SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
An object of the utility model is to provide a cabinet lamp aims at solving most cabinet lamps on the existing market and is subject to self structure, leads to having the loaded down with trivial details problem of dismouting.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cabinet lamp, which comprises a bracket, a light emitting module, and a lamp frame fixedly connected to the periphery of the light emitting module, wherein the lamp frame has a first fixing portion and a second fixing portion, and the first fixing portion is inserted into the bracket to form a detachable connection;
the cabinet lamp further includes a coupling assembly for fixing the bracket and the second fixing portion to the cabinet, respectively.
In one embodiment, the bracket comprises a body, a first folding edge and a second folding edge, wherein the first folding edge and the second folding edge are arranged on two opposite side edges of the body, a positioning groove is formed by the first folding edge, the body and the second folding edge in a surrounding mode, and the first fixing part is inserted into the positioning groove to form positioning.
In one embodiment, the first fixing portion has a first fixing edge and a second fixing edge spaced apart from each other, the first fixing edge extends into the positioning groove to form a positioning, and the second folding edge extends into a space between the first fixing edge and the second fixing edge to form a positioning.
In one embodiment, the connecting assembly includes a first screw set for fixing the first folding edge to the cabinet and a second screw set for fixing the second fixing portion to the cabinet, the first screw set is disposed on the first folding edge, and the second screw set is disposed on the top side of the second fixing portion.
In one embodiment, a mounting groove is formed in one side of the first fixing portion, which faces away from the body, and the light-emitting module includes a light source assembly mounted in the mounting groove.
In one embodiment, the cabinet lamp further includes a switch for switching the color temperature of the emitted light, and the switch is disposed on the bezel and electrically connected to the light source assembly.
In one embodiment, the light source assembly comprises a substrate and a plurality of lamp beads, the substrate is installed in the installation groove, and the plurality of lamp beads are arranged on one side of the substrate, which is back to the body, at intervals and are electrically connected with the substrate.
In one embodiment, the light emitting module further comprises a light diffusion assembly with a side portion facing the substrate and the lamp beads, and the light diffusion assembly comprises a pressing plate, foam, a reflecting film, a light guide plate and a diffusion plate which are sequentially stacked.
In one embodiment, the cabinet lamp further comprises a decoration piece for decoration, and the decoration piece is connected to the second fixing portion.
In one embodiment, the decorating part comprises a shielding part, a hooking edge arranged on the top side of the shielding part, and a limiting edge arranged on the bottom side of the shielding part; the limiting groove is formed in the bottom side of the second fixing portion, the limiting edge extends into the limiting groove to form limiting, and the hooking edge is in hooking matching with the top side edge of the second fixing portion.

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a cabinet lamp 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the above embodiment, the cabinet lamp 10 is mounted to a cabinet 20 (only a part of the structure of the cabinet 20 is shown in the drawings) for providing illumination and decoration to the cabinet 20. In this embodiment, the cabinet lamp 10 includes: the light module 100, the lamp frame 200, the bracket 300 and the connecting assembly 400, wherein the lamp frame 200 is fixedly connected to the periphery of the light module 100, the lamp frame 200 is used for fixing the light module 100, the lamp frame 200 includes a first fixing portion 210 and a second fixing portion 220, the bracket 300 and the second fixing portion 220 are respectively fixed on the cabinet 20 through the connecting assembly 400, and the first fixing portion 210 is inserted into the bracket 300 to form a detachable connection.
In the present embodiment, the process of installing the cabinet lamp 10 to the cabinet 20 is as follows: the bracket 300 is positioned on the cabinet 20 and directly fixed to the cabinet 20 by the coupling assembly 400, the first fixing portion 210 of the lamp frame 200 is inserted into the bracket 300 to be detachably coupled, thereby forming a pre-fixing of the lamp frame 200 and the light emitting module 100 fixed to the lamp frame 200, and the second fixing portion 220 is directly fixed to the cabinet 20 by the coupling assembly 400, so that the cabinet lamp 10 is integrally fixed to the cabinet 20 and is rapidly and firmly installed. On the contrary, when the cabinet lamp 10 needs to be removed, the connecting assembly 400 disposed on the second fixing portion 220 is removed, and then the lamp frame 200 is pulled out from the bracket 300, so that the removal can be completed without removing the bracket 300 again, and thus the light emitting module 100 and/or the lamp frame 200 can be quickly repaired or replaced, and the removal is quick and convenient.
In the installation process of some cabinet lamps in the prior art, generally, the whole cabinet lamp needs to be manually supported in a pre-installation area, and then the cabinet lamp is gradually installed and fixed through elements such as screws, so that if the specification of the cabinet lamp is large, the cabinet lamp is easy to move in the installation process, the installation is affected, and especially when the cabinet lamp is installed to some narrow positions of a cabinet, the installation is more difficult; when the cabinet lamp is disassembled, all the elements such as screws and the like are disassembled, and then the cabinet lamp can be disassembled. Obviously, the utility model provides a cabinet lamp is more convenient simple at the dismouting in-process, has improved user experience.
Further, in this embodiment, the lamp frame 200 is preferably a rectangular frame-shaped structure, and the first fixing portion 210 and the second fixing portion 220 are two opposite side portions of the lamp frame 200, respectively, so that during the installation process, the first fixing portion 210 on one side of the lamp frame 200 is inserted into the bracket 300 to be pre-fixed, and then the second fixing portion 220 located at the opposite position of the first fixing portion 210 is fixed to the cabinet 20, thereby completing the overall fixing of the cabinet lamp 10.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the bracket 300 is preferably a continuously bent three-folded structure, and specifically, the bracket 300 includes a body 310, a first folded edge 320 and a second folded edge 330, and the first folded edge 320 and the second folded edge 330 are respectively disposed at two opposite side edges of the body 310 and are integrally formed. In this embodiment, the first flange 320 is directly fixed to the cabinet 20 by the connecting assembly 400, the body 310, the first flange 320 and the second flange 330 enclose to form a positioning groove 340, and the first fixing portion 210 of the bracket 200 is inserted into the positioning groove 340 to be positioned, i.e. the lamp frame 200 is detachably connected to the bracket 300.
More specifically, in the present embodiment, the first fixing portion 210 has a first fixing edge 211 and a second fixing edge 212 that are disposed at an interval, and the first fixing edge 211 and the second fixing edge 212 extend along a direction toward the positioning groove 340, so that the first fixing edge 211 extends into the positioning groove 340 to form a positioning, and the second folding edge 320 extends into a position between the first fixing edge 211 and the second fixing edge 212 to form a positioning.
Further, in the present embodiment, the connecting assembly 400 is a screw structure, that is, includes a first screw group 410 and a second screw group 420, the first screw group 410 is disposed through the first folding edge 320 and is in threaded connection with the cabinet 20, and the second screw group 420 is disposed through the top side of the second fixing portion 220 and is in threaded connection with the cabinet 20. In other embodiments, the connection assembly 400 may also be a rivet or other structure for securing.
More specifically, in the present embodiment, the first screw group 410 and the second screw group 420 respectively include three screws arranged at equal intervals; the second folded edge 330 is formed with a notch (not shown) for avoiding the first screw set 410, so as to avoid interference to the first screw set 410 when the first screw set 410 penetrates the first folded edge 320.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, the light emitting module 100 includes a light source assembly 110 and a light diffusion assembly 120, wherein the light diffusion assembly 120 is used for diffusing the light emitting range and effect of the light source assembly 110, so as to improve the illumination effect of the cabinet lamp 10. In this embodiment, an installation groove 213 is formed on an inner side (i.e., a side facing away from the bracket 300 in this embodiment) of the first fixing portion 210 of the bezel 200, the light source assembly 110 is installed in the installation groove 213, and emits light in the installation groove 213 along a direction facing away from the bracket 300, the light diffusion assembly 120 is enclosed inside the bezel 200, and a side portion of the light diffusion assembly 120 is opposite to the light source assembly 110, so that side-in light emission of the cabinet lamp 10 is realized.
It can be understood that most direct type luminous cabinet lamps in the market often have certain requirements on the thickness of the lamp frame in order to achieve the effect of uniform light emitting, that is, the light emitting effect of the cabinet lamp is ensured by increasing the thickness of the lamp frame, so that the overall thickness of the cabinet lamp is large, the appearance is influenced, and the cabinet lamp is not convenient to disassemble and assemble; the requirement of the lateral-type light-emitting cabinet lamp 10 on the thickness of the lamp frame 200 is lower, and compared with the direct-type light-emitting cabinet lamp, the thickness of the lamp frame 200 does not need to be larger to ensure the light-emitting effect, and particularly, the thickness of the cabinet lamp 10 in the embodiment may be smaller than 12 mm.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, specifically, the light source assembly 110 includes a substrate 111 and a plurality of light beads 112, where the plurality of light beads 112 are arranged at intervals on a side of the substrate 111 opposite to the support 300 and electrically connected to the substrate 111. In this embodiment, the lamp beads 112 are arranged on the substrate 111 at equal intervals, the distance between each lamp bead 112 and the side of the light diffusion component 120 is S, the distance between the centers of two adjacent lamp beads 112 is N, and S is equal to or greater than 0.6 × N, so that the light emitted by the lamp beads 112 can be uniformly emitted into the light diffusion component 120, and the cabinet lamp 10 has a good light emitting effect after being processed by the light diffusion component 120.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the light diffusion assembly 120 includes a pressing plate 121, a foam 122, a reflective film 123, a light guide plate 124, and a diffusion portion 125, which are stacked in sequence, wherein the light guide plate 124, the reflective film 123, and the diffusion portion 125 are respectively used for guiding, reflecting, and diffusing light emitted by the light source assembly 110, it should be noted that the pressing plate 121 and the foam 122 are used for matching and pressing the reflective film 123, the light guide plate 124, and the diffusion portion 125 in the light frame 200, and the distance S between the light bead 112 and the side of the light diffusion assembly 120 is specifically the distance between the light bead 112 and the side of the light guide plate 124 in the present embodiment.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the present embodiment, a wiring hole (not shown) is further formed at an end of the first fixing portion 210, and the cabinet lamp 10 further includes a wiring terminal 600, and one end of the wiring terminal 600 extends into the first fixing portion 210 through the wiring hole to be electrically connected with the substrate 111. Here, the other end of the connection terminal 600 may be connected in series with other cabinet lamps or may be connected to a power source.
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the cabinet lamp 10 further includes a color temperature switch (not shown), which is disposed on the lamp frame 200 and electrically connected to the light source assembly 110, so as to switch the cabinet lamp 10 or adjust the color temperature of the light emitted by the cabinet lamp 10. Specifically, the color temperature switch is any one of a push switch, a touch switch, an infrared inductive switch and a microwave inductive switch, and when the color temperature switch is the touch switch, the color temperature of the cabinet lamp 10 can be adjusted by pressing the duration. Of course, according to practical situations and requirements, the switching of the color temperature can also be realized by other types of switches, which are not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 3 and 7, the cabinet lamp 10 further includes a decoration piece 500 for decoration, the decoration piece 500 is connected to the second fixing portion 220, in this embodiment, a connection portion of the second screw set 420 and the second fixing portion 220 is exposed to be visible to a user, and the second screw set 420 can be shielded by the decoration piece 500, so that the cabinet lamp 10 has a consistent overall external shape and a complete and beautiful appearance.
Specifically, the decoration 500 includes a shielding portion 510, a hooking edge 520 and a limiting edge 530, wherein the hooking edge 520 is disposed on the top side of the shielding portion 510, the limiting edge 530 is disposed on the bottom side of the shielding portion 510, the hooking edge 520 is in hooking engagement with the edge of the outer side of the top of the second fixing portion 220, the bottom side of the second fixing portion 220 is provided with a limiting groove 221 adapted to the limiting edge 530, and the limiting edge 530 extends into the limiting groove 221 to form a limiting position.
More specifically, in the present embodiment, the cross section of the shielding portion 510 is L-shaped, so that the side portion and the bottom portion of the second fixing portion 220 can be shielded and decorated respectively. Of course, in other embodiments, the shielding portion 510 may have other shapes according to practical situations and requirements, and is not limited herein.
More specifically, taking the view of fig. 6 as an example, the hooking edge 520 is inclined slightly downward, and the edge of the top outer side of the second fixing portion 220 is inclined slightly upward, so that the hooking edge 520 is firmly engaged with the top outer side of the second fixing portion 220.
