Filter component 600 plays the effect of filtering the drinking water, realizes the purification of quality of water, improves the security of pet drinking water, effectively avoids the health of pet to receive the influence.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12-14, the filter tray 610 of the portable water feeder is provided to include a bottom frame 611 and a support ring 612. The connection between the base frame 611 and the support ring 612 may be formed integrally, such as injection molding, die casting or forging.
The base frame 611 includes a bottom plate 6111 and a supporting wall 6112, the supporting wall 6112 is disposed around the periphery of the bottom plate 6111 and extends upward, generally, when the filter tray 610 is installed in the portable water feeder and the portable water feeder is placed vertically, the bottom plate 6111 is in a horizontal state, and the supporting wall 6112 is in a vertical state. And the support wall 6112 and the bottom plate 6111 together enclose to form a filter piece mounting cavity 6113, and the filter piece mounting cavity 6113 can limit the filter piece 620 accommodated therein. The filter element 620 is received in the filter element mounting cavity 6113. The bottom plate 6111 is provided with a plurality of filtering holes 6114. The filtering holes 6114 may be uniformly spaced along the ring shape, and the shape of the filtering holes 6114 may be regular or irregular.
The support ring 612 is disposed above the bottom frame 611, and the support ring 612 is connected to the top of the support wall 6112 and extends in a horizontal direction away from the filter mounting cavity 6113. The support ring may be mounted at a specific location within the portable water feeder to ensure that the filter tray 610 is installed.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12 to 14, a central hole 6115 with an aperture of 13mm to 17mm is disposed in the middle of the bottom plate 6111 of the portable water feeder. Specifically, the central hole 6115 is configured to allow water to pass through, and to allow a finger to extend into the central hole to control the bottom plate 6111 to place or take the filter tray 610, so that the filter tray 610 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted. Specifically, the aperture of the central hole 6115 may be 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm or 17mm, and the size design avoids the influence of the too large aperture of the central hole 6115 on the support of the bottom plate 6111 on the filter element 620, and meanwhile, the influence of too small aperture on the finger insertion is avoided, so that the bottom plate 6111 is ensured to play a role in supporting the same, and the convenience in assembly and disassembly is also realized.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12 to 14, the inner wall of the central hole 6115 of the portable water feeder is formed with a circular arc surface 6116 which is smoothly transited to the bottom edge and the top edge of the central hole 6115. Specifically, the arc surface 6116 arranged on the inner wall of the central hole 6115 is a rounded structure, so that the corner structure of the bottom edge and the corner structure of the top edge of the inner wall of the central hole 6115 are chamfered to form an arc surface, and thus when a user stretches fingers into the central hole 6115 to scratch the bottom plate 6111, the fingers are in smooth contact with the arc surface 6116, discomfort of the fingers is reduced, and the use comfort level is improved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12 to 14, the filtering holes 6114 of the portable water feeder are in a strip structure, and the filtering holes 6114 in the strip structure extend from the bottom plate 6111 to the supporting wall 6112. Specifically, the filtering holes 6114 are arranged in a strip structure and extend to the supporting wall 6112, so that the effective filtering area of the whole filtering tray 610 can be increased, and the filtering effect of the water flow can be improved.
The width of the filtering holes 6114 in a strip-shaped structure gradually increases from the bottom plate 6111 to the supporting wall 6112. Specifically, the width of the position of the filtering holes 6114 of the stripe structure on the bottom plate 6111 is smaller than the width of the position on the supporting wall 6112, and the width of the filtering holes 6114 of the stripe structure gradually becomes larger along the sequence from the bottom plate 6111 to the supporting wall 6112, thereby increasing the filtering speed of the water flow.
The long wall surface of the filtering holes 6114 in a strip-shaped structure is an inclined curved surface. Specifically, the long wall surface in the filtering hole 6114 is designed to be an inclined curved surface, so that the water flow passing through the inclined curved surface is guided by the inclined curved surface, the water flow can flow more smoothly, and the water outlet effect is improved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12 to 14, the long wall surface of the filtering hole 6114 of the portable water feeder having a strip structure is an inclined curved surface. Specifically, the long wall surface in the filtering hole 6114 is designed to be an inclined curved surface, so that the water flow passing through the inclined curved surface is guided by the inclined curved surface, the water flow can flow more smoothly, and the water outlet effect is improved.
The outer end of the support ring 612 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 6121 arranged at equal intervals in a ring shape. Specifically, the arrangement of the protrusion 6121 can facilitate the clamping of the support ring 612 on the mounting cover 200, which is beneficial to improving the stability of the mounting of the filter tray 610. Further, the number of the projections 6121 may be four, six, eight, or the like.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12 to 14, the filter 620 of the portable water feeder comprises a charcoal bag 621 and a filter cotton 622 coated outside the charcoal bag 621, wherein the filter cotton 622 completely covers the charcoal bag 621, so that a part of particle impurities can be filtered by water flowing through the filter cotton 622, and then the flowing water can be filtered to remove odor through the filtration of the charcoal bag 621, thereby achieving a good purification of water quality.
The shape of the filter cotton 622 is matched with the shape of the filter element mounting cavity 6113, that is, the shape is similar to the shape of the filter element tray 610, so that the filter cotton 622 can be designed to ensure better stability when the filter element 620 is mounted in the filter element mounting cavity 6113. Further, the outer end of the filter cotton 622 is exposed out of the filter mounting cavity 6113, and the periphery of the outer end of the filter cotton 622 extends to form a limit ring 6221 which is lapped on the support ring 612. The setting of spacing ring 6221 can be so that can not put into completely in filtering a piece installation cavity 6113 after filtering a piece 620 installation, when taking out and filtering a piece 620, can be through applying effort so that take out this and filter piece 620 on this spacing ring 6221, structural design is reasonable, and the practicality is strong.

Claims (10)

1. A portable water feeder comprising a water storage cup having an open end; it is characterized by also comprising:
the mounting cover body is detachably mounted on the water storage cup and covers the opening end; a clapboard is arranged in the mounting cover body to divide the inner cavity of the mounting cover body into a water inlet cavity and a water outlet cavity; the partition plate is provided with a first mounting groove facing the water inlet cavity; a first air vent and a first water outlet are arranged at the upper and lower positions of the wall of the first mounting groove; a second mounting groove is formed in the side wall of the mounting cover body;
the switch mechanism comprises a connecting cylinder which penetrates through the partition board in a sliding manner, a sealing plate fixedly arranged at one end of the connecting cylinder, a sliding block fixedly arranged at the other end of the connecting cylinder and a first elastic piece sleeved on the connecting cylinder; two ends of the first elastic piece are respectively abutted against the partition plate and the sliding block, and the sealing plate is accommodated in the first mounting groove and seals the first vent hole and the first water outlet hole; when the sliding block slides in the direction close to the partition plate along the axial direction of the mounting cover body, the sliding block pushes the sealing plate to be separated from the first mounting groove through the connecting column body, so that water in the water storage cup can flow into the first water outlet hole; the first elastic piece resets and pushes the sliding block to move reversely, the sliding block drives the connecting cylinder and the sealing plate to move in the same direction, and the sealing plate resets and seals the first vent hole and the first water outlet hole;
the key mechanism comprises a key assembly movably limited in the second mounting groove and a second elastic piece limited between the key assembly and the bottom wall of the second mounting groove; when the key assembly is pressed down, the key assembly drives the sliding block to slide towards the direction close to the partition plate along the axial direction of the installation cover body; when the key assembly is not stressed, the second elastic piece drives the key assembly to reset; and
one end of the water receiving tank body is fixedly sleeved on the mounting cover body, and a water receiving groove is formed in the surface of the water receiving tank body; a second vent hole and a second water outlet hole are formed in the upper and lower positions of the side wall of the water receiving groove; the second water outlet hole is communicated with the first water outlet hole; the second vent hole is in communication with the first vent hole.

The portable water feeder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the button assembly comprises a button base accommodated in the second mounting groove, a button arranged on a top surface of the button base, and a driving cylinder fixedly arranged at a bottom of the button base; two ends of the second elastic piece are respectively abutted against the bottom wall of the second mounting groove and the bottom of the key base; the driving column penetrates through the mounting cover body and is perpendicular to the sliding block, and the tail end of the driving column is also provided with a first inclined surface facing the partition plate; a second inclined plane parallel to the first inclined plane is arranged at the top of the sliding block; the first inclined plane is attached to the second inclined plane in a matched mode.

The portable water feeder according to claim 2, wherein a cylindrical part is formed at the connecting end of the water receiving tank body, and a key hole is formed on the wall surface of the cylindrical part; the key hole is configured to allow the key to move back and forth; the key is exposed through the key hole and is movably limited between the inner wall surface of the cylindrical part and the top surface of the key base.

The portable water feeder of claim 3, wherein the button is slidably connected to the button base; the bottom of the key is fixedly provided with an inserting column; the top surface of the key base is provided with a strip-shaped guide hole; the inserting column is inserted into the guide hole and guided in the guide hole; elastic clamping arms are arranged on two sides of the key; the same end of two opposite side walls of the second mounting groove is provided with a limiting part, and the other end of the second mounting groove is provided with a spacing part; a clamping part is formed on the avoiding part; when the key slides to the upper part of the limiting part, the key is limited at the top of the limiting part through the elastic clamping arm; when the key slides to the upper part of the position avoiding part, the elastic clamping arm is clamped in the clamping part, and the key can move along the longitudinal direction.

The portable water feeder according to claim 4, wherein a clamping groove is provided on an inner wall surface of the cylindrical part; a clamping boss matched with the clamping groove is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the mounting cover body; the installation lid inserts the drum portion, joint boss joint in the joint recess.

The portable water feeder according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the side wall of the water inlet cavity is provided with a first connecting thread; a second connecting thread matched with the first connecting thread is arranged on the outer surface of the opening end of the water storage cup; the outer surface of the water storage cup or the water receiving groove body is provided with a hanging wire hole.

the filter tray includes:
the filter element comprises a base frame, a filter element body and a plurality of filter holes, wherein the base frame comprises a bottom plate and a supporting wall, the supporting wall is arranged around the periphery of the bottom plate and extends upwards, the supporting wall and the bottom plate are arranged together in a surrounding mode to form a filter element mounting cavity, and the bottom plate is provided with the plurality of filter holes; and
the support ring is arranged above the bottom frame, connected to the top of the support wall and arranged in a manner of extending along the horizontal direction back to the filter piece installation cavity; the filter element is accommodated in the filter element mounting cavity;
the middle part of the bottom plate is provided with a central hole with the aperture of 13-17 mm; the inner wall of the central hole is provided with an arc surface which is smoothly transited to the bottom edge and the top edge of the central hole;
the filtering holes are of strip structures, and the filtering holes of the strip structures extend from the bottom plate to the supporting wall; the width of the filtering holes in the strip-shaped structure is gradually increased from the bottom plate to the supporting wall; the outer end of the support ring is provided with a plurality of annular bulges which are arranged at equal intervals.

The portable water feeder according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a first sealing ring is arranged along the periphery of one side of the sealing plate, which is attached to the first mounting groove; a second sealing ring arranged along the periphery of the opening end of the water storage cup is arranged on the opening end of the water storage cup; and a sealing groove matched with the second sealing ring is arranged on the bottom wall of the water inlet cavity.

The portable water feeder according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a first pipeline communicated with the second water outlet hole and a second pipeline communicated with the second vent hole are arranged in the water receiving tank body; the first pipeline is inserted into the first water outlet hole; the second duct is inserted into the first vent hole.
