Abstract

铧式通孔减阻犁属农业耕作机械领域,由犁铧、 犁壁、犁托等组成,其特征在于铧式犁的犁铧、犁壁上 沿土垡方向开有圆形带尾槽的彗星式通孔,利用土垡 在犁壁曲面上作相对运动产生的负压,自动吸引气、 水,并分布于土垡与犁壁界面,从而形成气液相介质 层,把土壤与金属干摩擦变为边界摩擦,减少摩擦系 数与摩擦力,从而减少磨损以达到节能和节约犁体金 属消耗。

Description

本实用新型属于农业耕作机械。
铧式犁是我国农业耕作机械中的主要形式的机具。耕作时犁体直接作用在土壤耕作层,对土壤剪切、滑移、耕翻,使用时牵引阻力大,易磨损。为减少其滑移阻力,60年代,曾有人在铧式犁上做过加水润滑的减阻试验〔《减少铧式犁牵引阻力的几个试验研究》(农业机械学报VoL4NO2)〕。这种犁的特征在于在犁铧上开2~3个出水孔,附设注水设备。耕作时不断加水,使犁壁与土壤耕层之间产生水润滑层,达到减阻目的。由于这种犁需增加辅助注水设备,操作复杂,因此实用价值不大。此后,注水减阻研究一直无人问津,如何减小铧式犁牵引阻力成为悬而未决的问题。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、使用方便的铧式通孔减阻犁。
本实用新型的减阻效果是以铧式犁壁上沿土垡运动方向开有圆形带尾槽的“彗星式”通孔来实现的。当犁入土耕作时,土垡在犁壁上以一定的速度(1~1.5m/s)滑动产生负压,自动把空气或水从通孔中吸入,并通过尾槽将气水引入犁壁与土垡界面,从而形成气液相介质层,使土垡与金属的干摩擦变为边界摩擦,减小摩擦系数与摩擦力,达到减少犁耕阻力的目的。
本实用新型的具体结构如附图所示:

慧星式通孔的特征是:圆形通孔的直径为φ8~φ16mm,尾槽由深至浅,沿土垡运动方向延伸,总长为10~30mm;孔数根据犁体大小开10~20个,主要分布于犁胸部位。在犁铧上开有2~4个慧星式通孔。
经过田间反复试验,使用本实用新型所述的减阻犁,水田犁耕时(田间有水)可减少犁耕阻力15%以上;旱耕时(田间无水)亦可减少犁耕阻力35%左右。

Claims (3)

1、一种铧式通孔减阻犁由犁铧、犁壁、犁托等组成,其特征在于在犁壁、犁铧上沿土垡运动方向开有圆形带尾槽的彗星式通孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的铧式通孔减阻犁,其特征在于圆形通孔的直径为φ8~16mm,尾槽由深到浅,沿土垡运动方向延伸,总长10~30mm。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的铧式通孔减阻犁,其特征在于犁壁上开有10~20个,在犁铧上开有2~4个彗星式通孔。
