When the stacking and pushing motor 33 operates, the mahjong tile bearing cam 34 is driven to rotate, the mahjong tile bearing cam 34 rotates, the mahjong tile bearing roller 352 on one end part of the mahjong tile bearing swing arm 35 moves relative to the mahjong tile bearing curved groove 341, and the mahjong tile bearing block 31 movably connected with the other end of the mahjong tile bearing swing arm 35 is lifted along with the change of the position of the mahjong tile bearing roller 352 in the mahjong tile bearing curved groove 341.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the finger card-bearing block 31 has three stopping heights, specifically including a first height, a second height and a third height;
a first height, which is the lower deck area 312 of the deck block 31 for storing the first tile in that area; in the first height, the height of the bottom plate lower deck of the lower deck area 312 is slightly lower than the height of the card outlet of the card delivery device 2.
A second height, which is the lower holding area 312 of the holding block 31 for storing a second mahjong tile in the area; in the second height, the top surface of the first mahjong is lower than the card outlet of the card sending device 2, the lower card bearing area 312 bears the second mahjong sent from the card sending channel, and the second mahjong is superposed on the first mahjong;
the third height is that the upper card-holding area 311 of the card-holding block 31 is used for storing the first mahjong card in the area; in the third height, the height of the card holding plate on the bottom plate of the upper card holding area 311 is slightly lower than the height of the card outlet of the card feeding device 2.
Based on the structure of the tile bearing block 31, the tile pushing head needs to be capable of pushing the mahjong tiles in the upper tile bearing area 311 and the lower tile bearing area 312 to the corresponding tile storage grooves respectively, and in the first scheme, two tile pushing heads which operate independently can be used for pushing the mahjong tiles in the upper tile bearing area 311 and the lower tile bearing area 312 respectively. In the above scheme, the position of the mahjong supporting roller 352 in the mahjong supporting curved groove 341 changes, so that the mahjong supporting block 31 is lifted; the position of the card-pushing roller 342 in the card-pushing curved groove 371 changes, so that the card-pushing slider 37 moves in the lateral direction. The stacking and pushing device 3 completes the stacking of the three mahjong tiles and divides the three mahjong tiles into two groups; the upper group is a single mahjong tile, and the lower group is a stack of two mahjong tiles. The first card raising support plate 45 can swing in a certain range relative to the first card raising bracket 43 along the hinged end of the first card raising support plate, and when the movable end of the first card raising support plate 45 is positioned at the lowest end of the swing path, the first card raising support plate 45 is in bearing connection with the tail end part of the track of the first card storage groove 41; when the movable end of the first card-raising support plate 45 is at the uppermost end of the swing path, the first card-raising support plate 45 is in a horizontal state and closes the first card-raising port. As shown in the figure, the track path of the second card storage slot 42 is in a shape of "J", a second card lifting bracket 44 is connected to the end part of the track of the second card storage slot 42, and the second card lifting bracket 44 is positioned in the machine frame 1 below the second card lifting port; 13 or 14 single-layer mahjong tiles in the second tile storage groove 42 are conveyed to the table top through the first tile lifting port. The specific structure of the second card raising assembly can be seen in the card raising structure in the chinese utility model patent application with application number "2019200586016" filed by the applicant at the date, and includes a second card raising supporting plate 46 with one end hinged on the second card raising bracket 44, and a card raising driving assembly for driving the second card raising supporting plate 46 to move along the hinged end. The second card raising support plate 46 can swing in a certain range relative to the second card raising support 44 along the hinged end, and when the movable end of the second card raising support plate 46 is positioned at the lowest end of the swing path, the second card raising support plate 46 is in contact with the tail end part of the track of the second card storage groove 42; when the movable end of the second card lifting blade 46 is at the uppermost end of the swing path, the second card lifting blade 46 is horizontal and closes the second card lifting mouth.
In the slope mahjong tile discharging device, two groups of mahjong tile feeding assemblies can be selected to be respectively used for pushing mahjong tiles on the first mahjong tile storage groove 41 and mahjong tiles on the second mahjong tile storage groove 42, each group of mahjong tile feeding assembly comprises a mahjong tile feeding swing rod and a mahjong tile feeding motor, the mahjong tile feeding motor drives the mahjong tile feeding swing rod to rotate along one end of the mahjong tile feeding swing rod, the other end of the mahjong tile feeding swing rod slightly passes through the mahjong tile storage groove to achieve the purpose of pushing the mahjong tiles, and on one hand, two groups of driving motors are arranged for driving the mahjong tile feeding assemblies to respectively push the mahjong tiles, so that the structure is complex, and the cost is high; on the other hand, whether the swing paths of the two mahjong loading swing rods are staggered or are matched with the mahjong loading bracket and the mahjong storage groove or not is also considered. In addition, with reference to the technical solution described in publication No. CN108096828A, a card pulling assembly is respectively disposed in the first card storage slot 41 and the second card storage slot 42, the card pulling assembly includes a card pulling head moving along the track direction of the first card storage slot 41 or the second card storage slot 42, and the card pulling head may be driven by a card pulling motor through a wire rope or a belt as in the patent document with publication No. CN 108096828A. In the embodiment shown in the figure, the slope card-playing device adopts the same card-playing assembly, the card-playing assembly comprises a first card-playing swing rod, a second card-playing swing rod and a card-playing motor, and the first card-playing swing rod and the second card-playing swing rod are coaxially and rotatably arranged and are driven by the card-playing motor. As mentioned above, the first card storage slot 41 is located below the second card storage slot 42, and a gap is left between the top of the first card storage slot 41 and the bottom of the second card storage slot 42, so that the first card feeding swing rod extends into the first card storage slot 41 to push cards. The track path of the first mahjong tile storage groove 41 is in a C shape, and the first mahjong tile storage groove 41 is in a circular arc shape taking the rotating axis of the first mahjong tile feeding swing rod as the center of circle; the track path of the second mahjong tile storage groove 42 is J-shaped, the J-shaped mahjong tile storage groove comprises an arc-shaped section 421 and a straight-line section 422, the arc-shaped section 421 is located in front of the straight-line section 422, namely the head end of the straight-line section 422 is connected with the tail end of the arc-shaped section 421, the arc-shaped section 421 coincides with the radian of the first mahjong tile storage groove 41, and the straight-line section 422 is attached to the edge of the mahjong machine frame 1, and the second mahjong tile lifting supporting plate 46 and the second mahjong tile lifting port are located on the same straight line. When the tile feeding motor drives the first tile feeding swing rod and the second tile feeding swing rod to rotate, the first tile feeding swing rod pushes the mahjong tiles to the first tile lifting supporting plate 45 along the track of the first tile storage groove 41, and the first tile lifting supporting plate 45 lifts the mahjong tiles to the desktop; the second mahjong loading swing rod pushes the mahjong tiles to the second mahjong lifting supporting plate 46 along the track of the second mahjong storage groove 42, and the second mahjong lifting supporting plate 46 lifts the mahjong tiles to the desktop after being lifted. In the above scheme, in order to completely push the mahjong tiles to the second tile lifting supporting plate 46 by the second tile feeding swing rod, the movable end of the second tile feeding swing rod needs to pass through the tail end of the straight line segment 422 of the second tile storage groove 42, so as to ensure that the mahjong tiles are not left in the second tile storage groove 42 after the second tile feeding swing rod passes through. The scheme is that the first mahjong loading swing rod and the second mahjong loading swing rod which are coaxially and rotatably arranged in the scheme are combined into one mahjong loading swing rod 47, and two mahjong loading parts are arranged to meet the mahjong loading requirements of the first mahjong storage groove 41 and the second mahjong storage groove 42.

The arranging method of the mahjong tiles of the mahjong machine comprises the following steps:
when the mahjong machine works, the shuffling large disc rotates and the mahjong tile scraping device is not moved, mahjong tiles on the shuffling large disc are respectively pushed to the lower part of the tile inlet of the four tile conveying devices 2 at the edge of the shuffling large disc, the mahjong tiles are sucked by the tile sucking wheels in the tile conveying devices 2 and are conveyed to the tile conveying channels in the same direction, then the mahjong tiles are conveyed to the tile bearing block 31 in the stacking and pushing device 3 from the tile outlet of the tile conveying channels through the conveying belt, one mahjong tile in three mahjong tiles continuously conveyed out from the tile conveying devices 2 is pushed to the upper tile bearing area 311 of the tile bearing block 31, the other two mahjong tiles are pushed to the lower tile bearing area 312 of the tile bearing block 31 and are stacked into a pier, the tile bearing sequence of the upper tile bearing area 311 and the lower tile bearing area 312 can be adjusted according to requirements, and the adjustment scheme is in the matching action process of the tile bearing cam 34 and the tile pushing slide block 37; then, the upper pushing head 361 of the stacking and pushing device 3 pushes the mahjong tiles in the upper tile bearing area 311 into the second tile storage groove 42, and the lower pushing head 362 pushes the mahjong tiles in the lower tile bearing area 312 into the first tile storage groove 41; repeating the stacking and pushing steps, and waiting for a card-loading signal when enough mahjong tiles are stored in the first card storage slot 41 and the second card storage slot 42.
