following. The grammage of the core sheet constituting the upper layer absorbent 232 is preferably 3g/m2Above 20g/m2The following.
The absorbent body 2 configured as described above is joined to the central portion of the outer cover 3 with the body-fixing adhesive so that the longitudinal direction (X direction) thereof coincides with the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the diaper 1 in the unfolded and extended state, as shown in fig. 2. In this way, the outer cover 3 is disposed on the non-skin-facing surface side of the back sheet 22 constituting the absorbent main body 2 in the thickness direction of the disposable diaper 1 and is bonded and fixed. Therefore, in the diaper 1, the absorber 23 constituting the absorbent body 2 is disposed in the abdomen-side region a and the back-side region B.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the diaper 1 has an outer package 3 including: an outer sheet 6 which forms the outer surface of the diaper 1, i.e., the non-skin-facing surface when worn; an inner layer sheet 5 disposed on the skin-facing surface side of the outer layer sheet 6; a skin side sheet 6E disposed on the skin-facing surface side of the inner sheet 5 in the ventral region a and the dorsal region B; and a plurality of elastic members 71 arranged between the outer sheet 6 and the inner sheet 5 in a state of being stretched in the transverse direction Y. Preferably, in the diaper 1, the outer package 3 includes: an outer sheet 6 forming a non-skin-facing surface of the diaper 1; an inner layer sheet 5 on the skin-facing surface side of the outer layer sheet 6; and a skin side sheet 6E on the skin-facing surface side of the inner sheet 5, wherein the inner sheet 5 has, in the back-side region B, an inner-layer folded-back portion 5E on the back-side region B side folded back toward the skin-facing surface side of the inner sheet 5 along the peripheral edge of the waist opening WH, and, in the abdomen-side region a, an inner-layer folded-back portion 5E on the abdomen-side region a side folded back toward the skin-facing surface side of the inner sheet 5 along the peripheral edge of the waist opening WH. The exterior body 3 has a plurality of elastic members 71 arranged between the outer sheet 6 and the inner sheet 5 in a state of being stretched in the transverse direction Y, and the elastic members 71 are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction X.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the diaper 1 has an inner layer sheet 5 which is folded back toward the inner surface side of the diaper 1 at the outer end 1B in the longitudinal direction X of the back region B of the diaper 1, in other words, at the peripheral edge of the waist opening WH in the back region B, and has an inner layer folded-back portion 5E (see fig. 4) formed by this folding back. The inner sheet 5 is folded back toward the inner surface side of the diaper 1 at the outer end 1A in the longitudinal direction X of the abdominal region a of the diaper 1, in other words, at the peripheral edge of the waist opening WH in the abdominal region a, and has an inner-layer folded-back portion 5E formed by the folding back. Thus, the inner sheet 5 of the diaper 1 has an inner layer folded portion 5E on the back-side region B side and an inner layer folded portion 5E on the abdominal-side region a side. The inner layer folded portion 5E extends from the peripheral edge portion of the waist opening portion WH to the crotch region C in the diaper 1 to a position not reaching the end portion in the longitudinal direction X of the absorbent main body 2. In the diaper 1, the inner layer folded portion 5E is overlapped with the skin-facing surface of the inner layer sheet 5 in contact therewith.
The inner sheet 5 having the inner layer folded-back portion 5E is formed of a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric formed of hydrophobic fibers in the diaper 1. The hydrophobic nonwoven fabric is preferably a spunbonded nonwoven fabric. The grammage of the spunbonded nonwoven fabric forming the inner layer sheet 5 is preferably 15g/m from the viewpoint of reducing the rigidity2Above 19g/m2The following.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the skin side sheet 6E of the diaper 1 includes a back-side skin side sheet 6EB disposed in the back-side region B and an abdominal-side skin side sheet 6EA disposed in the abdominal-side region a. Preferably, the outer sheet 6 is folded back toward the skin-facing surface side (the inner surface side of the diaper 1) of the inner-layer folded-back portion 5E at the outer end portion 5B of the back region B in the longitudinal direction X of the inner sheet 5 in the back region B, in other words, at the peripheral edge portion of the waist opening WH, and has a back-side skin side sheet 6EB (see fig. 4) formed by the folding back. The outer sheet 6 is folded back toward the skin-facing surface side (inner surface side of the diaper 1) of the inner-layer folded-back portion 5E at the outer end portion 5A of the inner sheet 5 on the stomach-side region a side in the longitudinal direction X of the inner sheet 5 in the stomach-side region a, in other words, at the peripheral edge portion of the waist opening WH, and has a stomach-side skin side sheet 6EA formed by the folding back.
In the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the skin-side sheet 6E is formed in the back-side region B and the abdomen-side region a by an outer-layer folded portion in which the outer-layer sheet 6 is folded back toward the skin-facing side of the inner-layer sheet 5 along the peripheral edge portion of the waist opening WH. The skin side sheet 6E of the diaper 1 has a back-side skin side sheet 6EB formed by folding back the back-side region B side and an abdominal-side skin side sheet 6EA formed by folding back the abdominal-side region a side. Since the skin-side sheet 6E is formed by the folded-back outer layer portion of the outer layer sheet 6, the end portion of the inner layer sheet 5 in the longitudinal direction X is not exposed, and this end portion of the inner layer sheet 5 can be prevented from coming into contact with the skin of the wearer, and is less likely to cause irritation to the skin.
In the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the back-side skin side sheet 6EB is disposed from the peripheral edge portion of the waist opening WH to a position covering the end portion 23B of the absorbent body 23 on the back-side region B side. The abdomen-side skin side sheet 6EA is disposed from the peripheral edge of the waist opening WH to a position covering the end 23A of the absorbent body 23 on the abdomen-side region a side. Preferably, the skin side sheet 6E having the back-side skin side sheet 6EB and the abdominal-side skin side sheet 6EA is disposed from the peripheral edge of the waist opening portion WH toward the crotch region C, and extends from the peripheral edge of the waist opening portion WH toward the crotch region C over the entire region of the inner-layer folded portion 5E to a position covering the front and rear end portions 23A, 23B of the absorbent member 23 in the longitudinal direction X in the diaper 1.
In the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the skin-side sheet 6E is formed longer in the longitudinal direction X than the inner layer folded portion 5E. The skin side sheet 6E disposed in this way covers the front and rear end portions 23A, 23B in the longitudinal direction X of the absorbent body 23 constituting the absorbent main body 2. Therefore, the skin-side sheet 6E can prevent the front and rear end portions 23A, 23B of the absorber 23 constituting the absorbent main body 2 from contacting the skin of the wearer, and thus is less likely to irritate the skin. In particular, in the diaper 1, since the high grammage portion 23K of the absorbent body 23 is formed at a position displaced toward the abdomen-side region a, the grammage of the end portion 23B on the back-side region B side of the absorbent body 23 covered with the back-side skin side sheet 6EB in the absorbent body 23 is smaller than the grammage of the end portion 23A on the abdomen-side region a side of the absorbent body 23 covered with the abdomen-side skin side sheet 6 EA. Therefore, when the diaper 1 is worn, the skin is less likely to be irritated in the back-side region B side where the variation in bending is large in order to cover the buttocks of the wearer.
The skin side sheet 6E having the back side skin side sheet 6EB and the abdomen side skin side sheet 6EA is formed of a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric, and its grammage is 17g/m from the viewpoint of reducing rigidity2Hereinafter, it is preferably 15g/m2The following. Further, the lower limit value of the grammage of the spunbonded nonwoven fabric is preferably 10g/m2The above.
As described above, in the diaper 1, the skin side sheet 6E is formed of the folded-back portion of the outer layer sheet 6, and the outer layer sheet 6 including the skin side sheet 6E is formed of the above-mentioned spun-bonded nonwoven fabric, the spun-bonded nonwoven fabric to be used is preferably formed of a propylene polymer as a polyolefin polymer, and the propylene polymer preferably has a molecular weight distribution (Mn/Mn) of 1.5 or more and 3.5 or less is preferably formed of a propylene polymer having a molecular weight distribution (Mn) of 25 to 80% by weight, and further, the propylene polymer preferably contains 5 to 100% by weight, more preferably 25 to 80% by weight, of any of a random copolymer, a homopolymer and a block copolymer, and the propylene polymer is preferably mixed with one of these copolymers and homopolymers, and may be mixed with another resin, or a mixture of a homopolymer and a random copolymer, further, a random copolymer copolymerized with ethylene and/or α -olefin is preferable as a propylene copolymer, and the propylene copolymer is preferably a propylene random copolymer, and the propylene copolymer is preferably 5 to 0.8% by weight, more preferably 0.8% by weight, and more preferably 0.8% by weight of a recycled propylene polymer.
The spunbond nonwoven fabric used for the outer sheet 6 including the skin side sheet 6E has a content of crimped long fibers of preferably 30 mass% or more, more preferably 40 mass% or more from the viewpoint of flexibility, and preferably 100 mass% or less, more preferably 90 mass% or less from the viewpoint of form stability, and specifically preferably 30 mass% or more and 100 mass% or less, more preferably 40 mass% or more and 90 mass% or less from the viewpoint of satisfying both flexibility and form stability.
The crimped long fiber means, for example, a fiber in which a thermoplastic resin is melt-spun, and then the melt-spun filament is cooled by blowing cooling air at different temperatures from the left and right or from the front and back, or by blowing cooling air from one side, or a crimped fiber formed by cooling a filament melt-spun into a profiled cross-section fiber or an eccentric hollow fiber, or a filament obtained by composite melt-spinning using polymers having different melting points. The crimped long fibers are those having a significant crimp (sensible in the above), and usually have a crimp number of preferably 10/25 mm or more, more preferably 15/25 mm or more, and particularly preferably 20/25 mm or more. The dominant crimp long fiber generally has a fiber diameter of preferably 0.5d to 5.0d, more preferably 0.5d to 3.0 d. The number of crimps of the crimped long fibers was measured by the following measurement method.
[ measurement of the number of crimps (number/25 mm) of crimped long fibers ]
A smooth and glossy sheet was scribed with a parting line having a spatial distance of 25 mm. Next, the long crimped fibers were carefully removed from the long fiber web before the heat and pressure treatment by the emboss roller so as not to impair crimpability, and the two ends were fixed to the paper sheet by adhesive while allowing the spacing of 25 ± 5% for every 1 removed long crimped fiber. The test was mounted on the grips of a curl tester one by one, and after the paper sheet was cut, the distance (spatial distance) (mm) between the grips when an initial load (0.18mN × the number of tex displayed) was applied to the test was measured. Then, the number of crimps at this time was counted to obtain the number of crimps per 25 mm. The curl number is a value obtained by counting the number of all peaks and valleys and taking a value of half the number as the curl number. The number of crimps was determined as 1 position after taking out only crimped long fibers from the nonwoven fabric and measuring 20 fibers, and obtaining the average value to decimal point. The measurement of the number of curls was carried out in a thermostatic chamber at a temperature of 20. + -. 2 ℃ and a humidity of 65. + -. 2% as defined in JIS Z8703 (standard state of test site).
The spunbonded nonwoven fabric used for the outer sheet 6 including the skin side sheet 6E has a breaking strength in a direction perpendicular to the orientation direction of the constituent fibers of preferably 7.0N/50mm or more, more preferably 8.0N/50mm or more, and preferably 30.0N/50mm or less, specifically preferably 7.0N/50mm or more and 30.0N/50mm or less, and more preferably 8.0N/50mm or more and 30.0N/50mm or less, from the viewpoint of preventing breakage and workability at the time of use. The breaking strength was measured by the following measurement method.
[ measurement of fracture Strength ]
The outer layer sheet 6 was cut out into a rectangular measurement piece having a CD direction along the orientation direction of the constituent fibers of 50mm and an MD direction orthogonal to the CD direction of 200mm under an atmosphere of 22 ℃ and 65% RH. The cut-out measurement piece was used as a measurement sample. The measurement sample is mounted on a chuck of a tensile tester (for example, universal tensile tester (Tensilon) "RTA-100" manufactured by ORIENTEC) with the MD direction being the tensile direction. Furthermore, the distance between the chucks was 150 mm. Then, the measurement sample was pulled at a speed of 300 mm/min, and the maximum load point until the measurement sample was broken was defined as the breaking strength in the direction (MD direction) orthogonal to the orientation direction of the constituent fibers.
The spunbonded nonwoven fabric used for the outer sheet 6 including the skin side sheet 6E has a plurality of heat-fused portions where the constituent fibers are fixed to form a spunbonded nonwoven fabric. From the viewpoint of being a soft nonwoven fabric having a good tactile sensation to the skin, the area of each of the plurality of heat-fusion bonded portions is preferably 0.3mm2Hereinafter, more preferably 0.1mm2Above 0.25mm2The thickness is preferably 0.1mm or less2Above 0.2mm2The following. The number of the heat fusion parts is preferably 10 pieces/cm2Above 250 pieces/cm2Hereinafter, more preferably 35/cm2Above 65 pieces/cm2The following.
In addition, the spunbonded nonwoven fabric used for the outer sheet 6 including the skin side sheet 6E is preferably 15% or less, more preferably 5% to 13% or less, and particularly preferably 6% to 11% of the total area of the plurality of heat-fused portions in terms of being a soft nonwoven fabric having a good skin feel.
Examples of the heat-welded portions constituting the spunbond nonwoven fabric used for the outer layer sheet 6 including the skin side sheet 6E include welded portions formed at intervals by thermocompression bonding by embossing (using an embossing roll, a flat roll, or the like), welded portions formed by ultrasonic welding, and welded portions formed by intermittently blowing hot air to partially weld the sheets. Among these, a fused portion formed by thermal compression bonding is preferable because the fibers are easily fused. The shape of the heat-welded portion is not particularly limited, and may be any shape such as a circle, a diamond, or a triangle.
As described above, in the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 3, the outer package 3 includes the outer sheet 6, the inner sheet 5, the inner folded portion 5E, and the skin side sheet 6E as the folded portion of the outer sheet 6 in this order from the outer surface side of the diaper 1 toward the inner surface side of the diaper 1 in the back-side region B and the stomach-side region a. In the diaper 1, the outer sheet 6 and the inner sheet 5 except for the inner layer folded portion 5E and the skin side sheet 6E are formed in the same shape and the same size as each other, being tapered inward toward the longitudinal center line CL1 at the longitudinal (X-direction) center portion. The inner layer folded-back portion 5E is formed in a rectangular shape that is long in the lateral direction (Y direction) in the back-side region B and the abdominal-side region a. The skin side sheet 6E is formed in a rectangular shape elongated in the transverse direction (Y direction) in the ventral region a and the dorsal region B, respectively. Although the skin side sheet 6E, the inner layer folded-back portion 5E, the inner layer sheet 5, and the outer layer sheet 6 may each be a separate sheet, in the diaper 1, the skin side sheet 6E is formed by the folded-back portion of the outer layer sheet 6. The inner layer folded-back portion 5E is formed by the folded-back portion of the inner layer sheet 5.
In the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the outer cover 3 has a plurality of linear or belt-like elastic members 71 arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction (X direction) in a state of being stretched in the transverse direction Y between the outer sheet 6 and the inner sheet 5. In the diaper 1, a plurality of elastic members 71 extending in the lateral direction Y are disposed at intervals between the upper ends of the pair of side seals S, S located at the peripheral edges of the waist opening WH and the lower ends of the pair of side seals S, S. The diaper 1 has a plurality of elastic members 71 to form an extensible region having a waist portion extensible part G1 and a lower waist portion extensible part G2. Further, the diaper 1 has a plurality of linear or belt-like leg elastic members 72 in an extended state between the inner sheet 5 and the outer sheet 6 as shown in fig. 2. The diaper 1 includes a plurality of leg elastic members 72, thereby forming leg stretch units G3. The leg stretch portion G3 is formed at the peripheral edge of the leg opening LH as shown in fig. 2.
In the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 2, the waist stretch units G1 are formed in end flaps located on the outer sides in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the outer edges 23A1, 23B1 of the front and rear end portions 23A, 23B in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the absorbent body 23 constituting the absorbent main body 2 (on the opposite side to the lateral centerline CL2 side). In the diaper 1, the waist lower stretch units G2 are formed in side flaps which are located between the lower end of the waist stretch unit G1 on the side of the transverse centerline CL2 and the lower ends of the pair of side seals S, S in the longitudinal direction (X direction).
In the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the outer package 3 has a plurality of welded portions 8 joining the outer sheet 6 and the inner sheet 5. In the diaper 1, the outer sheet 6 and the inner sheet 5 have a portion (welded portion 8T) welded to each other by a plurality of welded portions 8 arranged at intervals between the adjacent elastic members 71, 71. In the diaper 1, the weld zone 8 is disposed at a position of the outer sheet 6 and the inner sheet 5 in a region from the waist stretch unit G1 to a part of the waist lower stretch unit G2, in other words, in a region where the skin side sheet 6E is disposed as a folded portion of the outer sheet 6, in the abdomen-side region a and the back-side region B. In the region of the outer sheet 6 and the inner sheet 5 corresponding to the region where the skin side sheet 6E is disposed, the welded portions 8 are disposed at intervals between the adjacent elastic members 71, 71 so as to form a row along the longitudinal direction (X direction), and the rows of welded portions 8L formed by the plurality of welded portions 8 are disposed at intervals in the transverse direction (Y direction) so as to form welded portions 8T.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the diaper 1 includes a plurality of elastic members 71 arranged in a state of being stretched in the transverse direction (Y direction) and arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction (X direction) between the inner sheet 5 and the outer sheet 6 fixed by the welded portion 8. Preferably, in the diaper 1, in the abdomen-side region a and the back-side region B, the plurality of elastic members 71 are arranged in an extended state in the lateral direction (Y direction) through gaps between the welded portions 8 of the plurality of rows of welded portions 8L in a region from the waist portion stretching portion G1 to a part of the waist portion lower portion stretching portion G2.
In the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the skin-side sheet 6E and the inner sheet 5 constituting the outer covering 3 have a portion (adhesive arrangement portion 91T) bonded by the 1 st adhesive 91. In the abdomen-side region a and the back-side region B, as shown in fig. 5, when the outer cover 3 of the diaper 1 is developed in a plan view and the outer sheet 6 before the folded portion is formed and the inner sheet 5 before the folded portion is formed are extended, the 1 st adhesive 91 is formed as a continuous line which is folded back in the longitudinal direction X and extended in the lateral direction. The continuous line of the 1 st adhesive 91 folded back in the longitudinal direction X and extending in the transverse direction is formed in a spiral shape at a predetermined position to be a folded back portion of the outer sheet 6 and extends in the transverse direction Y, and the continuous lines of the 1 st adhesive 91 extending in the transverse direction are arranged in a plurality of rows in the longitudinal direction X. By folding back the predetermined position where the continuous line of the 1 st adhesive 91 in a plurality of rows is arranged, the skin side sheet 6E and the inner sheet 5, which are folded-back portions of the outer sheet 6, have the adhesive arrangement portion 91T where the 1 st adhesive 91 is arranged, and are adhered and fixed to each other by the 1 st adhesive 91. The skin side sheet 6E and the inner sheet 5 are fixed to each other by the 1 st adhesive 91 forming a continuous line in the adhesive arrangement portion 91T, and the portion surrounded by the 1 st adhesive 91 becomes the 1 st non-joined portion 91N and is not fixed to each other.
In the diaper 1, in a state where the outer sheet 6 and the inner sheet 5 before the formation of the folded portion are extended as shown in fig. 5, continuous lines of the 1 st adhesive 91 adjacent in the longitudinal direction X may or may not overlap each other at the end portions in the longitudinal direction X, but preferably do not overlap each other from the viewpoint of forming a large amount of the 1 st non-joined portions 91N.
In the diaper 1, the grammage of the 1 st adhesive 91 forming a spiral is preferably 2g/m2Above, more preferably 4g/m2Above, and preferably 10g/m2Hereinafter, more preferably 8g/m2Hereinafter, specifically, 2g/m is preferable2Above 10g/m2Hereinafter, more preferably 4g/m2Above 8g/m2The following. The grammage of the 1 st adhesive 91 can be measured by the following method.
[ measuring method of grammage of adhesive 91 of 1 st ]
In either the ventral region a or the dorsal region B, the bonded inner sheet 5 and skin-side sheet 6E were cut along the outer edge of the region bonded by 1 continuous line of the 1 st adhesive 91, and the weight (WT1) and area (SQ) of the cut piece were measured. Thereafter, the cut pieces were immersed in butyl acetate and shaken with tweezers for 3 minutes, and then taken out of the metal tray, and left standing in a ventilated hood for 48 hours, and the weight of the cut pieces after air-drying was measured (WT 2). Using these data, the grammage of the 1 st adhesive 91 was measured using the following formula.
The gram weight BW of the 1 st adhesive 91 is (WT 1-WT 2)/SQ
The width of the spiral shape formed by the continuous line of the 1 st adhesive 91 (the length in the direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the spiral shape formed by the continuous line) is preferably 10mm or more, more preferably 14mm or more, and is preferably 20mm or less, more preferably 18mm or less, and specifically preferably 10mm or more and 20mm or less, and more preferably 14mm or more and 18mm or less. The width of the continuous line of the 1 st adhesive 91 is measured by visual observation. The width of the spiral of the 1 st adhesive 91 is the distance between the one side X end and the other side X end of the continuous line at the turn-back. In the diaper 1, the continuous line of the 1 st adhesive 91 is formed in a spiral shape, and therefore, the diameter of the spiral turn formed by the continuous line of the 1 st adhesive 91 can be considered.
In the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the outer sheet 6 and the inner sheet 5 are bonded together with the 2 nd adhesive 92 at the overlapping position KT with the region sandwiched between the end portion 6EC on the crotch region C side of the skin side sheet 6E constituting the outer cover 3 and the end portion SC on the crotch region C side of the pair of side seals S, S. In the abdomen-side region a and the back-side region B, as shown in fig. 5, when the outer cover 3 of the diaper 1 is developed in a plan view and the outer layer sheet 6 before the folded portion is formed and the inner layer sheet 5 before the folded portion is formed are extended, the 2 nd adhesive 92 forms a continuous line which is folded back in the longitudinal direction X and extends in the lateral direction. The continuous line of the 2 nd adhesive 92 folded back in the longitudinal direction X and extending in the transverse direction is formed in a spiral shape at the overlap position KT and extends in the transverse direction Y, and the continuous line of the 2 nd adhesive 92 extending in the transverse direction is arranged in a plurality of rows in the longitudinal direction X. In the diaper 1, as described above, the outer sheet 6 and the inner sheet 5 are fixed to each other by the rows of fusion-bonded portions 8L formed by the plurality of fusion-bonded portions 8 in the region corresponding to the region where the skin side sheet 6E is disposed, and are fixed to each other by the 2 nd adhesive 92 formed with continuous lines of a plurality of rows of the 2 nd adhesive 92 at the overlapping position KT corresponding to the region sandwiched between the end edge of the end portion 6EC on the crotch region C side of the skin side sheet 6E and the end edge of the end portion SC of the side seal S. The outer layer sheet 6 and the inner layer sheet 5 are fixed to each other by the 2 nd adhesive 92 forming a continuous line, and the portion surrounded by the 2 nd adhesive 92 becomes the 2 nd non-joined portion 92N and is not fixed to each other.
In the diaper 1, in a state where the outer sheet 6 and the inner sheet 5 before the fold back portion is formed are extended as shown in fig. 5, continuous lines of the 2 nd adhesive 92 adjacent in the longitudinal direction X may or may not overlap each other at the end portions in the longitudinal direction X, but preferably do not overlap each other from the viewpoint of forming a large amount of the 2 nd non-joined portions 92N.
In the diaper 1, the grammage of the 2 nd adhesive 92 formed in a spiral shape is preferably larger than that of the 1 st adhesive 91, and preferably 2g/m2Above, more preferably 4g/m2Above, and preferably 10g/m2Hereinafter, more preferably 8g/m2Hereinafter, specifically, 2g/m is preferable2Above 10g/m2Hereinafter, more preferably 4g/m2Above 8g/m2The following. The grammage of the 2 nd adhesive 92 can be measured by the same method as that of the 1 st adhesive 91 described above.
The width of the spiral shape formed by the continuous lines of the 2 nd adhesive 92 (the length in the direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the spiral shape formed by the continuous lines) is preferably larger than the width of the continuous lines of the 1 st adhesive 91, and is preferably 10mm or more, more preferably 14mm or more, and preferably 20mm or less, more preferably 18mm or less, specifically preferably 10mm or more and 20mm or less, more preferably 14mm or more and 18mm or less. The width of the continuous line of the 2 nd adhesive 92 can be measured by the same method as the width of the continuous line of the 1 st adhesive 91. The spiral width of the 2 nd adhesive 92 is the interval between the one side X end in the longitudinal direction and the other side X end in the longitudinal direction at the turn of the continuous line, similarly to the spiral width of the 1 st adhesive 91. In the diaper 1, the continuous line of the 2 nd adhesive 92 is formed in a spiral shape, and therefore, the diameter of the spiral turn formed by the continuous line of the 2 nd adhesive 92 can be considered.
In the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 3, the skin-facing surface of the inner-layer folded portion 5E constituting the outer package 3 and the skin-side sheet 6E are fixed. Preferably, in the abdomen-side region a and the back-side region B, the skin-side sheet 6E and the inner-layer folded portion 5E, which are folded portions of the outer sheet 6, are joined to each other at predetermined positions by joining means such as an adhesive, heat sealing, high-frequency sealing, or ultrasonic sealing, and the diaper 1 is fixed to each other by a plurality of welded portions 8 arranged in a scattered manner.
In the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 3, the non-skin-facing surface of the inner-layer folded portion 5E constituting the outer package 3 is fixed to the inner-layer sheet 5. Preferably, in the abdomen-side region a and the back-side region B, the inner layer folded portion 5E and the inner layer sheet 5 are joined to each other at a predetermined position by joining means such as an adhesive, heat sealing, high-frequency sealing, ultrasonic sealing, or the like, and the diaper 1 is adhesively fixed by the 4 th adhesive 94. In a state where the outer sheet 6 and the inner sheet 5 before forming the folded-back portion are elongated as shown in fig. 5, the 4 th adhesive 94 forms a continuous line folded back in the longitudinal direction X and extending in the transverse direction. The continuous line of the 4 th adhesive 94 folded back in the longitudinal direction X and extending in the lateral direction is formed in a spiral shape at a predetermined position of the inner layer sheet 5 to be the inner layer folded-back portion 5E and extends in the lateral direction Y, and the continuous line of the 4 th adhesive 94 extending in the lateral direction is preferably arranged in a single row or a plurality of rows in the longitudinal direction X, and in the outer cover 3 of the diaper 1 in an expanded and elongated state shown in fig. 5, a plurality of rows in the longitudinal direction X are arranged. By folding back the predetermined position where the continuous line of the 4 th adhesive 94 in the plurality of rows is arranged, the non-skin-facing surface of the inner layer folded-back portion 5E and the inner layer sheet 5 have the adhesive arrangement portion 94T where the 4 th adhesive 94 is arranged, and are adhesively fixed to each other by the 4 th adhesive 94. The inner layer folded-back portion 5E and the inner layer sheet 5 are fixed to each other by a 4 th adhesive 94 forming a continuous line in an adhesive arrangement portion 94T, and a portion surrounded by the 4 th adhesive 94 becomes a 4 th non-joined portion 94N and is not fixed to each other.
When the continuous lines of the 4 th adhesive 94 are arranged in a plurality of rows in the longitudinal direction X, the continuous lines of the 4 th adhesive 94 adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction X may or may not overlap each other at the end portions in the longitudinal direction X, but preferably do not overlap each other from the viewpoint of forming a large number of the 4 th non-joined portions 94N.
In the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the plurality of elastic members 71 disposed in an extended state in the lateral direction (Y direction) and at intervals in the longitudinal direction (X direction) are bonded to the outer sheet 6 and the inner sheet 5 via the 3 rd adhesive 93 at both side edges 3a1, 3a1 of the abdominal region a of the outer package 3 and both side edges 3B1, 3B1 of the back region B of the outer package 3. The 3 rd adhesive 93 is applied only to the surface of each elastic member 71 using a comb gun (combgun) generally used in the field of absorbent articles, and both side edge portions 3a1, 3a1 of the ventral region a of the exterior body 3 and both side edge portions 3B1, 3B1 of the dorsal region B of the exterior body 3 have portions where the 3 rd adhesive 93 is not disposed between adjacent elastic members 71. In this way, the diaper 1 includes a pair of outer fixing regions 3T1 and 3T1 in which the inner sheet 5 and the outer sheet 6 are joined to each other via the 3 rd adhesive 93 for fixing an elastic member at both side edge portions 3a1 and 3a1 of the front region a of the outer package 3 and both side edge portions 3B1 and 3B1 of the back region B of the outer package 3.
Further, in the diaper 1, the 5 th adhesive 95 is applied in a planar manner using an applicator generally used in the field of absorbent articles at a position overlapping the vicinity of both side portions of the absorbent main body 2 in the longitudinal direction (X direction) on the non-skin-facing surface of the inner sheet 5 or the skin-facing surface of the outer sheet 6, and the 5 th adhesive 95 applied in a planar manner has a pair of main body side fixing regions 3T2, 3T2 in which the plurality of elastic members 71 are joined between the inner sheet 5 and the outer sheet 6.
In the waist stretch unit G1 of the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of elastic members 71 are disposed across the pair of outer fixing regions 3T1 and 3T1, and these elastic members 71 are fixed between the inner sheet 5 and the outer sheet 6 in the pair of outer fixing regions 3T1 and 3T1 by the 3 rd adhesive 93, respectively, and are not fixed to either of the inner sheet 5 and the outer sheet 6 in the pair of outer fixing regions 3T1 and 3T 1. Specifically, in the waist stretch unit G1 of the diaper 1, a plurality of elastic members 71 are disposed across the pair of outer fastening regions 3T1 and 3T1, and these elastic members 71 are respectively fastened between the inner sheet 5 and the outer sheet 6 in the pair of outer fastening regions 3T1 and 3T1, but are not fastened to either of the inner sheet 5 and the outer sheet 6 between the pair of outer fastening regions 3T1 and 3T1 including the central region in the lateral direction Y.
In the lower waist stretch unit G2 of the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of elastic members 71 are disposed across the outer fastening region 3T1 and the main body side fastening region 3T2, and these elastic members 71 are respectively fastened between the inner sheet 5 and the outer sheet 6 in the outer fastening region 3T1 and the main body side fastening region 3T2, but are not fastened to either of the inner sheet 5 and the outer sheet 6 between the outer fastening region 3T1 and the main body side fastening region 3T 2. In the lower waist stretch unit G2 of the diaper 1, the elastic member 71 is not disposed between the pair of main body side fixing regions 3T2 and 3T2, or the elastic member 71 is disposed in a state where it is cut finely so that elastic stretchability is not exhibited.
As shown in fig. 2, in the leg stretch units G3 of the diaper 1, the plurality of leg elastic members 72 disposed in an extended state at the peripheral edge of the leg opening LH are fixed between the inner sheet 5 and the outer sheet 6 via the 6 th adhesive 96. In the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 5, the outer sheet 6 and the inner sheet 5 constituting the outer package 3 are preferably bonded to each other by the 6 th adhesive 96 in the crotch region C. In the crotch region C, as shown in fig. 5, when the outer package 3 of the diaper 1 is developed in a plan view and the outer layer sheet 6 before the folded portion is formed and the inner layer sheet 5 before the folded portion is formed are extended, the 6 th adhesive 96 is disposed between the outer layer sheet 6 and the inner layer sheet 5, and a plurality of leg elastic members 72 each disposed in a curved state extending along the pair of leg openings LH, LH are fixed. The 6 th adhesive 96 is disposed in a plurality of lines along the transverse direction Y, and the 6 th adhesives 96 are disposed in parallel across the entire width of the diaper 1 in the transverse direction Y, and the 6 th adhesives 96 are applied in stripes.
The 6 th adhesive 96 disposed in the crotch region C is applied in stripes to the skin-facing surface of the outer sheet 6 or the non-skin-facing surface of the inner sheet 5 using, for example, an applicator commonly used in the field of absorbent articles.
The materials for forming the various parts of the diaper 1 described above will be described.
As the front sheet 21, the back sheet 22, the absorber 23, the leakage preventing cuffs 24, and the like constituting the absorbent main body 2, various materials conventionally used for absorbent articles such as disposable diapers can be used without limitation. For example, a nonwoven fabric or an apertured film having a single-layer or multi-layer structure can be used as the front sheet 21. As the back sheet 22, a moisture-permeable resin film or the like can be used. As the absorbent body 23, a material in which an absorbent core made of absorbent polymer particles and fiber materials is covered with tissue paper can be used. Further, as the leak-proof cuff 24, a water repellent nonwoven fabric having a single-layer or multi-layer structure, or the like, can be used.
Examples of the elastic members (the elastic member 25 for forming the leakage-preventing cuffs, the elastic member 71, the leg elastic member 72, and the like) include synthetic rubbers such as styrene-butadiene, isoprene, and chloroprene rubber, natural rubbers, EVA, stretchable polyolefins, and polyurethane. As the form of the elastic member, a linear (rubber thread or the like) or belt-like (rubber strip or the like) member having a rectangular, square, circular, elliptical, or polygonal cross section can be preferably used.
As the elastic member fixing adhesive for fixing the elastic members (the elastic member 25, the elastic member 71, the leg elastic member 72, and the like) and the body fixing adhesive for fixing the exterior body 3, the absorbent body 2, and the like, specifically, as the 1 st adhesive 91, the 2 nd adhesive 92, the 3 rd adhesive 93, the 4 th adhesive 94, the 5 th adhesive 95, the 6 th adhesive 96, and the like, various hot melt adhesives and the like conventionally used for absorbent articles such as disposable diapers can be used without particular limitation.
The operation and effects of the diaper 1 of the present embodiment described above will be described.
In the diaper 1 described above, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the outer cover 3 includes the outer layer sheet 6 and the inner layer sheet 5, and further includes the skin side sheet 6E and the plurality of elastic members 71 arranged in the stretched state in the transverse direction Y in the abdomen-side region a and the back-side region B, and the outer layer sheet 6 and the inner layer sheet 5 include the welded portion 8T formed by welding the plurality of welded portions 8 arranged at intervals between the adjacent elastic members 71, 71. In the diaper 1, the waist stretch unit G1 and the lower waist stretch unit G2, which are the fused portions 8T of the outer cover 3, are deformed so that the outer sheet 6 between the adjacent fused portion rows 8L, 8L in the transverse direction (Y direction) bulges outward by contraction of the plurality of elastic members 71 arranged in the transverse direction (Y direction) in an extended state and in the longitudinal direction (X direction) at intervals between the inner sheet 5 and the outer sheet 6, and the skin side sheet 6E and the inner sheet 5 bulge inward to form wrinkled portions. The space formed by such deformation can improve the stuffiness feeling of the diaper 1 during use.
In the diaper 1, the skin side sheet 6E, which is the innermost sheet forming the skin-facing surface of the outer package 3, is made of 17g/m2As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the skin-side sheet 6E and the inner sheet 5 have an adhesive arrangement portion 91T, and the adhesive arrangement portion 91T is a portion formed by bonding 1 st adhesive 91 that forms a continuous line folded back in the longitudinal direction X and extending in the transverse direction. In the adhesive agent placement portion 91T, the skin side sheet 6E and the inner sheet 5 are fixed to each other by the 1 st adhesive agent 91 forming a continuous line as shown in fig. 3 and fig. 7 (a), and a portion surrounded by the 1 st adhesive agent 91 becomes the 1 st non-joined portion 91N and is not fixed to each other. Therefore, by contraction of the plurality of elastic members 71 arranged in an extended state in the lateral direction (Y direction) and arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction (X direction), the skin-side sheet 6E and the 1 st non-joined portion 91N of the inner sheet 5 are easily deformed so as to bulge as shown in fig. 7 (b). If the skin side sheet 6E is deformed so as to bulge inward toward the wearer, the welded portion 8 formed to fix the region of the outer sheet 6 and the inner sheet 5 corresponding to the region where the skin side sheet 6E is disposed is less likely to contact the wearer's skin, and 17g/m2The skin side sheet 6E made of a soft nonwoven fabric such as the following spun-bonded nonwoven fabric assists each other to further improve the skin touch and to further improve the quality of the diaper 1.
In the diaper 1 described above, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the outer sheet 6 and the inner sheet 5 are fixed to each other by the 2 nd adhesive 92 forming a continuous line at the overlap position KT corresponding to the region sandwiched between the end portion 6EC on the crotch region C side of the skin-side sheet 6E and the end portion SC of the side seal S, and the portion surrounded by the 2 nd adhesive 92 becomes the 2 nd non-joined portion 92N and is not fixed to each other. Therefore, the 2 nd non-joined portions 92N of the outer layer sheet 6 and the inner layer sheet 5 are easily deformed so as to bulge due to contraction of the plurality of elastic members 71 arranged in an extended state in the lateral direction (Y direction) and arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction (X direction) (see fig. 7 (b)). Thus, if the inner sheet 5 is deformed so as to bulge inward toward the wearer at the superposed position KT, the feel of the skin is further improved in the region sandwiched between the end portion 6EC on the crotch region C side of the skin-side sheet 6E and the end portion SC of the side seal S, and the quality of the diaper 1 is further improved.
In the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the pair of side seals S, S joining the side edges 3a1 and 3a1 of the front side region a of the outer package 3 and the side edges 3B1 and 3B1 of the back side region B of the outer package 3 each have an outer fixing region 3T1 for fixing the elastic member 71, and each outer fixing region 3T1 has a portion where the 3 rd adhesive 93 is not disposed between the elastic members 71 and 71 adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction X. Therefore, the pair of side seals S, S are prevented from becoming too hard, and the feel of the skin is further improved, and the quality of the diaper 1 is further improved.
In the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 3, in the front-side region a and the back-side region B, the skin-facing surface constituting the inner layer folded portion 5E of the outer cover 3 and the skin-side sheet 6E, which is the folded portion of the outer sheet 6, are fixed to each other by a plurality of weld portions 8 arranged in a scattered manner. Therefore, the wearing feeling is not easily deteriorated due to the positional or alignment shift of the elastic member 71, and the elastic member 71, the outer layer sheet 6 and the skin side sheet 6E can be independently moved, so that, for example, by the contraction of the elastic member 71, the outer layer sheet 6 and the skin side sheet 6E are likely to have irregularities that serve as a cushion, and the effect of reducing the irritation to the skin is produced. From the viewpoint of the skin touch, the skin-facing surface of the inner layer folded portion 5E and the skin side sheet 6E are preferably fixed to each other not by the welded portion 8 but by an adhesive.
In the diaper 1, as shown in fig. 3, the non-skin-facing surface constituting the inner-layer folded portion 5E of the outer cover 3 is fixed to the inner-layer sheet 5 in the front-side region a and the back-side region B. Therefore, there is an effect of suppressing deterioration of the wearing feeling and the appearance due to unexpected deformation such as separation of the inner layer folded portion 5E from the inner layer sheet 5 at the waist opening portion WH. In the diaper 1, the non-skin-facing surface of the inner-layer folded-back portion 5E and the inner-layer sheet 5 have an adhesive application portion 94T where the 4 th adhesive 94 is applied, the inner-layer folded-back portion 5E and the inner-layer sheet 5 are adhesively fixed to each other by the 4 th adhesive 94 in the adhesive application portion 94T, and a portion surrounded by the 4 th adhesive 94 forming a continuous line becomes a 4 th non-joined portion 94N and is not fixed to each other. Therefore, the inner layer folded portion 5E and the 4 th non-joined portion 94N of the inner layer sheet 5 are easily deformed so as to bulge by contraction of the plurality of elastic members 71 arranged in an extended state in the lateral direction (Y direction) and arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction (X direction) (see fig. 7 (b)). If the deformation is caused in this way, for example, the contraction of the elastic member 71 easily causes irregularities that serve as a cushion between the non-skin-facing surface of the inner layer folded portion 5E and the inner layer sheet 5, thereby reducing irritation to the skin.
The present invention has been described above based on the preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments and can be appropriately modified.
For example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the diaper 1 described above has, as the nonwoven fabric constituting the outer casing 3, an inner layer sheet 5, an inner layer folded portion 5E, an outer layer sheet 6, and a skin side sheet 6E as a folded portion of the outer layer sheet 6 in the front side region a and the back side region B, but the nonwoven fabric forming the outer casing 3 in the front side region a and the back side region B may have a different configuration. For example, the nonwoven fabric constituting the outer package 3 in the back region B may have the inner layer sheet 5, the inner layer folded portion 5E, the outer layer sheet 6, and the skin side sheet 6E, and the nonwoven fabric constituting the outer package 3 in the front region a may have only the inner layer sheet 5 and the outer layer sheet 6.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the diaper 1 described above may have, in the abdomen-side region a and the back-side region B, the inner layer sheet 5, the inner layer folded portion 5E, the outer layer sheet 6, and the skin-side sheet 6E as the folded portion of the outer layer sheet 6 as the nonwoven fabric constituting the outer package 3, and the inner layer folded portion 5E may be absent.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the diaper 1 described above includes the inner layer sheet 5, the outer layer sheet 6, and the skin side sheet 6E as the folded-back portion of the outer layer sheet 6 as the nonwoven fabric constituting the outer package 3, but the skin side sheet 6E may not be formed by the folded-back portion of the outer layer sheet 6. That is, the nonwoven fabric constituting the outer casing 3 may have a skin side sheet 6E formed of a separate hydrophobic fiber, in addition to the inner sheet 5 and the outer sheet 6.
In the disposable diaper 1 described above, as shown in fig. 2, the outer cover 3 may be a pants-type disposable diaper having a continuous shape such as an hourglass shape extending over the abdomen-side region a, the crotch region C, and the back-side region B, or may be a divided-type pants-type disposable diaper in which the outer cover 3 is divided into an abdomen-side outer cover, a back-side outer cover, and a crotch-side outer cover as separate members.
