Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile pipeline connection, in particular to a connecting structure of a plastic corrugated pipe and a plastic joint.
Background
At present, the normal circulation of fluid is ensured at a plurality of positions of the whole vehicle through pipelines so as to meet the working requirement of a system. The traditional technical means is to adopt an EPDM rubber hose and connect the rubber hose by a worm wheel and a worm rod hoop. However, the rubber hose has a great difference from a plastic corrugated pipe in terms of high temperature resistance, aging resistance, environmental protection, weight reduction and smooth inner wall, so that the plastic corrugated pipe is gradually adopted to replace the rubber hose, as shown in fig. 1, the plastic corrugated pipe 1 needs to connect the joint 2 with the straight line section a of the corrugated pipe 1 through interference fit, so that the straight line sections a at two ends of the plastic corrugated pipe 1 need to be ensured during blanking, and the corrugated section needs to be removed, which causes great waste. In addition, the pipe section of the corrugated pipe can be formed by arranging and connecting the straight line section A and the corrugated section B according to a certain rule, however, the defect of the connection mode limits the designed length, and the length is the sum of the length of the corrugated section B and the length of one straight line section A. And because of the existence of the straight line segment A, the flexibility of the pipe body is poor, in order to meet the requirement of producing an assembly with any length, the pipe body needs to adopt a full-corrugated form, and the performance requirement of the full-plastic corrugated pipe and the plastic joint can not be met by the existing connection mode.

The technical effect to be achieved by the invention is realized by the following scheme: a connecting structure of a plastic corrugated pipe and a plastic joint is formed by inserting one end of the plastic corrugated pipe into the plastic joint and connecting the plastic corrugated pipe and the plastic joint in an interference fit mode, and a wave crest of the plastic corrugated pipe and the plastic joint are hermetically fixed through laser welding.
Preferably, when the plastic corrugated pipe and the plastic joint are welded, a fixing clip is further arranged at a position where the plastic corrugated pipe and the plastic joint are connected, and the fixing clip is used for clamping and fixing the plastic corrugated pipe and the plastic joint.
Preferably, the plastic bellows is an all-plastic bellows assembly of any length.
Preferably, the wave crests of the plastic corrugated pipe are welded with the inner surface of the plastic joint, and the number of the wave crests is more than one.
Preferably, the material of the plastic corrugated pipe is a laser-proof material.
Preferably, the plastic joint is made of a laser-transparent material.
Preferably, the melting temperature of the material of the plastic bellows and the plastic joint is similar.
Preferably, the joint of the plastic corrugated pipe and the plastic joint is cylindrical and tubular.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. the performance of the connection structure between the plastic corrugated pipe and the plastic joint can reach no leakage at the connection position under the environment of 0.5MPa through a sealing test, and can pass a long-period aging-resistant test. The flexibility of the connecting structure is improved through laser welding between the plastic pipe fitting and the plastic joint, a plurality of wave crest positions of the plastic corrugated pipe can be welded, the sealing performance is effectively improved, the strength of the connecting structure is higher than that of the pipe body, and long-period aging tests, high-temperature blasting tests and the like can be met;
2. the plastic corrugated pipe can adopt an all-plastic corrugated pipe assembly with any length, a straight line segment is not needed at the connecting position of the pipe body, the flexibility is greatly improved, and the waste is greatly reduced. Compared with simple interference connection, the interference-type pipe joint completely solves the problem of low permeability of media caused by environmental temperature change, service time and vibration, and the strength of a welding position is higher than that of a pipe body through a sealing test and a blasting test.
