As shown in fig. 1A to 6, according to a first embodiment of the present invention, the neck pillow 200 includes a pillow body 210 and a restraining assembly 220, wherein the restraining assembly 220 is disposed on the pillow body 210 for restraining the pillow body 210.
The pillow body 210 has a first end 211 and a second end 212, and includes a main body portion 213 extending between the first end 211 and the second end 212.
The neck pillow 200 has an open state 201, in which open state 201 the first end 211 and the second end 212 are distal from forming an entrance 2101, see fig. 1A-1C. The neck pillow 200 has a closed state 202, and in the closed state 202, the first end 211 and the second end 212 are closed to form a closed structure, see fig. 2. The neck pillow 200 has a rolled state 203, in which state 203 the first end portion 211 is layered around the second end portion 212, see fig. 3. The neck pillow 200 can be rapidly changed among the open state 201, the closed state 202 and the furled state 203 to adapt to different use requirements.
The pillow body 210 may be made of any suitable flexible material that is capable of undergoing a bending deformation to change between the open state 201, the closed state 202, and/or the retracted state 203, and is adapted to contact a body part. Preferably, the pillow body 210 may be made of an elastically flexible material, so that the pillow body 210 can be restored to its original state after being deformed. In an embodiment of the present invention, the pillow body 210 is made of hydrophilic cotton, so that the neck pillow 200 has lighter weight, better elasticity, and more convenient carrying and rolling. More specifically, the pillow body 210 may include an inner core and an outer cover detachably disposed on the outer portion of the inner core, and the inner core is made of hydrophilic cotton. The inner core may also be made of a latex or polyurethane material.
The main body portion 213 includes a rear support section 2135, a set of side support sections 21341,21342 and a set of front support sections 21331,21332. The front support segments 21331,21332 are located at two sides of the side support segments 21341,21342, and the side support segments 21341,21342 are located at two ends of the rear support segment 2135. The group of side support segments 21341,21342 and the group of front support segments 21331,21332 are sequentially connected to two sides of the rear support segment 2135 in an arc shape to form the embracing space 2102 and the inlet 2101, the group of front support segments 21331,21332 form the first end portion 211 and the second end portion 212, the inlet 2101 is formed between the first end portion 211 and the second end portion 212, and the inlet 2101 is communicated with the embracing space 2102 and the outside.
When the neck pillow 200 is worn, the rear support section 2135 corresponds to the back of the user, that is, the rear support section 2135 is located at the rear side and is used for supporting the rear side of the neck of the user; the group of side supporting sections 21341,21342 respectively correspond to two shoulders of a user and are used for supporting two sides of the neck of the user; the set of front support segments 21331,21332 corresponds to the user's chest, that is, the set of front support segments 21331,21332 is located on the front side for supporting the front side of the user's neck, and more specifically, the set of front support segments 21331,21332 is for supporting between the user's chest and lower jaw.
Further, the set of side support segments 21341,21342 are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the rear support segment 2135, and the set of front support segments 21331,21332 are symmetrically connected to the set of side support segments 21341,21342, respectively, with respect to the back region. That is, the set of side supporting segments 21341,21342 and the set of front supporting segments 21331,21332 are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the rear supporting segment 2135 with respect to the rear supporting segment 2135, respectively, and each side of the front supporting segment, the side supporting segment and the rear supporting segment 2135 is connected in sequence.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the front support segment 21331,21332, the side support segment 21341,21342 and the rear support segment 2135 are sequentially connected in an arc shape with a predetermined radian to form the surrounding space 1102 at the inner side. Further, the front support segments 21331,21332, the side support segments 21341,21342 and the rear support segment 2135 are integrally connected in sequence, that is, the front support segments 21331,21332, the side support segments 21341,21342 and the rear support segment 2135 form the embracing space 1102 with a certain size in an initial state, for example, the embracing space 1102 corresponding to the neck of the user is formed.
The set of front support segments 21331,21332, the set of side support segments 21341,21342, and the rear support segment 2135 are resilient such that when the set of front support segments 21331,21332, the set of side support segments 21341,21342, and/or the rear support segment 2135 are subjected to an external force, the pillow body 210 can adapt, such as to allow the unitary body 210 to rest against the neck region of a user, to be stably supported on the user's body part.
According to this embodiment of the present invention, the top surface of the rear support section 2135 forms a set of protruding peaks 21351, 21352, and a first concave arc 21350 is formed between the set of protruding peaks 21351, 21352 to stably support the back side of the neck of the user. For example, when the user's neck is supported by the rear support section 2135, the set of convex peaks 21351, 21352 are elastically limited on two sides of the rear side of the user's neck, and the first concave arc surface 21350 elastically abuts against the rear side of the user's neck. That is, the concave-convex structure formed by the set of convex peaks 21351, 21352 and the first concave cambered surface 21350 of the rear supporting section 2135 is adapted to the neck structure of the user, so that when the pillow body 210 is worn, the back side of the neck of the user is elastically limited, the relative position relationship between the pillow body and the neck of the user is determined, and the random rotation of the pillow body around the neck of the user is reduced. Further, the set of convex peaks 21351, 21352 are convexly supported at the back side of the neck of the user near the upper part of the back head at two sides of the first concave cambered surface 21350, that is, the supporting function is mainly generated between the hard head and the shoulder in the body part rather than being directly stressed on the soft neck, so as to better relieve the pressure on the neck, and the first concave cambered surface 21350 is attached to the back side of the neck of the user to form a more stable supporting structure in cooperation with the set of convex peaks 21351, 21352.
Further, according to this embodiment of the present invention, the upper and lower sides of the rear supporting section 2135 are symmetrically disposed, that is, the upper and lower sides of the rear supporting section 2135 are respectively provided with the set of protruding peaks 21351, 21352 and the concave arc surface. When the set of raised peaks 21351, 21352 and the concave arcs are on the upper side, the set of raised peaks 21351, 21352 are close to the back of the user's brain and the concave arcs abut against the upper region of the back of the user's neck; when the set of raised peaks 21351, 21352 and the concave arcs are on the lower side, the set of raised peaks 21351, 21352 are close to the shoulder and the concave arcs abut against the lower region of the back side of the neck of the user.
According to this embodiment of the present invention, the top surfaces of the set of side supporting segments 21341,21342 each form a second concave cambered surface 21340, that is, the side supporting segments between the front supporting segment and the rear supporting segment 2135 are recessed inward, or the heights of the side supporting segments are gradually decreased inward from the connecting positions of the two ends of the front supporting segment and the rear supporting segment 2135, respectively.
Further, according to this embodiment of the present invention, the second concave cambered surfaces 21340 are symmetrically disposed on the upper and lower sides of the group of side supporting sections 21341,21342, that is, the second concave cambered surfaces 21340 are disposed on the upper and lower sides of the group of side supporting sections 21341,21342. When the second concave cambered surface 21340 is located at the upper side, the second concave cambered surface 21340 corresponds to the ear of the user, or the second concave cambered surface 21340 is close to the ear of the user, so as to provide a receiving space for the ear of the user. It can be understood that, since the ear of the user protrudes out of the head surface of the user, when the user wears the neck pillow for rest, the ear part is easily pressed and uncomfortable, and according to this embodiment of the present invention, the second concave arc surface 21340 is recessed inwards, so that the height of the side supporting section is reduced relative to the front supporting section and the rear supporting section 2135 on both sides, when the head of the user tilts once, the head of the user is easily supported by the position close to the front supporting section and the rear supporting section 2135, and the pressure applied to the position corresponding to the ear is small, thereby protecting the ear. When the second concave cambered surface 21340 is positioned at the lower side, the second concave cambered surface 21340 corresponds to the shoulder of a user. That is, when the neck pillow is worn, the second concave arc 21340 is supported on the shoulder of the user. It is worth mentioning that the second concave cambered surface 21340 is matched with the shoulder of the user in shape, so that the neck pillow is easy to position, namely, easy to wear to a proper position, on the one hand, and after the neck pillow is worn, the fitting surface is larger, and the support is more stable.
Further in accordance with this embodiment of the present invention, the top surfaces of the front support sections 21331,21332 each have a convex arc surface 21330, i.e., each front support section extends convexly outward from the side support section. More specifically, the front support section gradually increases in height and thickness from the side support sections to form an enlarged end. Further, the set of front support sections 21331,21332 form the first end 111 and the second end 112 of the pillow body 210, respectively. The set of front support segments 21331,21332 are tapered in height proximate the outer end faces of the first end 111 and the second end 112. For example, the outer ends of the set of front support segments 21331,21332 form a gradually converging tip. That is, the trend of the front support end in the height direction gradually decreases from the side support section to the predetermined position toward the direction close to the first end 111 or the second end 112, thereby forming a convex surface.
Further, the set of front support segments 21331,21332 tapers in thickness proximate the outer faces of the first end 111 and the second end 112. That is, the front support section has a tendency to gradually increase in thickness from the side support section to a predetermined position and then gradually decrease in a direction approaching the first end 111 or the second end 112.
Further, according to the present embodiment of the present invention, the top surface and the bottom surface of each of the front support sections are respectively provided with the convex arc surface 21330 in the up-down symmetry.
It is worth mentioning that when the neck pillow 200 is worn, the set of front support sections 21331,21332 are located in the front and supported between the user's jaw and chest, and the space under the user's head is relatively large, i.e., the space between the chest and jaw needs to be filled for support, so that the support requirement is different from that of the shoulder and back, and the enlarged ends formed by the set of front support sections 21331,21332 respectively can satisfy the support requirement of the large space between the jaw and chest, i.e., so that the head of the user U does not need to be tilted too far downward, or so that the neck does not need to be bent too much.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the main body 213 has an inner side 2131 and an outer side 2132, and in the open state 201 and the closed state 202, the inner side 2131 and the outer side 2132 are curved to extend in a substantially arc shape toward the inner side 2131 to form an arc-shaped supporting structure 205 for supporting a specific body part of the user U, such as the neck, and the closed state 202 is closer to the inner side relative to the open state 201, i.e., the first side and the second side are curved more inwardly. In use, medial side 2131 is adjacent a body part of user U, such as the neck, and lateral side 2132 is facing away from the body part of user U, see fig. 7A and 7B. The medial side 2131 forms an enclosed space 2102 on an interior side thereof for receiving a body part of a user U, such as a neck. The inlet 2101 is in communication with the encircled space 2102 so that a body part of the user U enters the encircled space 2102 via the inlet 2101 when the user U is in use, for example, a neck enters the encircled space 2102 via the inlet 2101 when the user U is in use, so that the main body portion 213 can be placed on the shoulder of the user U and the main body portion 213 encircles the neck. Of course, the arc-shaped supporting structure 205 of the pillow body 210 can also be used to support other parts of the user's U body, such as the back and waist, and it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the supporting manner of the arc-shaped supporting structure 205 is not a limitation of the present invention.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in the furling state 203, with one of the two ends of the pillow body 210 as a starting point, the outer side surface 2132 depends on the inner side surface 2131 to surround and wind to form a laminated furling structure 206. In particular, in the retracted state 203, the pillow body 210 is in a substantially circular, stacked, encircling configuration, such that the pillow body 210 is converted from a larger volume expanded and extended to a smaller volume rolled up for easy carrying and storage, see fig. 4. That is, in the retracted state 203, the embracing space 2102 of the inner side surface 2131 of the pillow body 210 is gradually filled by the main body part 213 in a layered manner, and the structural space of the main body part 213 is reduced. In other words, in the furled state 203, the neck pillow 200 can be furled towards the side of the usage direction thereof depending on the extended form thereof, so that the surrounding space 2102 of the neck pillow 200 is filled, and the space occupation thereof is sufficiently reduced.
It should be noted that the main body 213 is an arc-shaped elastic structure, and when rolled, the outer side 2132 is rolled inward along the inner side 2131 as a starting point, so as to form the laminated rolled structure 206, that is, when rolled, the laminated rolled structure is rolled along a lateral bending direction of the extended form of the pillow 210, so as to conform to and bend, thereby reducing damage to the original form.
The restraining assembly 220 restrains the pillow body 210 in the retracted state 203 such that the pillow body 210 remains in the retracted state 203. In an embodiment of the present invention, the restraining assembly 220 includes a first engaging element 221 and a second engaging element 222, and in the furled state 203, the first engaging element 221 and the second engaging element 222 extend along the outer side surface 2132 in two opposite directions to form a closed restraining structure 2201, so that the laminated furled structure 206 of the pillow body 210 is restrained in the closed restraining structure 2201, thereby stably maintaining the furled state 203. In particular, in use, the user U rolls the pillow body 210 to form the laminated roll-up structure 206 such that the laminated roll-up structure 206 is tightly laminated and wound, and at this time, the first engaging element 221 and the second engaging element 222 extend in two opposite directions of the lateral surface 2132 to surround the laminated roll-up structure 206 with a smaller volume and further shrink to form the closed constraint structure 2201, thereby minimizing the volume.
The first and second couplers 221 and 222 can be implemented as various suitable coupling elements to hold the laminate roll-up structure 206, such as but not limited to snaps, hooks, snaps, buckles, magnets, and the like. Preferably, the first and second coupling members 221 and 222 are implemented as a set of buckles. The binding assembly 220 further includes a binding band 224, and the first coupling member 221 or the second coupling member 222 is disposed at the binding band 224. The first coupling member 221 or the second coupling member 222 is configured to be movable along the tether belt 224 so as to adjust the degree of tightness of the tether. When the first coupling member 221 and the second coupling member 222 are implemented as a buckle member, when the user U needs to roll, the user U only needs to insert the first coupling member 221 and the second coupling member 222 close to each other, and by means of the elastic structure of the user U, the first coupling member 221 automatically enters the second coupling member 222 or the second coupling member 222 automatically enters the first coupling member 221, so as to form a stable coupling structure, without a cumbersome operation process, as shown in fig. 4. When the laminated furling structure 206 needs to be released, the user U only needs to lightly press the first combining part 221 or the insertion end of the second combining part 222, the first combining part 221 automatically leaves the second combining part 222, or the second combining part 222 automatically leaves the first combining part 221, and then the pillow body 210 naturally unfolds by its own elasticity without performing redundant operation, that is, when the laminated furling structure 206 of the neck pillow 200 is opened and released, the user U performs a simple pressing operation to open the neck pillow 200 for use.
The tie-down assembly 220 can be configured in any suitable position for tying down the laminated furling structure 206 in the furled state 203. In one embodiment, the first bonding element 221 and/or the second bonding element 222 of the tie-down assembly 220 are disposed on an outer side surface 2132 of the pillow body 210. In one embodiment, said first connector 221 and/or said second connector 222 of said tie-down assembly 220 are disposed at a position of pillow body 210 near said first end 211. In one embodiment, the first and/or second engaging members 221, 222 of the tie-down assembly 220 are disposed at the first end 211. Preferably, the first engaging element 221 and the second engaging element 222 of the binding assembly 220 are disposed at the first end 211 of the pillow body 210, and when the pillow body is rolled, the first end 211 is drawn by the first engaging element 221 of the binding assembly 220 to extend forward along the outer side surface 2132 to further contract the laminated furling structure 206, so that the volume of the laminated furling structure 206 is further reduced, and the first end 211 is drawn by the binding assembly 220 along the outer side surface 2132 to prevent the first end 211 from freely spreading under the elastic force of the pillow body 210. Preferably, the first engaging element 221 of the restraining element 220 is disposed at a position of the first end 211 close to the outer side surface 2132, so that the point of application of the restraining element 220 is close to the outer side surface 2132, and the neck pillow 200 is compressed and furled inward from the outer side surface 2132 as a whole. When furling, taking the second end portion 212 as a starting point, the outer side surface 2132 is wound around the inner side surface 2131 to form the laminated furling structure 206, the first end portion 211 is overlapped with the second outer side surface 2132, and then the first combining member 221 and the second combining member 222 are extended around the outer side surface 2132 in two opposite directions with the first end portion 211 as a starting point and then combined to form the closed constraint structure 2201, which is bound to the outer side surface 2132 of the laminated furling structure 206. In other words, the first end 211 of the pillow body 210 can be wound around the second end 212 to form the retracted state 203, or the second end 212 of the pillow body 210 can be wound around the first end 211 to form the retracted state 203. In the furled state 203, the first engaging element 221 can be wound along the pillow body 210 in the furled state 203 to elastically engage with the second engaging element 222 to contract the furled state 203, i.e. the volume of the laminate furling structure 206 is reduced and the structure is more compact.
It is also worth mentioning that when the neck pillow 200 is in the furled state 203, the outer side surfaces 2132 are furled inwards along the inner side surfaces 2131 to form a stable structure attached in a lamination manner, and when the restraining component 220 restrains the laminated furled structure 206, the curled shape formed along the outer side surfaces 2132 is restrained, and the restraining direction and the direction in which the first end portion 211 is unfolded are in a substantially same plane direction, so that the restraining component 220 directly resists the elastic force of the neck pillow 200 in the unfolding manner, so that the furled structure is in a stable state, and the free spreading of the neck pillow 200 caused by unbalanced stress is reduced.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first and second engaging members 221 and 222 of the binding assembly 220 are disposed at the same position, and when the first and second engaging members 221 and 222 are combined to extend oppositely, a substantially closed ring structure is formed. In one embodiment, the first coupling element 221 is configured at the first end 211 through the restraining strip 224, that is, when the furled state 203 is formed, the restraining strip 224 is wound along the outer side surface 2132 from the first end 211 until being coupled with the second coupling element 222.
Accordingly, in one embodiment, the second coupling member 222 can be configured at the first end portion 211 through a binding band 224, and when the furled state 203 is formed, the binding band 224 of the second coupling member 222 extends along the second side opposite to the binding band 224 of the first coupling member 221 until the first coupling member 221 is combined with the second coupling member 222, so as to form the closed binding structure 2201, for example, but not limited to, the first coupling member 221 and the binding band 224 of the coupling member extend in a front extending direction of the first end portion 211, and the second coupling member 222 extends in an opposite direction of the first end portion 211.
Preferably, the first and second coupling members 221 and 222 are each disposed at the same position of the first end portion 211 of the pillow body 210 by a binding band 224, so that the first and second coupling members 221 and 222 can be fixed to the pillow body 210 through one process without being separately fixed at the time of manufacturing, and thus the manufacturing process is simple. The first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 are fixed at the same position by the binding band 224, that is, the force application points of the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 are located at the same position, when the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 extend along the lateral surface 2132 in two opposite directions, the first joining member 221, the second joining member 222 and the corresponding binding band 224 form a substantially closed ring structure, so that the entire peripheral side of the lateral surface 2132 of the laminated furling structure 206 can be directly subjected to a binding force, the binding force is stronger, and the furled volume is smaller.
In one embodiment, the restraining strap 224 is a non-elastic member to facilitate more compact restraining of the neck pillow 200. The first engaging member 221, the second engaging member 222 and the restraining strap 224 are engaged with each other to be restrained to at least a partial region of the outer side surface 2132 of the laminated furling structure 206, and by the elasticity of the pillow body 210, the restraining strap 224, the first engaging member 221 and the second engaging member 222 compress the pillow body 210 in a restrained position, and are retracted to the outside of the laminated furling structure 206, thereby being stably engaged with the laminated furling structure 206.
The tie-down assembly 220 further comprises a third coupling member 223, and the third coupling member 223 is coupled with the first coupling member 221 or the second coupling member 222, such that the neck pillow 200 forms the closed structure. That is, when the third coupling member 223 is coupled with the first coupling member 221 or the second coupling member 222, the first end portion 211 and the second end portion 212 of the pillow body 210 are close, and the inlet 2101 between the first end portion 211 and the second end portion 212 is reduced by the coupling of the third coupling member 223 with the first coupling member 221 or the second coupling member 222.
It is worth mentioning that in this embodiment of the present invention, the open state 201 of the neck pillow 200 is a structure extending in a substantially arc shape, and the combination of the third engaging member 223 and the first engaging member 221 or the second engaging member 222 causes the pillow body 210 to further bend inward, thereby forming the arc-shaped supporting structure 205 more suitable for supporting the neck, so as to be changeable between a plurality of supporting forms. Further, when supporting on the neck of the user U, the third engaging member 223 engages with the first engaging member 221 or the second engaging member to form a closed loop, so that the pillow body 210 fits the neck more and the neck pillow 200 is prevented from falling off the neck of the user U.
Further, the third coupling member 223 may be disposed at any position that can make the first end portion 211 and the second end portion 212 close. In one embodiment, the third coupling member 223 is disposed on the outer side surface 2132, and in one embodiment, the third coupling member 223 is disposed near the second end portion 212, and preferably, the third coupling member 223 is disposed near the second end portion 212, so that the third coupling member 223 is directly coupled to the first coupling member 221 or the second coupling member 222, so that the first end portion 211 and the second end portion 212 are relatively close to each other. Preferably. The third coupling member 223 is disposed at a position of the second end portion 212 close to the outer side surface 2132, so that a point of application of force is close to the outer side surface 2132. Preferably, the first and second coupling members 221 and 222 and the third coupling member 223 of the tie-down assembly 220 are disposed at corresponding positions of the first and second end portions 211 and 212, respectively, such that end surfaces of the first and second end portions 211 and 212 are oppositely close when the third coupling member 223 is coupled with the first or second coupling member 221 or 222.
It is worth mentioning that the third coupling member 223 is coupled to the first coupling member 221 or the second coupling member 222, so that the inner side surface 2131 of the neck pillow 200 is closer to a portion where the user U needs to be supported. For example, in use, the inlet 2101 is located at a position where the user U is close to the chest, when the user U lowers his/her head forward, when the first end 211 and the second end 212 are far apart, the lower jaw of the user U is located at the position of the inlet 2101, the inlet 2101 is not supported by the pillow body 210 or the first end 211 and the second end 212 are under pressure, and when the third engaging member 223 is engaged with the first engaging member or the second engaging member 222, the distance between the first end 211 and the second end 212 is reduced, the inlet 2101 is reduced, so that the pillow body 210 close to the first end 211 and the second end 212 is closer to the lower jaw of the user U, and when the first end 211 and the second end 212 receive a force, the third coupling member 223 and the first coupling member 221 or the second coupling member 222 are pulled by each other so that the entrance 2101 of the first end portion 211 and the second end portion 212 is not further spread, thereby providing a better support for the user in the U-down posture.
Further, the first and second engaging elements 221 and 222 are movable along the restraining strap 224 and are positioned at different positions to accommodate the length requirement of the first and second engaging elements 221 and 222 when the neck pillow 200 is in the retracted state 203 and the length requirement of the third and second engaging elements 223 and 221 and 222 when the neck pillow 200 is in the closed state 202, respectively. For example, when it is desired to form the furled state 203, the first coupling member 221 is moved to a position distal to the restraining band 224 so that the first coupling member 221 restrains the neck pillow 200 by extension of the restraining band 224, and when it is desired to form the coupled state, the first coupling member 221 is moved to a position proximal to the restraining band 224 so that the first coupling member 221 is close to the first end portion 211, so that the first end portion 211 and the second end portion 212 are closer when the first coupling member 221 is coupled with the third coupling member 223.
It should be noted that, in one embodiment, the neck pillow 200 does not have the closed state 202, that is, the pillow body 210 is not provided with the third engaging members 223, and in the open state 201, the arc-shaped supporting structure 205 of the pillow body 210 can be adapted to the supporting requirement, and it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the configuration of the third engaging members 223 is not a limitation of the present invention.
Further, the restraining assembly 220 includes an auxiliary hanger 225, and the auxiliary hanger 225 is configured to cooperate with the restraining strip 224 to facilitate the hanging storage of the neck pillow 200 after the neck pillow 200 is furled. It is worth mentioning that, when the neck pillow 200 is in the open state 201, the volume is relatively large, the carrying is very inconvenient, and the user U needs the neck pillow 200 to be able to open for use at any time, in the utility model, when the user U is needed, the neck pillow 200 is in the open state 201 or the closed state 202, the body part of the user U is supported for rest, and when the user U is not in use, the user U can roll up the outer side 2132 of the neck pillow 200 along the first side to form the laminated furling structure 206, and the state of the laminated furling structure 206 is determined by the binding of the binding assembly 220, the formed body is roughly circular with small volume, and the user U can not be conveniently placed in a pocket or a luggage bag, if the user U is placed in the pocket or the luggage bag, the user U can hang the neck pillow 200 by the auxiliary hanging piece 225, for example, the neck pillow 200 can be hung on the side of a backpack, so that the neck pillow does not occupy extra space and is convenient to carry. When needing user U, just can follow the knapsack side conveniently neck pillow 200 is taken off, it is right restraint subassembly 220 carries out simply to press the operation, first conjunction 221 with second conjunction 222 breaks away from promptly automatically, neck pillow 200 freely expandes along with self elasticity and is in the state that user U is available at any time, through such a mode, makes neck pillow 200 satisfies the convenient demand that user U accomodates, uses at any time.
Referring to fig. 7A to 8, in this embodiment of the present invention, the first and second coupling members 221 and 222 of the tie-down assembly 220 are respectively disposed at different positions of the pillow body 210, that is, the first and second coupling members 221 and 222 have different points of application.
In one embodiment, the first engaging member 221 is disposed at the first end 211 of the pillow body 210, and the second engaging member 222 is disposed on the outer side surface 2132 of the pillow body 210. When furling, the second end 212 is used as a starting point, the outer side surface 2132 is laminated and wound around the inner side surface 2131 to form the laminated furling structure 206, and the first combining piece 221 and the second combining piece 222 extend from the starting points of the respective disposition positions to two opposite directions until being combined with each other to bind the laminated furling structure 206. Preferably, the first engaging element 221 is disposed on the first end 211 near the outer side 2132, and the second engaging element 222 is disposed on the second end 212, so as to increase the binding force of the binding assembly 220 on the laminate furling structure 206. Preferably, the second engaging member 222 is disposed near the first end 211.
Further, in this embodiment of the present invention, the first coupling member 221 is disposed at the first end 211, and the second coupling member 222 is disposed at a position of the outer side surface 2132 close to the rear, for example, the second coupling member 222 is disposed at an outer side surface of the rear support section 2135 or an outer side surface of the side support section 21341. Preferably, the second engaging member 222 and the auxiliary hanging member 225 are fixed to the outer side surface of the pillow body 210 at a position close to the rear side by the same binding band 224.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the shape of the pillow body 210 of the roll pillow 200 is different from that of the first embodiment. In this embodiment of the present invention, the size of the arc formed by the set of front support sections 21331,21332, the set of side support sections 21341,21342, and the rear support section 1135 of the pillow body 210 of the neck pillow 200 is different from that of the first embodiment. The inner surface 2131 of the pillow body 210 of the first embodiment has a larger curvature, the inner side is closer to a circle, and the inner surface 2131 of the pillow body 210 of the second embodiment has a smaller curvature. Further, the neck pillow 200 of the first embodiment has a thinner and more flexible thickness, while the neck pillow 200 of the second embodiment has a larger thickness, so that the neck pillow 200 of the first embodiment has better fitting performance, and the neck pillow 200 of the second embodiment has stronger supporting force.
